Longo's North Oakville

Great food store with lots of nice meat, and cheese to choose from! Nice selection of biscuits and there is even a floral shop too! If I'm back in that direction, I'll definately stop back in!

Great experience today. A bit of a mixup on a price but the issue was solved swiftly and with a smile. Hats off to Mike for modeling the way.

I adore the North Longo’s the people there are so nice I always tend to go to Jackson’s cashier he is one of the most nicest person to talk to one time we even talked about music and that was a super cool conversation and made my day. Furthermore, all the cashiers put a smile on my face but Jackson puts the best smile on my face. Best cashier ever.

I had a great experience at the bakery, had some issues with my cake box & the Baker, Sylvia went out of her way & sorted out the matter.
5 stars to Sylvia. She deserves special acknowledgement.

We recently celebrated my Mom’s 90th Birthday and I wanted a special cake. Well I found it …. At Longos Oakville. The bakery staff was amazing! Not only was it delicious but the decorating was A1! Thank you Longos!

Have sold me spoiled products several times now, customer service is non existent. Cashiers are unfriendly and unwilling to help, frequently chatting away instead of helping. Not to mention, Longos prices in general are higher than nearby stores.

Thanks to Mike and the rest of the amazing staff for the great service and incredible food through the catering team. The selection of cheeses was perfect and all the fruit and vegetables were super fresh. We would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again!

Love Long's. Great service and a positive vibe. Used to go to Metro but the service was terrible. I hope Sobeys does not screw it up.

I used to come here often for the produce cause it was often higher quality, now I'll never shop here again. Prices have increased dramatically and the quality of produce has gone way down. Moldy onions, bug eaten kale/lettuce covered in sun spots as well. If you're going to charge top dollar at least have good quality. Not to mention selling the same items other stores sell for twice as much, what a rip off.

I like this store and its staff who are polite and helpful. The quality of food is very good also albeit with higher prices.

I have been shopping at this Longo's location for almost five years now. The store is well organized, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The produce is always fresh and top quality. They also have lots of weekly specials. This store provides all my grocery needs and there is no need for me to shop anywhere else!

I have to say excellent customer service from the chef at the precooked meal area to the excellent cashier (Heidi) who took the time to put my meal in separate bags and tied them so no spillage.old school customer service.that is so very rare these days.well done

I love their pizzas and their produce I believe Longo’s is the best when it comes to produce compared to other stores. Longo’s staff also care about customers and offer help. Yes, some may argue that they are more expensive than other stores but again quality doesn’t come cheap.

Always great service! The gentleman at the hot table is always kind! The produce is always fresh as well.

I really love this Longos. Fantastic fruit and vegetables. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Always someone around if you need help. This is a premium grocery experience and yes some of the prices are slightly higher but the quality is top notch so expect a great experience, I have never gone home unhappy after my visit. I think Longo’s management should pay more attention to their staff to be more inclusive and ensure diversity

I like this store. It is well layout and well-stocked. For the summer, the store has a great selection of flowers for your garden.

Disappointed that I had to shout for service at the bakery. 3 workers there and all ignored me, one was walking around putting items on the shelf, but she saw us and offered no help even though she heard us decide on a cake. Another made eye contact with me and ignored us. Quite the contrast to the young man working the counter by the bread, who was very helpful. I come to Longo's for quality products and good customer service, if I wanted anything less, I'd go to Walmart.

Smaller store. Not a huge selection but definitely day to day basics. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The Pizzas taste real good for sure. We ordered 2 large pizzas - double cheese and meat lovers on 04 Jun. Whilst it was yummy, it was a bit disappointing to note that the meat lovers pizza only had pepperoni and a little bit of chicken. All other meats that used to be generously provided before were simply missing. Possibly it was the close of store hours. Had I known before, I could have just ordered a pepperoni pizza.

I actually have a longos closer to me but choose to drive 20 minutes out of my way to buy my fish and meat products. The seafood manager (not sure his name short stalky bald with a beard also leaf fan) always has answer for questions i have and if not finds out. Friendly fast service love buying my fish and meats from him. Wish stores had more people like this guy.

Safe, clean environment. Fresh products, inspirations to try new food. Love the easy meals, pre-made salads, fresh bakery items. Bought the olive bread sticks the first time, had to taste it as soon as I got home, delicious

Very neatly organized, clean and quality products.would say quite expensive than Walmart and fresco but depends on the products, vegetables look quite fresh

We stopped by for a quick shopping.
Loved the overall layout of the store as well as the cleanliness and tidiness. I would love to rate the store 5-star if it were not the overpowering smell near the seafood section especially for the vegetarians like us.

