Horrible experience with Dr. Kaur.
After having an unknown allergic reaction I went to the walk-in clinic to see Dr. Kaur. Immediately upon entering, in a very rude way, Dr. Kaur asked why I haven't seen her since 2019, and advised me to go and see the doctor I've been seeing since 2019. I explained I was here on a walk-in basis, at which point she suggested to take an over-the-counter medication and to follow-up with my doctor. We're in Canada not India.take her licence away.

Dr Shaikh is an “old school” detailed & thorough physician. His large patient base is proof of his excellent service. I highly recommend him. He has a knack honed by years of experience, to quickly assess your condition and put you back on the track to wellness in the shortest time.

Wanted to register with them but after reading reviews and their arrogant replies I changed my mind. Should change their attitude you are not in third world country anymore. And no need to tell me to take my business somewhere else I am already going to do that. You guys are arguing with people in review comments like a school kids. Can't even imagine what you guys be doing in your clinic.

I have been going to Lormel Medical Center since 2019 and I have had really good experience. Dr. Sheikh at the clinic takes the time to hear your concerns and provides detailed feedback. During pandemic Dr. Sheikh was kind enough to provide his cell number for any questions or concerns as everything was shut down. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for doctor, he was rude, did not gave 2 minutes to ask question about my temperature & diet. Was in super rush and rude (doctors should at least reply politely) if Doctor do not want to take walk in patients then why you advertise as walk-in clinic, this shouldn’t be walk-in clinic.

Dr Sheikh dont' let us complete our sentence and very rude behavior which I heard from multiple people. My family doctor left the Brampton and I have no choice. Behavior is rude.

Pharmacist was very professional and gave full details on the medication along with precautionary measures. Appreciate and keep doing the same

Doctor maybe okay but good luck getting to see doctor. And never book appointments because they will still give walk-in patients priority. You will still have to wait 1 hour after your appointment to see the doctor. Plus the receptionist is very rude. She has no sense how to talk to patients at all or how to handle the appointments. She would just do everything based on her preference.if she wants she will send someone before u saying they had appointment and if u come with appointment she will send walk-in patient first caz they came before even if it's beyond ur appointments time and u have been waiting. Very bad service.it feels like u r not in medical clinic in canada but a third world pop up clinic.

Dr. Rizwan Sheikh is very experienced and expert doctor. He talks to the patient in such a friendly manner that half of the illness gone only meeting this doctor. Yes, I understand you need to wait a bit even having appointment because even doctor doesn't know how much time a patient will take. Gary, the chief pharmacist is also very helpful. Thanks.

I had a high opinion of Dr Shaikh until today (Sept 24,2022). He was dismissive & impersonal and clearly in a hurry to see other patients. I did not feel heard or respected. There was no eye contact nor did he listen to my concerns. Very disappointing. I left feeling worse than when I went!

Every time I have talked to a doctor here I feel like I have come to debate and have to argue with the doctor to express the reason for my visit. They cut you off mid sentence and don’t show any empathy for the patient, nor do they seem bothered about your health concerns. I can only think that there is a strong bias going on here.

I hope if I could give ZEro star not to the medical center but to the doctor (Mr. Rizwan sheikh). I visited this medical center today so that I could see Dr.simrat but unfortunately she was on vacation and receptionist recommended Mr. Sheikh and I said yes so that my problem could be resolved. Firstly I waited there around 1.5 hours but that is understandable too. As finally my turn came I went to doctor sheikh and tell him I have no family doctor but I came here before and saw Dr.simrat but I don't know what came in his mind and start saying there is no problem and no solution for whatever I am saying and started being rude and said if you think you can come again and see doctor simrat if she will have solution or either I can go to somewhere else. I don't understand why he is sitting there if he can't listen to his patients and don't even let their patients to explain their concerns. He simply said one problem at a time and did not even let me finish whatever I was explaining to him. That made me surprised that ifanyyone is going to him he can only listen one problem at a time.wow.

