Waiting time was less than 15 mins which is great. Prescription medicine price at in-house pharmacy is fair. New location is bit cramped though.

I’ve only been to this walk in clinic a few times but I’m probably gonna to come more as I’ve had the best experience here rather then other walk in clinic. I didn’t have to wait to long to get in, they try and get to all there clients quickly as possible and hear all your issues that ur having rather then only being able to stay for 10 mins like most walk in. All staff members are kind and caring and have great positive attitudes it makes it Easier to talk to them and trust them.

waiting is not a problem for me cuz its a walk in clinic and not by appointment.

Very unprofessional I recommend staying away from this place. Note this was my 3-4 time visiting this place and I had issues every time. They don’t care about you or your health. I would recommend staying away from this place!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Long Branch Clinic and I must say, my overall experience was very good. The Doctor was very attentive and professional. The receptionist was really efficient. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality healthcare.

I came in for a skin issue. The physician was not helpful at all. He would not diagnose or treat one issue, and it looks like he misdiagnosed the other. I ended up getting a referral to a dermatologist through my family doctor who quickly addressed and treated the issue. Since this experience, I have little confidence in this doctor.

Not open all day today. Doors locked no one was there. I called several times and don’t get no response either.

Arrived 10 am to walk in to see the doctor and dint see the doctor until 12: 15 pm. Be prepared to wait 2 hours minimum for a walk in. Doctors are nice but if you are really in pain, go to emergency not this walk in clinic.

Appointment took only 2 minutes, waiting for prescription to be directed to the pharmacy took 20 minutes, why?
If you in a rush go somewhere else otherwise bring a book and be patient while you’re a patient.

It was a great experience. Very friendly staff, the doctor was very quick and efficient. Pharmacy was right inside the store, was a very convenient experience.

The receptionist Is the center of This busy clinic.
She's very kind. I'm a person with a special need. She fond a way to help me When I thought I cannot come to visit the clinic anymore. Highly appreciated.

Doctor katyal is my doctor she's very knowledgeable.she knows all the details and she follow up with all that medical issues that i have. She treats me like human not like a number Thank you for your help.

This clinic was very great! Out of most of the clinics in Etobicoke this one actually cared and was able to take me. During a very difficult time to see Doctors this clinic was great! Dr. Kapil was very nice and very knowledgeable!

This place sucks. They say open till 6. Yet always close early.

I literally went on a witch hunt tonight. From the old location to their new one. Drove around looking for parking. Found it, paid. Walked to the door. Needed a mask. Walked all the way back to get one. Walked back 5: 15 sorry we’re closed doctor finished at 5 today.

I’d rather die then go here again.

I've only had the greatest experiences here. I started coming here after I moved to Etobicoke six years ago and haven't gone to my family doctor since. Even though I only come here a handful of times a year, every time has been pleasant. The doctor and pharmacist work and communicate well together, which means I receive the right support when needed. I've never experienced lesser wait time at a walk-in clinic, thus why I keep coming back here. There is a genuine feeling that the doctors and pharmacists here care about their patients, which is exactly what the Long Branch community embodies. Thanks!

A huge shout out to Dr. Katyal and Dr. Jabor at this clinic. They are both amazingly talented and empathetic towards their patients. Their doctors are always a call away, unlike other clinics. Never had an issue in getting my symptoms checked on time.

I've been waiting over a month for an appointment for an MRI pretty sure they forgot about me.was told I would get a phone call within 2 days it's now been three and a half weeks

The doctors at this walk in clinic are incompetent and don't feel like actually doing their jobs and helping people!

I made an appointment with Dr. Jabor. His service was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Jabor to anyone looking for a doctor.

They moved and good service with new location where is not far from. Not sure they are the same people or not.

This is a very great clinic. The staff and doctors are amazing. I started going here in 2019 because it was near my school campus on Lakeshore. Two years later, I live in Leslieville and I still use them. They are patient and always make you feel comfortable/welcome

Dr Amar Jabor is really amazing. He listens to me so patiently and he helped me to cure so quickly. Sherry, the receptionist is also really sweet and immediately connect me the to Doctor whenever I give a call.

People used to think low of a Walk IN Clinic service, but since I've started visiting the Long Branch Clinic for emergent situations I have come to completely change my mind. This small clinic and it's Pharmacy is where I finally discovered true care, professionalism, knowledge and utmost dedication. The staff is extremely efficient and the doctor's call was received within the hour. Not only that Dr. Jabor had the patience to listen to my acute situation (and my fear of going into a hospital) but he immediately prescribed a remedy that was ready for pick-up at the Pharmacy within the hour. Unfortunately, my situation was bad, as I developed a multidrug resistant urinary tract infection. But the has stayed by my side, prescribing all necessary tests, x-rays and ultrasound. The reuqisitions were faxed immediately to the labs and I was able to complete them within the day. After seeing the results, Dr. Jabor has searched all relevant knowledge base and prescribed another treatment, rarely used, a real miracle drug that cured my infection. Thank you Dr Jabor and Dr Kapil, you're the best.

Well controlled during this Covid time. I booked my appointment through phone, and got a call from the doctor and gave me prescription on the next day. I only went to clinic to pick up my cream which is for my feet, super efficient and nice service!