They have the freshest local produce. Staff are friendly and helpful. Feel very safe shopping here as they are constantly sanitizing carts and monitoring the number of patrons entering.

If you a nervous about shopping during Covid, this is the place to go. They follow all of the rules and everyone wears a mask.

I like to give you 5 star but some shelves are empty. I was looking for a tea but couldn't find it. Thats why I gave you 4 star. Cheers

Not my type of shop! It is very congested. Products are of good quality.
One of the regular items that I usually buy (Yogurt) from others places was more expensive here.

Bought Atlantic salmon from this location and it was bad, smelled like rotten cheese. I called the store manager to report it and he asked for the receipt.later he offered to reimburse me. Does not makes up for the inconvenience of having to go back to the store and the fact that my family was left without dinner. Disappointed!

Although masks are mandatory this location's social distancing is a joke, people who shop here really don't give a sh@^t.shoulder to shoulder and total disregard for other peoples space. Didn't reallly see management around to enforce rules.people lining up at check out within a foot of each other. No wonder the Loungos in Vaughan had a covid case, they really don't care. NOT going back to this location.

The Oakville bylaw permits medical exemptions. My husband is a senior and is unable to wear a mask. In front of everyone, he was scolded by a teenage employee for not wearing a mask. This is the second altercation I have had at this Longos because the first time I had my mask briefly under my nose because I had a hard time breathing - I have asthma and am medically exempt but still wear a mask because everyone is fearful. The first one was from a young lady at the cash register. The manager then approached me and my husband and refused me service because my husband was not wearing the mask, even though I was. My husband has had no problem with medical exemptions at Wholefoods and Loblaws Superstore - all of their employees have been respectful of clients and of elders who are unable to wear a mask. I will be filing a complaint to the Town of Oakville and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for discrimination. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and angry employees who are unaware of the city's bylaws and treat clients like biohazards and lepers.

Our family heard about how our close friends in Oakville were discriminated against a medical exemption and completely embarrassed in front of customers at this Longo's, what an unfortunate circumstance. Your staff needs to be trained on the Ontario Human Rights Code and our Canadian Constitution.you guys could see major lawsuits for denying service to person's with a medical disability not able to wear a mask. Learn compassion and humility. We actually enjoyed this grocery chain.not anymore! I do not recommend this location!

I heard about the discrimination at this store today on seniors with medical disability who cannot wear a mask. SHAME ON YOU LONGOS! My entire family will no longer be coming to this grocery store EVER again!

A big grocery store at the major intersection. Great produce and freshly made food. There's also a Starbucks inside.

Great fresh produce. Clean and well organized. Though I live in Mississauga, I would definitely return. I do have to mention though, I was incorrectly charged for small peaches at the price of large. (not too happy!)

Simply fresh, clean and everything is according to hygiene standards. Yummy salad bar and sushi station. Fruits and vegetables always fresh. I would recommend that they add more Arabic food that could make the Joshua creek Arabic community easier such as Labanah, Arabic cheese, quality Arabic bread.etc otherwise everything is great

I always find Longo's to have fresh ingredients! If I cannot find something, the staff are always willing to help! If I am looking for specific ingredients for a recipe or something out of the ordinary, I have always found it here! The bakery is also fantastic! Their desserts have always been perfect look wise, and taste wise! Ordering is also very easy and organized!
I have been shopping at this Longo's location for years now, and I have never been disappointed. Definitely one of my preferred grocery stores in Oakville!

This place has the best produce. The best antipasto items. One of the best bakeries. A lot of amazing specialty items that make cooking special. Great meal prep kits that have really unique items you're not getting at most grocery stores. They have amazing catering. They have a small international sections for Asian and Caribbean items too. A fantastic deli and artesian cheese section that is hard to beat. Which now includes an entire plant based cheese/deli section with premium product lines like Violife and Gusta. This just goes to show they're not only in tune with the market place, but don't sacrifice quality. The service is great too. When I needed to find something last week the Meat Dept Manager went out of his way to help me search the entire store for it even though it wasn't even something in his dept.and we found it! I LOVE this place. Thanks for being an amazing team with amazing food.

Our favorite grocery store. Very clean and well maintained environment. The meat/fish bar always has great options and good butchers. The ready-made food bar is also good with a great pizza oven for freshly baked pizza.

I received excellent customer service over the Thanksgiving weekend from James in the meat department. James went above and beyond to assist me with my order.
Longo's has great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Super clean and organized.