I have one question to owner, if clinic is open in opening hrs, why nobody pick the phone? Number of time I call, ring goes then hung up and recorded voice and thanks. I understood, some time they are busy but they should pick up and put the client on hold. I think there Is lack of orientation. If client is not able to make appointment then how we get the treatment.

Dr. Rizwan Sheikh is really a great doctor he is so polite and always listen you carefully very professional and it's easy to get the appointment. He always come up with his positive attitude every time even if I am stressing out I am glad that I have doctor Shaikh bless you sir

I visited this clinic this For the first time when I landed in Canada and I am pregnant at that time with 28 weeks, he treated my like his own family member and i would say i was so lucky that i have got the chance to meet Dr. Rizwan Sheikh. He is a wonderful doctor and amazing person. Its so good to see someone so positive, Dr. Sheikh listened my health problem so calmly, for which i wish i can give him more than 5 stars. Anybody looking for a family physician i would 10000% recommend Dr.sheikh …….

Really rude and unprofessional. Dr. Rizwaan Shaikh is very rude very very rude. Don't want to listen to patient and start giving conclusions in aggressive way before even listening the full problem. This guy have mood swings. He don't even even think that he is getting loud and aggressive Even the cashier predicted that i want to complaint about the owner and the doctor RIZWAAN upon asking a supervisor number.
Worst part me after somehow explaining my problems this guy stopped me and said "I CANNOT TAKE CARE OF NO MORE THAN TWO PROBLEM IN ONE VISIT " and pointed at the wall where it says we are open all days now and said "ITS WRITTEN ON THE WALL "
If you have and problem and if he is the only option to visit, don't waste your time and for sure GOD will help you more than him.

He even called me after and left a voice mail saying, "HEYYY, YOUR REVIEWS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE, OK, WE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR REVIEWS. "

I did not leave a review because I had a bad experience, but based on the other "stellar" reviews, I figured my experience may have been due to bias. So I chose not to write anything until now (just so you do not think I am messing up your ratings without any ground to stand on).

I was there in 2017 after an accident, and the doctor did an insufficient job checking me out. Little eye contact, only asked questions without a physical exam. Even missed a huge bruise on my arm. Never went back. Probably why you have no record of me in your system, even though the government requires you to keep all records for a number of years. However, you provided me with what I needed so I decided to be generous with 3 stars.

I do not want to slander the place, but I will assume you have upgraded your practice and standards since. You have many positive reviews on here, but unfortunately I cannot relate to that. All in all, I hope you provide ALL your patients the proper care they deserve.

Excellent service. Having Dr. Sheikh as my family doctor from last 5 years. Treat his patient like family and i do dicuss 4 - 5 problems at ones unlike other clinics. He earns more respect in my heart as i saw him continue his brilliant service to the community during these challenging times of covid.

I don’t know what’s worse: the lack of customer service skills, the lack of communication skills, the lack of respect, or the lack of professionalism. I’ve been coming to this clinic for quite a while now (since I live close to them) and nothing has changed. I’ve given them chance after chance and I give up now. Although I don’t know all the doctors names (I don’t care to know them either) they’re all the same. They don’t let you finish a sentence before rudely interrupting you. You know it’s bad when you have to slightly raise your voice and be stern to doctor for them to stop interrupting you. They also had information from a specialist to give to my wife and that information was not relayed to my wife and they had the information since October. Even the receptionist gave me attitude for wanting to make an appointment. Don’t even get me started on the condition on the inside of the building, very unsanitary. I will not be coming here ever again, and I suggest no one else does. You will not be pleased with anything here. They need to get some properly trained doctors. Horrible experience.

P.s. Look at their replies to other bad reviews and ask yourself, is this the type of business you want to visit. 0 professionalism.

I Notice all the reviews that start with "Dr. Rizwan. " to me they look fake. The Doctor I saw, not sure which one to be honest I went as a walk in, was unprofessional, poor mannered, rude, sullen and confrontational. I would steer clear of this place. Once was enough and never again.

Dr. Sheik is an Amazing doctor. Always positive wibes from him. Such doctors are rare in the world!

