They’re so bad, unclear instructions, customer service is rude and no help, driver didn’t call or buzz, only leave ticket.

I was calling the phone number showing on map before I go there, the service lady didn’t know where is my package so she said I should call the pick up point before I go. Yeah I am calling you right now.

Ordered some shoes for my son and delivery was attempted twice during working hours. Second time the courier didn’t even ring the doorbell. Leaves notice with no details so have to figure it out for myself.

Contact customer service first through chat and then on the phone. Both were not helpful at all. Option was to pick up in literally a different city or pay 10 dollars for them to redeliver. No option to leave at door.

The customer service reps were both short with me and rude. They probably deal with this same complaint all day but an apology or empathy would be better than the snark I got.

Terrible courier. Will just buy my product elsewhere and complain to sketchers as well they should use a different company.

Company left 2 tags on my front door about attempted delivery during the work day, with no instructions on next steps. When contacted by phone, they told me I have to drive to the next city over to pick up the package myself from their distribution center. Then they sent the package back to the seller before I could pick it up.

At least I got a refund from the seller, but this was a big waste of time.

Need something on time or not damaged don’t use this carrier they are the worst. The Saputo cheese family buying up every courier in Canada to monopolize it they have no interest in the performance of their companies.

If you made an online purchase that needs to be delivered and they are using loomis as their courier I strongly advise you ask them to use anyone else, if they cannot I wouldn't bother ordering from them. Unusually slow times, originally told I would receive my package in two business days (coming from ottawa to toronto). My order was placed on the 26th, "shipped out" on the 27th, and was suppose to arrive on the 29th. The package was only just picked up today by loomis the 30th, and I am told wont get to me until Wednesday the earliest next week. Unsure how a package that is 4 hours away in ottawa takes this long to get to toronto - if I was told it would take this long in the beginning I wouldn't have bothered having it shipped and just would have made the trip and picked it up myself.

Overall, poor experience. A driver, at the minimum, should never assume someone is not home for their delivery, and always knock. This is the absolute basic expectation from a driver.

Paid ALOT of money for 2 day shipping. Package didn't come for almost two weeks. Then they tried telling me that it was delivered, which it was not. Will never use this company. Also takes them a week to respond to a phone call or an email.

I was scared reading all these reviews and I must say my experience was great. My package was delivered today 12/10/20. The driver was very nice too. I live in an apartment and he was very understanding and helpful. Thank you. That guy deserves a raise

UPDATE:
I was able to finally speak to someone, package was not delivered due to I live in an apt, ok fine but why was there no notice left letting me know they attempted delivery and that I would need to pick it up. I was told while on the phone they do not leave any notice, so what I get from that was I need to automatically know that was what I was suppose to do. Even tracking it there was no update telling me they attempted delivery, it was just a status I didn't not understand hence why I was trying to contact them. If I never got a hold of someone my item would of been shipped back. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Took my days to finally get in contact. FYI if you call and it just rings, just let it ring, I did and it brought me back to the main menu and I just repeated the processes over and over until someone finally picked up.

My package has been in a held status for days now, I cannot get in contact with anyone to get more information about this status. Their live chat option doesn't work, I have been calling and I get no one it just rings and rings forever. Its not even worse customer service it's no customer service. I get times are busy right now and things are different, but why is there no option to leave a voicemail or put on hold until someone can speak with you.

Ordered my stuff from Sportchek on 11/30/20 today is now 12/16/20 Customer service sucks noone picks up the phone, live chat doesn't work, This is the worst company i have every had to deal with I'm not sure why Sportchek uses this useless courier.

Very difficult to get a hold of customer service. I also left a call back number and still have yet to receive a call back.

Also their Online Chat service.literally left me waiting for an hour and then finally asked if i was there and disconnected.

