I really liked the logos design, lots to choose from, but the customer service is bad and you do not get what you pay for!

Scam, stay away from this company, on their website you don't have clear pricing information, you have to go through a process, and I bought the basic logo package for 20 us dollars, downloaded and my designer told me that he can't use it for advertising purposes, he needs other types of formats, because format is png. They say I should buy premium logo package for 65 usd, there was enough information, sorry your customer is not satisfied, does it mean anything to you?
Why would you sell a logo if that logo is useless in professional terms? Very disappointed. I asked refund but they send me screenshots that they were clear about, they took advantage of my limited knowledge on the formats and their impact.

You pay 9x$ and you can only make one logo and if, due to things in life, you want to modify any part of the logo after two days, you have to pay again. Excessively expensive and not recommended service, due to the limitations you have in the settings after selecting your logo.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, easy to understand when giving instructions, and freely offering suggestions for possible "work-arounds" for my immediate stumbling block.
Wow.all that and stunning customer service chat reps too? Think it's too good to be true? Well, it's absolutely true here!
Nothing but good things to say so far about Looka and their reps. Wonderful experience, easy to use online design too, brand logo design choices are sleek and professional in appearance even BEFORE customizations of any type. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to set out their own custom "brand image" across their business. PERFECT for anyone just starting out to develop their sole proprietorship or small partnership business!

Looka has been good for me, as a new business owner and not that well versed with technology, I am able to figure it out. Customer Support is prompt and helpful. Grateful to them for sure!

Lovely company, the design system works well and the end results looks nice. I miss being able to see names of fonts, but aside from that small detail this is a full 5 out of 5. Stay awesome!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Leon at Looka for my company's logo and brand creation needs. From the get-go, Leon was incredibly helpful, attentive, and eager to understand my vision. However, while Looka's tools are robust and innovative, I found that they didn't align perfectly with my specific needs for this particular project. This by no means reflects poorly on Looka or Leon's superb assistance, but rather on my unique requirements.

1 star because I really love the logo I made with them, but would give them 0 stars for the rest. I read reviews that the packages are deceiving, but decided to give it a chance anyway, and the reviews were correct that it is extremely unclear what you get and don't get. If you want anything of value, it's not included with your package, you have to keep buying upgrades, which is not stated or clear (it would not be a problem if it was laid out clearly) Gilbert from customer service was terrible to deal with and made my experience with this company very disappointing.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the Looka services are. For someone like me, with little to no tech experience, setting up my needs has been incredibly simple and.fun! When I couldn't adjust what I wanted, the team was promptly responsive, engaging, personable, which for me meant everything due to my busy schedule. These guys are awesome!

I have been using branding tools for many years, but nothing has compared to the astounding capabilities of Looka!
The program offers so much, and their customer service responded to me IMMEDIATELY regarding a billing issue and took care of it within 15 minutes of me reaching out to them. Super stoked about that! You guys are the best - keep up the great job!

I started creating a logo and could not find some very basic features that I needed to finish. I thought it was worth a try to see if some of them existed behind a paywall so I bit and paid for the service only to find out they LOCK most everything once you finish payment. I can't even update the text on the logo
Good luck trying to get Kiah the head of their customer "service" to assist. They are clearly not in it for long-term clients and only for the quick $$$.
I attempted to dispute with my credit card to get my $100 back and Looka submitted some fraudulent information to get my credit card company to return the charge to me for receiving NOTHING.
Do not use this service, if you can avoid it. Maybe try Canva instead?

Stay away from this company.this is not what you would expect.
There phone line is set up as a bot and you will not get a hold of anyone.
DO NOT USE THEM.
My login didn't work after paying.never got my receipt in my email until email to them and asked for it then I got it. (suspicious)
But no luck for anything else,
after spending over 200 dollars and 10 calls, there is just no way to get ahold of these guys and there website is the worst ever to work with.
They deserve 0 Stars.

I ordered a Logo in 2018, but lost access to the files. I sent Looka a message, and within minutes Leon helped me recover my logos. Looka really is amazing, thank you!

Great experience. Lots of design options, easy to customize and navigate. I had a small issue but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by Leon. I would definitely recommend them.

This is nothing short of a rip off and the worst customer service i have ever experience. The representative that helped me called me unprofessional and they offered no help. The files I received were not sharp and would not load properly to either my website or to make buisness cards. Also the site was very misleading and i thought buinsess cards were included which was the ONLY reason i signed up. After the purchase and after sav8bg a copy of the logo, i moved on to making my buisness cards only to ve redorected to zazzle which required another charge to get the cards. Confused i reached put for help only to be told that because i saved the image file they cannot refund me. Literally felt scammed as soon as the payment went through. They initially offered me a partial refund and i beleived they would then allow me to fnish out the subscription for the year as he said you can continue to edit your logo and maintain ownership plus other PERKS. Im sorry what perks would those be. A high heart rate from the stress of dealing with the company. They canceled everything except the ability to edit the logo I already made which is just text and could be put together anywhere and the ownership to the logo. I asked what they had to prove the ownership and they said date of purchase. So no document or anything just A random transaction to looka is all you need. Just rediculous. They have no compassion and did not take any of what I suggested to protect others from the same confusion I went through into consideration. The worst part is my website is non profit and I don't make any moneyboff of bit as it is so I'm in the negative big-time at this time. The customer is always wrong should be there slogan.

Purchased a business package 2 months ago. Since then I can't log in without getting an error. When I reach out to CS, I get a response days later. Then I can log in for one day. LOL So basically the business package is useless if I can't print invoices on demand. I've requested a refund but I doubt I'll get one based on other reviews.

I was having trouble getting my logo to upload without a background and I reached out for help. A member if the Looka team was able to quickly help me identify the problem and fix it.

Nothing annoys me as much as a tool advertised as free and asks for subscription once you have spend considerable amount of time on it. Why don't you guys just say its not free?

It is not user friendly, I paid almost $200.00 it kept asking me to buy more packages. The help center is not helpful. No online chat for getting help. They are a rip off. I don't recommend them at all.

Questionable business practice. Their payment options is one of them, they have you thinking you would be making monthly payments for their service when they actually charge you the full year before you even decide to commit the full year? Then refuse to give you a refund for their misleading payment options. Pathetic. I could get a custom logo made by an artist for 3x LESS THE PRICE. This is a scam of a business.

I feel this website is intentionally misleading when it comes to purchase options. And their customer service only exist to blame you. They don’t deserve your business.

I can't even log in, having purchased the priciest option. The logo won't upload on to anything, utterly disappointing outcome for a small business owner trying to look professional. I feel robbed.