Had a terrible experience (again) with one of the doctors over here. The doctor barely listens to what the patient has to say and even negates/counters what the other doctor from the same clinic has prescribed. Extremely rude and unprofessional experience yet again. The appointment booking is a joke. You always have to wait 30-45 mins irrespective of if you are going as a walk in or appointment based.

Would be taking my business elsewhere after dealing with this clinic for more than 2 years

Edit: To the person who says I'm not in the registered patient list - Maybe you need to check it again. My wife and I are both registered at the clinic since 2 years now.

Really bad experiences at this clinic my mother was cash patient so doctor asked for blood tests, after 2 days reports came I got voice mail that there is nothing came in reports so for insurance claim I needed to have summary and reports. First receptionist denied to provide summary she said we dont provide summary, then on lots of request she said will talk to doctor then for collecting reports there is lot of drama involved.receptionist is really rude then they insist you to have more appointments so that they can make more money. I have to go 5 times everytime they say doctor is busy make appointment first. All money oriented service they provide. Not recommend this clinic at all.

I felt compelled to share my experience about my recent visit to Lormel Medical Centre during wave 3 of the pandemic. Firstly, both physicians Dr. S. Khural and Dr. R. Shaikh are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. I was very impressed with the extra steps Dr. Shaikh took, to make my 2 year old more relaxed during her visit. He took out his cell and played a nursery rhyme while he checked her and gave her a treat. Whenever we get into my car, my daughter bacons to me asking if we are going to the doctor's office, nothing but positive, fun, fulfilling experience.

I work within healthcare sector and I have met many Physicians, NPs and other Healthcare Providers that are fantastic. Knowing our community is blessed with a few of the best providers makes a world of a difference. Dr. Shaikh went the extra mile to provide a memorable patient experience.

Not all front staff are pleasant, but I assure you the visit to see your physician will be well worth it.

Dr. Rizwan Shaikh is the one of best Doctors, I have ever met in Canada. In nut shell, he is very knowledgeable, caring and listens to your concerns carefully. He provides accurate medical advice and if required, escalates the problems to specialist in a timely manner after careful investigation.

This clinic has worst service. The receptionist is very rude. She doesn't seem to know how to talk to patients. Maybe if she is gone it will be easier and nicer to see the doctor.

He wasn't my family doctor, so before coming to him I called my family doctor, he was not ready to take in-person appointment and even didn't have time for phone appointment. Dr Rizwan is the best doctor ever, and we have no intention to replace him even if we move somewhere else. Dr. Simrit khural is very unprofessional and rude. She does not listen to the patients concerns. I had a bad reactions to a medical but she still insisted that I complete the course. She saw that it effected my skin badly. Another incident, she told me that I will suffer from this for the rest of my life, without doing any tests to confirm if what I am claim is the illness is actually true. A doctor should do complete checkup and test before coming to any conclusions. DO NOT go to her! Very bad experiences at this clinical, will not be coming back!

Worst service ever, a person goes to a clinic to get well not to get dominated, first of all the receptionist does not know how to speak to people, i was on time for my appointed, but she still told me to go wait in the car and for literally half an hour she completely forgot about me, they have the worst service possible, i wish there were like -1 stars.

I heard many good things about Dr. Sheikh but unfortunately came in on a wrong day. Their female doctor is terrible, she was reluctant to address my problem, shamed me for not going with this to a family doctor. After I told her that I'm currently looking for a new physician and I don't have anyone in particular to go to right now, she reluctantly examined me, even though she made up her mind before she even started. I have pain that I need to be addressed, even if it's nothing death-threatening, it would be great to find out the cause of it. She said that a long term pain (6+months) in the armpit without a lump is normal and nothing to be worried about and there's nothing she can do for me. What a waste of tax payers money.

I strongly recommend Lormel medical center. Their staff is very helpful and attentive as well. Dr. Shaikh is an amazing doctor. He is intelligent, compassionate, and truly cares about the whole well-being of his patients.
