I mean, if I WANTED a delivery company to continually mark me as "not home" because I lived in an apartment building and the driver didn't feel like getting out of his truck, then be forced to take a two-hour bus ride (each way) to pick up my pants, Loomis would get five stars. It would even get an extra star for the "customer service" guy who explained, in drawling, world-weary tones, that the driver had not delivered the package because I had not signed the notice that had been left the day before, even though no notice had actually been left. Alas, we do not live in Opposite Land, and Loomis is genuinely terrible. Wow. I feel better now. I still don't have my pants, though.

Delivery was sent it 2 parts, it was never really explaned/displayed on Loomis site. Their tracker site is pretty useless. Lot of technical wording. Not updating with information a consumer would understand. Never showing 2nd item arriving several days later. Chatbot & staff were NOT friendly borderline rude. Next day the 2nd item was not delivered because they cannot locate me. Seriously? I was home all day and Amazon delivered a package 20 minutes prior. Driver never bothered to find my address.

Their customer service is poor. They keep saying the package woukd be delivered soon again and again. Did not happen. Lack of communication. Their drivers don't make any efforts to buzz or even attempt the delivery. I have been waiting my package for almost a week. I have never seen anything like this. Please avoid for your mental well being

Im asking a simple question to the customer service representative if my package is at the Markham location Im not impressed by his answers. He was trying to brush me off. And still hasn't answered my main question. The driver attempted to deliver to my house twice now but im gone all day and I work for a living. I couldn't even set-up a time for him to arrive. I called and ive been waiting on the phone to speak to someone for 20 mins and nobody has attended to me. Now I know why this company only has 1 star. I don't want to go to the Markham location just to find out its not there. Why can't you deliver the package and leave it on the door like Amazon? I really don't want to have to travel to this place if its isn't there. Not a great service!

I paid for the delivery. But they forced me to go for the delivery myself, and they charged me 28 dollars again.
The worst company that I do not recommend to anyone. Of course, I still don't know if I will receive my package after several days. No one answers the phone.

First of all. My shipment was with DHL express. It was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. But they ended up handing over my package to Loomie Express. Which took 9 days and I still don’t have it delivered to this date. I called customer service to find out. Such a rude agent! She was almost about to yell at me. If you trust loomis with your package. That’s the worst possible thing to do. And you’ll regret is right away! 0 stars for this terrible company! Same thing for DHL ‍️

On hold for 30 mins just for the support person to pick up the phone and immediately hang up.how do I know? You could hear the d*ckhead sigh and hang up.now on call #4 and still waiting for the chatbot to assign an agent. How are ya'll still getting business?

And the best part: only ship during business hours but can't schedule a time to drop off.why would you attempt to deliver twice if no one even knows when you're planning to show up?

Worst shipping company i dealt with. Refused to bring multiple heavy boxes to my unit and asked me to bring my own dolly. Staff was rude as hell.

A package from loomis says: Held at terminal unable to access location. What is “unable to access”, it’s a condo, and there is a 24hr security at the front entrance! I got other packages from other delivery companies on the same day! And this company is the only one that cannot access the location! I had to bring my 2mth old to their terminal in a such bad weather plus risk of COVID 19 to pick it up, and the package is so heavy that none of their employees helped me to load it in my car!
No wonder the rating is so low!

There's a reason for these low reviews. I went there yesterday during business hours, it was randomly closed. Went there today, they asked me all my package details, told me I would need exact cash, after I got it from the ATM they told me their printer isn't working, what a joke. Avoid this location.

Received notice on Monday that would reattempt Tuesday. Waited on hold for 1 hr to get customer service and found out they weren’t coming because they don’t deliver when it snows! They were suppose to come today.it snowed a bit this morning and they still haven’t showed. I have a feeling that snow was enough to cancel today’s deliveries. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes because I will not be available to receive the package on Monday.after numerous phone calls and due to the snow in this region, I eventually had to pick up the package myself as the company does not even make attempts when there is any sprinkle of snow.

Been calling this Loomis Express all afternoon to get an agent to pick up the phone, I think they purposely left the phone to ring. I even checked thier website and according to them that my tracking numbers does not exist. I also read the note it was supposed to be delivered the next day. I cleared my whole day for that package to come in and nada.
I would not ever use this service for any thing. I cleared my whole day for this and nothing was accomplished! Their service is horrible at best.

I wish I could give negative rating.

Loomis are possibly the worst couriers in Canada.

I placed an order on Walmart for two items. Eventually both items were shipped in separate shipments through Loomis. Both items travelled same time - all developments were almost the same until 4th December. They both show as arrived at Markham delivery facility on 4th December. After rotting at their facility for 5 days one package was delivered on 9th December while the other one is still not delivered (as on 15th December 8 pm).

When two packages arrived from same source and are meant to be delivered to one location how can they be separated?

Being service organization, they should at least have a working telephone line where customers can reach out.
Have been trying to call them to follow-up and possibly pick up myself from the facility but they will never answer the phone. Today i kept a phone on for a couple of hours to no awail.

The company I placed my order from used this company. My order was set to be next day delivery. I was told by the product company that it should delivered the next day on Friday Dec 18.
This companies tracking does not work with shop. So I set up for their tracking. My order was showing and eta of Dec 18. I waited around all day. Tried their live chat 14 times to receive no response. I phoned the company and was on hold for 1 hour. To which I was finally told they were holding my package hostage until Monday Dec 21. And even then it might be delivered that day. After reading the reviews about them not delivering if it shows. I am getting nervous my Christmas presents is ordered in October that were slated for next day delivery wont make it at all. A message has also been sent to the company that used this service to stop using them. I can receive amazon packages quicker. Weekends included and they use ups or fed ex or even canada post. This is unacceptable. Next day delivery is just that.

Via their tracking of my package going from Quebec to Etobicoke to Markham to be delivered in East York. It has past my area twice.

Don't use this company

Edit: it has been in their couriers possession since Friday. It was out for delivery this morning prior to 9 am it is now almost 4pm and nothing I have wasted 2 days now. Their live chat does not work. No one is answering their phone. PATHETIC. Finally arrived at 435 pm

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. They had a scheduled delivery that they failed to make and than lied and claimed I wasn't home. This was 100% false. I'd like to complain, but that would require them to have customer service that actually did their job and picked up the phone or used the love chat. An absolute joke of a company and I'd advise anyone who might use them that they're so terrible they also make you look bad as a result. Simple the worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Considering my package shipped on 22nd of Dec i was expecting to have to wait till after Xmas based on the reviews, but I got the package the next day late afternoon!

My package has been sitting in their warehouse 12-minutes from my house for 2-weeks and counting. It took less than 2-weeks to go from British Columbia to Toronto.so why is the last mile taking longer than crossing the country? Good luck getting a hold of anyone in a timely manner to find out the answer to that or any other question.

If it gets here at all, eventually, it will have earned the one star I'm forced to give them.

EDIT. Was finally able to speak to support. Front line staff are kind, patient and professional, but unable to do much except offer apologies. Call back from tracking agent never came. Still waiting for delivery.

Easily the worst delivery service I have ever been involved with. They make the least amount of effort to actually deliver your package and God help you if you need to get in touch with a person. You will wait on hold for an hour or so just to be told your package is available for pick up at a location that is probably not open even though the hours state they are. Garbage company.

Very poor delivery service along with poor customer service. The delivery person did not even enter the entry buzzer to get into my building and left several emails saying I was "not home" when I was actually home the whole time they were trying to deliver the package. Customer service was very poor as the lady seemed very annoyed and her attitude was very passive aggressive.