Horrible company to deal with; and their status updates for tracking are a mess.how can it possibly be sorted 10 different times at one terminal.and the expected delivery date is always the next day without actually going out for delivery.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would, literally the worst customer service and delayed shipping I've experienced in my life. My order was placed on 2020/11/25, today is 2020/12/15 - I cannot drive my car because I need my winter tire rims. I called in to voice my displeasure and the lady hung up on me, customer is supposed to be FIRST, but with garbage customer service and an overall garbage experience the customer is LAST. Literally the WORST company I've ever dealt with. If your shipping is EVER done through them it's better to cancel your order.

I have yet to receive my package after seeing it repeatly being sent back between Etobicoke and Brampton location after talking to customer service for the whole week got to them yesterday Dec11 2020 and see it was with a courier just to see it get sent back to the Etobicoke location this is the WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH DELIVERY EVER AND YOU LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Can't get through to check the order status on my package because the tracking number isn't working. I just get cut off after 30 minutes of waiting. The company I ordered my tv from handed it off to loomis 10 days ago. The live chat also doesn't work. Heed my warning DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

This is the single worst company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one ever picks up the phone, no one ever answers the live chat. They lie about making delivery attempts and straight up make excuses. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK BAD AS YOUR DELIVERY WILL NOT ARRIVE ON TIME.

The absolute worst courier. I ordered something online for delivery and when I heard the company was using Loomis to deliver, I immediately knew I would have nothing but problems. Was I ever bang on! I called customer service to have a package returned to the sender because I didn't want to deal with Loomis and the service rep said they would process a return (liar). One month later, the package is still sitting in their warehouse most likely being kicked around and damaged. Thanks a lot you lazy service rep for doing absolutely nothing and leaving the package to rot and fester in your warehouse. I would never choose Loomis nor would I ever except anything from a company that uses this courier.

Absolutely the worst in Canada. I have been battling them to stop accepting collect shipments to my location for years, and their response is that it's not their problem, take it up with the guy shipping to you.

I have told them to close the account and leave me alone. They won't! This is ridiculous.

I wish there was an option to vote zero stars. First of all ordered from amazon and was told shipping would be through DHL. I knew I would be away so I signed a signature release on DHL website which confirmed it and I was able to track my package. I was not made aware that Loomis would be actually delivering it so the signature release with DHL meant nothing. To not have an option to leave a package this day and age is absolutely inconvenient and ridiculous. If I sign the release and it is stolen I accept that responsibility. That’s what the release is for. People work and travel and are not home during the day. Figure out an option for this other than “ 2 failed attempts” contact our website to find pick up locations. Ok loomis fine if you were in the 21st century and had convenient pick up locations every where like the postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex but you don’t my package (if it is even there) is over an hour away. This is the most Bush league budget inconvenient frustrating company I have ever had to deal with.

The truck drivers have no idea how to drive plate number ah75990 the guy doesn't look before he changes lane and it ran me and my family off the road and terrified my child and had the nerve to cuss me off after.

This is an update. I got a really goody support and hel from Loomis. My package was taking too long to delivery and the concierges on my condo made more problematic. Loomis, Trinette is the best customer service you can find and believe me bacause I work in logistics and I know what I'm talking about it. If you have very good employers like her the reviews can be only positive,

Avoid! This place is a scam. They'll try to overcharge the COD charges. Customer Service rep actually told me that if I pre-pay the COD twice, then it'll get here quicker. This place will be shutdown. Don't fall for the scam.

As soon as they were unable to deliver what I ordered because no one was home, I promptly received a phone call in which arrangements were made for pickup. Usually I have to track down the delivery company and make those arrangements myself, but they took initiative and made it super easy. The lady I spoke to on the phone made very clear notes so that no misunderstandings would be had within the company. The lady at front desk upon pickup was incredibly nice, she knew what I was picking up and was informed about the entire phone call. She even went out of her way to offer directions so I could find the best way home. I was in and out of the place quickly and the package was in perfect condition. I feel like I can trust this company as they delivered earlier than expected and seemed to have excellent customer service. In the last few years this has been the only time I felt like one of these companies cared about their customers.
