The store and employees are nice and all but when packaging products to sell to customers they should at least check that no hairs or w.e. Get into the food! Seriously disgusted.

Great service and a perfect-size store. Chances are you will find what you need here, and you will seldom find crowds. It's pricey though, but you probably knew that already

Yes, it's a grocery store, but it was clean, organized, all of the fresh offerings looked great. Really enjoyed the hot bar. Staff was so great.

Whole shop is quite good, their bakery section is exemplary. After having their fresh cakes I exclusives get cake for friends and family from here. It can get busy at times but is worth the wait.

Our great, always reliable, local grocery store. Just wish it was a little bigger like the newer Longo's stores.

Love Longos. But the $40 birthday cake was disappointing. The unnecessary amount of icing on this cake made it unpalatble. Our guests consistently left globs of icing on their plates. Would have appreciated more of the light, fluffy vanilla cake and less of the icing.

It’s a grocery store. Not sure what else to say. They sell food and toiletries. There’s stuff you expect, there’s good stuff that’s healthy for you, there’s stuff that’s bad for you but you want it because it tastes good and makes you happy for 5 minutes… there’s stuff that’s pn sale, there’s stuff that’s way overpriced…. Just a usual grocery store. But the place is clean, the staff is friendly, plenty of parking in a lovely neighborhood, and their shopping bags are way better as garbage bags than Loblaw’s or Metro ones ;-) can’t give it 5 stars though… it would have to be something special and more than a grocery store for 5 stars… like if they served martinis as you come in and they let you play with puppies or kittens while you shop, then it’d be 5 star

Sam has just finished installing a dishwasher it was a complicated job that needed a longer cable and update of the water and drainage systems he did a great job at reasonable price excellent professional manners.

This is one of 2 places in Mississauga that I only buy my produce at. Best produce around! Store isn't too big to maneuver around either.

Nice grocery store and cooked food they have. The only problem is their pricing is too high. I mean, i can get whatever they have from other store for a way cheaper price. Also, the cooked food is also expensive.

I always have such a good experience at this Longo's - they have the most delicious cakes and fresh flowers, and the employees are super friendly. For birthdays and special occasions we always stop here and are impressed every time. Call the bakery and place an order for a strawberry cake - they use fresh cream & strawberries and it's the most delicious cake ever! I can't believe it's available at that price. It is better than the one I had at Cake Boss' bakery in Hoboken.

Love this store. The staff are very friendly, many have worked there for decades. There's a feeling of a community there. Fresh produce, meat, fish. Great selection of cheeses.

This used to be my favorite location however, that changed recently. Lately, I noticed that staff are slacking. I went there 2 times this week and both times were unfortunate. The first time I was double charged for items I only purchased one of and the cashier decided to use my points without asking (I was trying to collect a decent amount of points so that I can use them all at once). I didn't notice right away because I signed up for e-recipts; I noticed later that night when I checked my e-mail. The second time I went the cashier forgot to give me one of my groceries bags. I didn't realize until I got home so then I had to arrange for someone to go pick it up before closing. This is really unfortunate!

Needs more cahsiers and better line management during the busier hours. Besides that, they're great.

Top notch quality meats and produce. Regular priced items are pricey. The specials when you can get them are great on these quality items.e. G.specials on steaks are the same sale price as other stores but theirs are AAA quality.

I wrote about a bad experience with the Bakery team a week ago and the next day the Longos Ponytrail team asked me to email the feedback so that they can ‘Make it right’ for me.

I did email them on the provided email but the funny thing is that even after a week I have not received a response to my email.

No idea how Longo’s has survived so long with such customer service.

Finally a grocery store that has fruit and veggies that my Eclectus Parrot will eat. He only eat fresher than fresh food. They can tell better than us when something is not fresh. I am saving time and money since I no longer have to throw out uneaten food.

Although I frequent this Longo's, there are some areas of improvement. No beer or wine option is a must in 2020. Customer washrooms need improvement as well.

The only reason I shop here is because it’s conveniently close to where I live. Products are fresh and good but mostly over-priced.
A couple of the elder cashiers are extremely rude and unhelpful. They’re also often very slow and work in the express checkout which makes zero sense.

It's a small Longo's, which isn't that big of an issue. Surprisingly good selection, to be honest, given the size of the store. Two cashiers in a row were unhelpful, the second bordering on rude. I went out of my way to hit up Longo's because I really like the products and store layouts but I'm thankful this one isn't in my regular rotation.

They have a great selection of produce, fresh salads and flowers they often have berries that are hard to find elsewhere, like gooseberries and currants.a bit pricey though

The thing I like most is that the staff seem genuinely happy to be working here. That seems to be a rare find these days. They make a real effort to help you get what you need instead of just telling you what area it might be in.

This is truly an amazing grocery store. From fresh items in the deli to delicious salads in the vegetable section, they are truly quality!

I live in the complex behind longos so I go almost every other day. The employees are super nice, super friendly, and are always willing to have “real life” conversations with you if they have the time.

This is a grocery store that has an excellent meat department, a great bakery and a cheese selection second to none. The square footage is small if you are more familiar with the concept of superstores. With a smaller footprint this obviously leaves one with fewer spaces to fill. So sometimes you see an incomplete range of items s, m, l but no xl. On the positive side you see a growing number of organic, gluten free, low salt options that did not exist before.

The staff needs more training they don't know where the product is located it took 5 staff members and a manager and they still didn't find what l was looking for

This grocery store is really upscale, wonderful, clean, spacious, with high end products. Generally, you will pay a bit more than the more basic stores, but the quality is first class. The produce is fresh, and fabulous and they often have some really weird choices such as grapes that taste like cotton candy (awesome). The meats and fish are top quality, and are fresh, again with plenty of great options. They made up a beautiful crown roast of lamb for me, to serve 16 people, something that my local butcher said was not possible. And it was the highlight of Christmas dinner. The staff will drop everything to help you, and they will do it with a smile. For special occasion shopping, Longo's will never let you down, but they also have sale prices on plenty of merchandise which can be quite competitive. Over all though, yes, be prepared for a bigger bill compared to no frills or food basics. But sometimes it's absolutely worth it.

Ordered a custom drip cake a week in advance. Went to pick it up and they gave me off the shelf coconut cake. I asked the not so helpful person there to take a look and he told me, sorry I can give you two dollars off. I don’t care for a discount or a refund for that matter. Anyhow, not only they messed up, they didn’t even care to find another solution. I go to this Longos all the time, never again. If this is the type of people they have working with food I can imagine how disciplined and diligent they are handling food. No, thank you

I've been shopping at Longo''s since they moved in the neighborhood. They carry an excellent selection of produce and a wide variety of organic produce as well.
The service is impeccable. They order anything you need or is out of stock and they follow up with the ingredients and products ordered. They bring any product that's not available from other locations as well.
The bakery has amazing desserts and the fresh ones they make are excellent. Everyone is professional, from baker and butcher to the ladies who make bouquets and wrap the flowers. If you are lucky to find Tiffany behind the flower counter, she'll make you wonder why she's not a florist. Most of the employees have been here for years and you can see what a difference working with passion makes.
It is open 7am or 10 pm during the week and until 8 pm during the weekend.

Lots of choices for single servings or 2 people. Expect a 1.50 higher on most items. Friendly, and clean.

My favorite store. Everything is there. Starbucks coffee, freshly baked bread and amazing delicious croissant, fresh fruits and vegetables and very friendly service. 100% recommend
