I’m so disappointed in this dealership. I bought 2 vehicles at the end of 2020 and the ‘detailing’ they claim on paper NEVER happened. Both were paid in full, upfront. They did not disclose crucial information and the SUV, that was driven locally no more than once a week, was riddled in decay that has surfaced so terribly.
I paid $10,000 for a vehicle that’s rotted from the inside out and never should have passed inspection, for sale.
A short time after the purchase, the e-brake was engaged and completely seized. We had to tow it to an auto shop and a mechanic had to release it. We were strongly urged never to use it as it was not functional at all and would definitely seize again. RUST.
You couldn’t even jack the vehicle up because the rust was so bad, the jack went right through it and it collapsed hard onto to the driveway, when attempting to change a tire. The rusted debris was scattered over the pavement.
I never thought I’d need to inspect the undercarriage to ensure it was in tack.
To top it off, over $2000 was purchased on extended warrantee & the SUV always was kept clean and enclosed in the garage and regular oil changes were completed to keep the warranty active, whether I drove it or not. In just 2 years and it’s not worth more than $1500. I’m sure I could have done more to learn how bad the condition was but I didn’t ask enough questions. It became painfully clear that the vehicle was stored for a long time and not protected from weather damage. Unfortunately it wasn’t apparent at the time of purchase. That explains the lower mileage. Live and learn for me and my son but please beware of this dealership. The sales people seem nice but once the deal is done, they don’t call you back or take responsibility for ripping people off. They are not honest there. Be careful! Over $20,000 and horrible after they get the money. Looloo Auto will Never get a red cent out of me or my son, his friends and numerous other Miltonians that know how true this is.
Saddest part is, they don’t care about repeat clients. I’ve been 15 years in Milton and I’ve known this company to be good but only bought from them in 2020. There’s always going to be another new face to take to the cleaners.

Purchased a truck that ended up having multiple issues, they basically wash their hands of it after you buy. Within 3 months of driving it started on fire while driving down the 401.

My Son bought his first car from Loo loos and the experience was great we dealt with Brian who made the sale quik and easy and was very patient with us. If I could give a 0 star I would. They said they had a truck told me to drive the 2 hours and sold it right from underneath us soon as we got to the place.

I took a couple of weeks before writing this review. I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 from the gentleman at LooLoo. Initially there were several issues with the truck and then again after I picked it up there were several more. I was very very frustrated at that point. HOWEVER Yasir calmed me down and gauranteed me everything would be fixed. And it was. Tony, Sam and Yasir pulled thru and fixed everything I was concerned about and even tho the beginning of the process was difficult (parts not coming in so repairs couldn't be done for when I was told they would be) they pulled thru and made me a satisfied customer. I would buy another truck from them knowing that they would not let me leave with issues and being unhappy. No used car is perfect, some brand new cars aren't even perfect. Tony is a super sales man with a no pressure approach which I appreciated. Sam pulled thru on the managers side and Yasir was able to validate my issues and put me at ease.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my last vehicle- a MB E400 from this store. Yassir (I hope I spelt it right), the sales representative that had looked after my initial inquiries and finance application, was very thorough in explaining and showing the few options that were available to me. He was also very thoughtful in processing my finance application and kept me within budget which I’m grateful for! Thanks also to Tony for a smooth and timely delivery!

This was a significantly big purchase for me that I really needed to go smoothly and see a lot of value in for me to be satisfied and excited about my new car. A Great car buying experience, the owner is very nice and gave a fair price, we bought our Lexus ES 350 a year ago and it's still going great!

When making a large purchase, such as a vehicle, I reflect on not just how the vehicle performs but how well the staff performed and how I was treated. At Looloo I was treated remarkably well. They understand that a positive customer service experience is essential to future business and referrals.

I could not be happier with my purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Looloo. Yasir, my sales associate, was very attentive and did not put any pressure on me to make the sale. Sam, the sales manager, took care of any and all concerns I had with the SUV. He really went to bat for me on an issue which was of utmost concern to me, and for that I am very grateful.

My experience at LooLoo with tony (salesman) was phenomenal, He helped answered all my questions and if there was any concerns before purchasing the vehicle he got it all done, I bought a 2013 acura tl at a really well price, compared to other places, also had my brakes replaced when certified, i was actually surprised, most dealerships will only do a satisfactory safety however they went the extra mile. I have posted here before do not buy from here they sell used subies that are near death they will get you about 25kms and then lose a clutch and engine will be shot.take it from someone who literally just spent 7k on a new rebuild and they told me the engine was absolutely mangled and it couldn't have been done just from me

These guys are awesome. I have purchased a car from them in the past and my experience with them was good so I returned to them again a few years later when I was in the market for a vehicle again.

Unfortunately it did not work out for me as the car I wanted was a little out of my budget but these guys did everything they possibly could to try to make it work. I had about 300 questions that i asked the salesman and he got back to me on every single question and request that i made. They were offering me more than fair money for my trade in as well.

As long as I'm still in the market for a vehicle this will be the first place that I check!

