Delivery man smelled like a cigarette very very strong! Dressed in joggers with rips and tears and stains it was very unprofessional

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely unreliable, no effort is made to contact customers when they have trouble delivering, they refuse service to certain areas in the winter, but don't notify you before you create the waybill and have the parcel picked up, customer service is rude, and unhelpful, etc. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Not a good experience. Twice my package was failed and the reason put down was that no one was home. Both times there were multiple people home and upon checking my cameras no one even came to the door. Absolutely ridiculous and awful service.

Horrible company - courier delivery is supposed to be a convenience for the customer and this company is anything BUT! Had an order but they gave no indication of when it would be delivered. Today I stepped out for 5 min, and wouldn't you know, that is when the driver came. Because no none was home they left me a note saying they would try again Monday, despite the fact that I will be away. Because of this they say they will send the package back to the originator, and I am now out the amount of my purchase plus I will not be receiving my goods. When I called they were totally unsympathetic, and told me it was my problem.

Parcel has been on the truck out for delivery for days. Calling gets you nowhere. Maybe one day we'll get out parts I guess.

1 star is a high score. Waited all day for my package and nothing. Called tracking and was given the runaround. I worked in the industry for 10 years, so I know when I'm being fed b.s. Perhaps hire Canadian citizens that speak and understand English!

Even if you have tracking number there's no Canadian contact number that you can call and speak with real person.
I never used this company and I'm not recommending it to anyone who's time is valuable.

No notice left. Driver has tried delivering in mid-day; I work from 9: 00 am - 6: 00 pm. He left garbled message on phone with no instructions. Company I bought from indicated they would use Canada Post. What a shame they didn't. Loomis doesn't seem to have any drop-off point near my apt where I can pick up.

A bit complicated to get here if you use OC Transpo, but it is what it is.

Chat assistance works fast and good. Received my package fine and secure, without any damages.

Package has been delivered in two days, because I asked for hold on when it was picked up for delivery, so I got it next day.

Customer service is garbage and they have no parking. Was going to ship a parcel to alberta and they wanted $100. I shipped it thru Canada post for $38.

Delivery was really quick but out of 13 boxes 9 was damaged really bad.they are very irresponsible.

Worst delivery company ever.didn't bother ringing or knocking on door just stuck delivery notice on door and left, even though someone was home and waiting. Customer service on their website is atrocious, won't help at all and then chat just gets cut off. I hope I never have anything delivered from this company again. Still haven't received my package so here's hoping it does show up

Pire compagnie pour livraison, je n'ai toujours pas mon colis et ils veulent j'aille le récupérer à Ottawa a une heure de chez moi sinon payé des frais supplémentaires pour livraison mais je pourrais pas choisir l'heure ou journée alors difficile avec horaires de travail. Il exige signature. Il ne laisse pas le colis a la porte.

I hope this business closes down and who ever owners are live a horrible life until they fix their delivery system.

Insanely slow delivery, tracking details are useless. Package has been 'out for delivery' for 4 days now.

I agree with most of these comments. They delivered to my place, then just stopped, and I had to pickup somewhere else, just because they wanted to cut cost on delivery. This was food delivery passed to them.another package was left for a full day without pickup, causing us not to receive it for the rest of the weekend until Monday. And that's if it even will show up on Monday.

The most disorganized and unreliable place. My delivery went to a totally different street altogether, my tracking said it should all arrive on November 2ND but the rest of my order still isn't here but tracking says "on it's way, with driver" at 8 PM on the 3RD. Unfortunately the businesses who use them for their deliveries will be losing business from us as well. Thanks for nothing!

I get a delivery service through these fools, they have delivered to the wrong address at times and sometimes deliver it very late (10 30 pm is ridoculous) 0 professionalism and they leave your stuff in the lobby without even a call. Useless company.

Always frustrating to give one star when a company should get zero. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Claims of attempted deliveries, no notices, inaccurate tracking long wait times and agents who do nothing, promises of phone backs.adds up to packages not being delivered and no accountability. Shame on you.

Mind numbing to deal with, No service, No idea where your package is. Nobody answers the phones, No point to deal with

Unreliable, unprofessional. The worst. I now ask if a company ships with them and if they do, I don't order.

I had amazing customer service. Loomis, please reach out so you can look at my file and send kudos to the appropriate staff members. From call centre to delivery, they helped me navigate an error I made to get my items to me.

Leaves packages on the front porch of condo buildings. Also awful to get anything done on the phone to remedy the situation. Don’t buy from a place that ships with this company.

Really? Had my online Walmart order shipped to the Walmart in the Bayshore mall. Tracking shows the driver unable to find the Bayshore mall in Ottawa? Says, bad address when the address was correct. Pitiful, this Ottawa courier can’t find a major mall within the city. Bad enough it happening once, but happen the following day with this same order. Walmart don’t use Loomis Express! Nothing good about his courier service. Customers shouldn’t have to try to straighten up screw ups.

Feb 8 2021: My supplier from Laval, QC had to ship out 1 X wheel for me to do a test fit, it arrived in 1 business day!

Feb 10 2021: Asked my seller to send the remaining 3 X wheels to my location on Wednesday and it arrived in less than 24hrs from Laval QC to Ottawa ON!

Both deliveries was the same driver "Vick" and he was very professional to call ahead to let me know he was in Ottawa and on his way to make the delivery. He brought all 3 pieces to my door and was just as nice as the first time I saw him, super awesome!

People, we're in a "lockdown" and if you can't understand why they can't enter your house then you have serious issues understanding what protocols or safety measure we're all suppose to be following during the lockdown and this includes the delivery guy also, not just yourself!

FYI: I don't know why so many people are saying that their shipping status isn't updating real time on their website as all of my 4 parcels were updating from the time it left Laval and when it arrived in Ottawa marking the item as being with the courier and on it's way to my door.

I'm glad Lacroix Tuning used these guys and would highly recommend them.

Update: Have had 3 shipments coming from QC to Ottawa for overnight shipping from Lacroix Tuning and each delivery was 100% on time and never delayed even during COVID lock down!

They just come at work hours with nobody in house with no call nothing and back with the package.

Driver made absolutely no attempt to deliver my package. Sitting at home during a lockdown and tracking information states that I wasn't home. Top notch, Loomis. Top notch.

I was told by a computer server support vendor that part that I needed to bring a server back online would be shipped overnight to me. I did not receive the part overnight nor in the next 7 days. On the 8th day a package showed up on my doorstep unannounced. No doorbell ring no knock no indication that the parcel had been delivered. The courier was Loomis Express.
