Service was perfect. But unhappy that my appointment was before my insurance paid for all the services. I need my appointments coordinated with insurance benefits. I had asked to validate this with insurance but obviously it wasn’t done. Also way too many reminders about appointment.

My family has been coming here for years. Dr. Missy D’Souza is fantastic and so is all of her staff.

This is a dental practice full of highly competent and friendly professionals. Dr. DeSouza is a superb dentist.

I had a dental emergency over the weekend. Phoned office at 7: 15 am Mon am was into see the dentist first thing and was attended to quickly despite their busy schedule. Very impressive.

The hygienist is perfect and easy to chat with. However the dentist Souza made rude comments saying Chinese have nice teeth but they don’t floss. I think that means she thinks flossing is just one way of scams?

Lorne Park dentistry is always a nice place to visit. Very respectful, kind and friendly. Dr. D'Souza is very good and kind with children.

I am an 80 year old. She listened to my concerns and responded clearly and with care
She then performed an amazing back tooth extraction: no pain, and no bleeding. I am a happy patient. I recommend her without reservations.

One Saturday, out of the blue, I developed what turned out to be a gum infection which caused me considerable discomfort for the rest of the weekend. On Monday morning, I called Lorne Park Dentistry and they got me in that afternoon to see Missy. Within a couple of days, with the help of some antibiotics, the pain was gone.
Really appreciate the Lorne Park Dentistry team's concern for my pain issue and the promptness of the appointment with Missy.

Dr Soussa is very good, friendly and Professional in her work, hygienist is also very good. Other staff is friendly to. I just find little pricy compared to other dentals clinic.