I recently bought a 2013 Mercedes E 350 coupe from LooLoo's Auto Sales. I must say that I was very happy with the level of service I recieved from Tony. He was knowledgeable, and professional throughout our dealings. No pressure sales, which would have definately made me walk away from the car. The car had a problem with the drivers side mirror that was quickly fixed, and the car was delivered to me in pristine condition. I've had the car almost 2 weeks now, and am happy I bought it. I would definately reccomend LooLoo's Auto Sales to friends and family.

Horrible Service! They show they care at first but then no response when the money is paid. Tony is an amazing salesman and very polite and hospitable.
Purchased a 2011 Subaru Legacy from them a month ago. They gave me there car without a wheel lock key! I was stuck!
The car also started misfiring and had major issues. Cost me 800$ to fix it. They dint want to do anything about it. The manager (Sam), spoke to me about it and told me my mechanic was wrong! I was far away and couldn't drive as the car was not drivable.
Tried contacting them and they said we'll get back to you.
After my car is fixed and paid for. Then they email me after 4 days!
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I WOULD RECOMEND WILSONS USED CARS (Guelph). -bought a previous car from them and it was good and the after service I got was amazing.
But DONOT deal with Sam! Never!

We called Looloo auto because we were looking at a specific Subaru for our budget. We called them ahead of time and spoke to Lynette who gave us information on the Legacy we were looking at. She was upfront with the Carproof info and we decided to test drive it. We went through a few options and budgets and we were happy with the vehicle. We went through the details, carproof, financing and other administrative information. After test driving it we decided to purchase the vehicle. Lynette worked with the lenders to get us the best rate possible and after personal research and talking to multiple dealers, this was the best deal by far. After going back to sign the papers we were told the car would be ready in a week. We returned at the scheduled time and the car was ready and detailed as expected. They did an amazing job. I didn't want to write this review immediately after picking the vehicle up in the event that we would run into any issues with the vehicle. We've put about 1000km on it since purchasing and not a single problem. Everything is working as expected. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a used Subaru! Everyone there is professional and was willing to help us.

Yasir. He made it seem like the car I was trading to him wasn’t worth more than a car with 172,000kms more on it. Same year for BOTH cars, his and mine. His car was just a higher trim. I didn’t know any better and thought it was a good trade. Lost big money. Now I see the same car and model just a different colour on auto trader with way less kms than the one yasir gave to me going for significantly less than the price for the car he gave me. At the time there were no other cars of the same trim with the same higher km range to compare to. Now I know that even at dealer wholesale value, the car I traded to him was worth significantly more. The car he gave me was worth $4000 wholesale, worth thousands less than the car I gave him wholesale vs wholesale. Stay away from LooLoo Auto. Most of these reviews aren’t genuine, they beg you to leave a good review. I’m glad I didn’t refer my friends that were looking for cars around the same time.

I purchased a 2008 Subaru Legacy wagon recently. Ì have been looking for over a year for one. Looloos price was fair and they delivered the car to me on time and in amazing condition. I could not be happier with my purchase or with the car. They stand behind their products and are always available if you have concerns. Ì highly recommend this dealership. I have been looking at multiple cars to replace my Infiniti G37 for a better daily car. The one car I really wanted was a Lexus CT200h. I noticed one on AutoTrader that was posted here at Looloo. As far as the dealership I had no past experience here, but I always enjoyed looking at their inventory as they have an impressive selection!

I drove a few Lexus CT200hs and I was pleasantly impressed with how it drove. I knew that if all was well I would purchase the car. It came safety and e tested, new brakes, and the car was detailed. I did not haggle the price as it was priced fairly for the year and mileage, and I just wanted to make sure everything was taken care of upon delivery.

The one who helped me with my sale was Tony M! He's a great guy, knows his cars, and is passionate about his work.

I have had a great experience working with him and the dealership as a whole. It was a very clean and smooth process. I normally purchase privately, but this car is hard to come by and it was the colour, condition and everything else I wanted.

I would definitely purchase another car from here in the future. As far as negative reviews go, my motto is to deal with the issue with the person/company before leaving a negative review and do your best to resolve it. That helps create a positive experience for everyone.

Purchased my first Subaru STI, I was under the impression I was buying a true STI with all original parts. Turns out, the engine was not an original STI engine. It had been swapped. Looloo played dumb and I believed them and purchased another STI from them. - After having questions about warranty I called my local Subaru dealership and spoke to the service manager and his EXACT words were: "is the car from Quebec? And did you buy the car from Looloo" I replied yes, as it is the truth, and the manager told me Looloo buys cars from Quebec that have been written off as a "salvage title" and fixes them up and sells them here in Ontario. NEVER buy a car from Looloo as you never know what you are really getting. Bunch of frauds.

But these guys really impressed me with their friendly inviroment and lack of acting so they deserve my respect specially (yasir)

I really liked the kept promises for ex.
One of them was when I checked out the the brand new tires (Goodyear) wasn’t the special made for my f-type and told them they took actions right away and ordered them
And when I send back to put them on they made sure the work was done by jaguar dealer and lend my another car home since I live in Richmond Hill