Really unprofessional. I called asking for a emergency and they told me there was no doctors taking patients even though their website says they are open. I'm wondering if one of the doctors has covid and if so they need to shut it down. The receptionist whom I spoke with was completely disrespectful and rude. They're only open to get government money. If you need care I suggest by passing this walk in and go straight to the one on 5th street. Honestly not sure why the receptionist lady is working there when she's not compatible with other people.

Long wait but worth it. Have extreme anxiety and the doctor was great walked me through as she was performing the procedure and so quick.receptionist is great as well but the wait is always brutal. Doctors always an hour late and takes too many breaks.

THEY WILL DO A WALK IN MEDICAL EXAM/PHYSICAL! In case you need one for a job. I've been visiting this walk-in for few years now when I need a doctor quick without having to make an appointment, they're pretty good. Usually quick service if you do have to wait. Great doctors. Great support staff. (Lady at the front desk. Nurse?) The only fault I found was the cost of non-OHIP related things. Other places will charge around $45.00 to do the exact same physical exam. They charge $120.00. INFLATION IS REAL!
Also, they accept CASH ONLY.
Besides that, fairly decent.

I love this clinic! (i've been MANY times over the last 2 years) The day receptionist is OUT OF THIS WORLD! She deserves a raise. I've seen her deal with ruse people with such politeness and kindness. SHE'S AMAZING.
The doctors are all very good, one though is a bit harsh and needs to work on bed side manner. Overall - 5/5 Really great place.

I have gone here multiple times and I've yet to have a major issue.

The longest I've waited was when I came just past 5pm on a weeknight, and it was closer to 7pm by the time I was leaving having seen the doctor. When I arrived, there were probably 8 people ahead of me. Other times, I've gone in right when it opens and I've been seen within minutes.

I've had 3 different walk in doctors at this location, and they are all very friendly to deal with. The receptionists are friendly enough and will actually answer the phone. The place is a little bit run down but you can certainly tell that the doctors work hard here to see waiting patients.

Like every other walk in, they will close registration a certain amount of time in advance (usually an hour).

To be honest, I always have to be patient whenever I spoke with the receptionist there. Such a rude service! They never understand what a patient needs. A new receptionist, a brown lady (no offense of racism, just dont catch her name) She is new there, and I went there almost 5 times just for an immunization record that she doesn't know what to do with it. It was just 4: 30 pm but they already closed the office and let an innocent person run the office, so ridiculous! AVOID this clinic!

Terrible. Doctors show up whenever they want to and I arrived an hour before close for a pregnancy test and they refused because “the doc is done accepting people today” then why are you open? ! Why are you never open for the hours you have online? SO FRUSTRATING. Don’t bother coming here.

Only nice thing us receptionist until she just let someone cut in line cause she knows him.over an hour and a half to get puffer refill

Pros: friendly and knowledgeable doctors

Cons: they promote and use online check-in but when you get there you go to the end of the line. They physically go online and accept your online check-in and deny you upon arrival. This is completely misleading and they intentionally waste your time becuase there time is more valuable than yours and of course to increase their billings to the government.

(There are a bunch of doctors that work here and I’ve seen one who as described in previous reviews is not thorough and just wants to see as many patients as possible.okay if you have a cold but not a real problem.) However, the other doctor-Dr Kegel is an amazing doctor but the receptionists are unprofessional and don’t take referrals or patient care seriously. They will submit your referrals late and avoid questioning about it over the phone. You will have to go in and confront them. They’ll make up lies about their computer being broken (they have more than one) or send your calls to VM. One time they booked me for a specialist and I paid to go there on a day when the doctor wasn’t even in office. My friend also went in for some regular check-ups and the receptionist made a loud joke about it for all other waiting patients to hear is as if her privacy meant nothing and it made her so uneasy. If you suffer from chronic illness, trust me these receptionists DO NOT CARE and will not take your referrals seriously, you will most likely suffer longer because they submit them so late. The pharmacy is fine

I don’t understand how a walk in clinic can be a full capacity at 10 o’clock the time they open! So what is exactly the definition of a walk in clinic. When there nothing available at the time they start their day. May be it should be more clear for the people that are looking for help and sick to get assistance instead of a hospital.

Came here to pick up a prescription and get an STI test done. I was expecting to be in and out within 30 minutes at the least with only 2 other patients ahead of me. The receptionist insisted I was another patient that had previously checked in and refused to take my ID for a couple of minutes before realizing the reality of the situation. Very unprofessional. Had to wait over 1 hour to simply pee in a cup and pick up a prescription. Would not reccomend people come here if you are looking to be seen with a reasonable time.

Super friendly service, small office but great for the area it's in. One cool thing I noticed today is that they post their wait times online. I went today just to get a hep a shot and the nurse was super quick and professional! Definitely my clinic of choice now

So.terrible experience. If you feel like dying dont go there. If you want a car sales guy instead of a doctor is up to you. The doctor (if I can call it that) used his stethoscope on top of a winter jacket, plus sweater plus t-shirt, I dont known if he listened anything. 1 minute consultation not even, completely silly. Unprofessional experience. The pharmacy is acceptable

Wait time is reasonable considering there was one doctor and 6 patients ahead of me. Dr. Kegel was pleasant. The 5 stars is for treating me like his own patient and not like a "walk-in". Registration was a breeze. There's a pharmacy in there too. I also like the fact that when I called before heading there, I actually talked to someone and not just a recording.
