Loomis Express

I have to come here quite regularly to pick up shipped medical supplies and its always a good experience. Even when they are unable to find it right away, I've been asked to wait, and within a short time someone always comes out with my package. Really friendly staff!

Unfortunately the people who deliver packages do not follow the protocol to text the customer before or after delivery. My package no where to be found

By far the worst transportation company in business. Purchased $1100 in fireworks in Nova Scotia well ahead of Victoria Day, they lost them, then found them a week after! Getting updates on the shipment was painful, they were not helpful and did not make any effort to expedite delivery when they finally found them. The company I purchased the fireworks from told me Loomis permanently lost their business moving forward. NEVER USE LOOMIS!

Lazy drivers leaving packages in lobby, going forward any package not delivered to my door will be reported as stolen

Never go pick up your package from there, they let me wait out side in the parking area, and there is one Fat man there, he is so rude i never saw someone as rude as him in all around kitchener/Waterloo
I will never go back there or use their service anymore.

Left a $1700 electronic on my door step in the rain. A simple knock on the door would have been nice.

Friendly staff. Walk up, call the number on the door. Wait 5 minutes for your package and your done.

Delivered to door during daytime twice - not realizing some people work for a living during the day. Now, the package is at their warehouse in a different town and I have to pick it up (or pay $10 for a third try and stay home from work). I do not recommend this service at all.

One of the drivers didnt stop at a stop sign where I was walking, his window was open, and I said "there's a stop sign" and he laughed at me. That's the kind of people Loomis hires. I wanted to report this driver but the truck also had no back license plate. Very cool, and not illegal at all!

Just told that driver said no one home.really 3 cars in driveway, 3 people in the house and a dog that barks at everything and here I sit waiting on my delivery that isn't coming. No tag no sticker. Now I have to drive to depot to pick it up.

The bad reviews are right.only give 2 attempts at delivery while assuming you arent home and then you need to go pick it up.

I called for a quote and the sales rep was very rude, seemed like he was just trying to get off the phone with me.

I work from home, which means I am literally home EVERY day. Despite this, their delivery workers almost always claim I'm not home and don't complete deliveries. The few drivers who have actually bothered to buzz me refuse to come upstairs and bring parcels to my door, forcing me in my invalid state to come down 9 floors to the lobby to receive packages that they are SUPPOSED to bring directly to my apartment. I didn't think it was possible for any delivery company to be worse than UPS, but Loomis is about as bad as you can get when it comes to their delivery people.

Kept saying my package was delivered yet couldn't produce my signature and didn't have a cod payment record, as they won't accept cash during covid. Kept transferring me back and forth and no one could help me. I was never given a tracking number do couldn't do online and the live chat said it was delivered.

6 packages waiting for pickup. I have driver on video only take 4. Leaving 2 large boxes sitting right there in front of him. Call loomis ABSOLUTELY NO HELP.

Literally the worse service ever. No phone call for delivery and assumed there's no one home when THERE WAS! Most of staffs are not helpful at all. We all see the reason why this company only have 2 starts rating only.

The service is actually 5star given the pandemic procedure of calling at the door but the address on the map only gets you to an intersection. If you are the type that quickly gets frustrated, you give up but the "Loomis" office is just around the right bend on the side of the first building.

We tried to a send letter, the person serving us was rude and not helpful. He was too lazy to talk or walk. Left us to wait outside in 33 degrees Celsius weather. He asked us to show him our credit card through the window instead of taking it to pay for shipping. Wonder how their business is still surviving. Never again. At Canada Post (snail mail), at least you can get inside and they are pleasant. Zero stars for Loomis Express!

I used Loomis Express 2 times for 1 year. Both times everything was great: professional service, reasonable price, delivery exactly at the promised time. I sent important documents, so accuracy with them was very important. I do not know what else I should expect. For this reason my rate is 5 stars.

Worst experience you could ever expect. They charged me money for custom duty and after two months DHL is telling me your money is still due.

It's hard to find since there is no signing outside on the building and the GPS tells you that you have arrived at your destination while to are still on the road in the curb.

Business i bought from used dhl for my purchase from Europe. I followed the tracking of the product and it eventually arrived without delay or problem. I had no issues whatsoever with this company.

With the cost of sending a parcel within Canada higher than some other couriers, what do you get? Well, at this specific branch you get an elderly lady who will scorn you if you haven't got one of those clear packing slip pouches that the other couriers give you for free on you. Wonderous.

Completely disorganized and un reliable, ordered some household items from Walmart.ca and I have to wait several days for my items because they put it on multiple trucks arriving on multple days!

Using a low cost courier you should expect lower class service. Never had a problem with my regular deliveries/pick ups. Employees have even been especially useful when I have had to come to the depot to pick up an urgent package. They went out to the floor to find it for me and even helped carry it to the car!

A employee at that branch sent the package back to the shipper although it only has been a day since the pickup date. Then he specifically said it was my fault. Also, twice I was home while the delivery man came but he just left a note and didnt even knock
