Firstly I can say Lorne Park Jewellers goes above and beyond - not just professionally but personally as well.

I first went to Lorne Park Jewellers seven years ago and had my engagement ring resized, the quality of workmanship on the resize was to perfection and I was ecstatic about the work that had been done. Unfortunately due to some circumstances that followed months after I ended up breaking off my engagement - I was heartbroken and honestly in shambles and in turn sold my ring at Lorne Park Jewellers. Upon entering Raffi and his team remembered me from the refittinf and could tell I was upset - they talked to me not as a customer but as a person and truely cared about my situation. I've never in my life received such an amazing experience - they provided me kindness, words of encouragement and water. I was truely a mess, and they made this very difficult experience into something better for me.

Seven years later, I came back to Lorne Park Jewellers - resizing an engagement ring once again and placement of a jewel for the ring. I entered and spoke with Raffi once again, he remembered me from 7 years ago and asked me how I was and once again it was like seeing an old friend, someone who truely had cared about me during such a difficult time in my life. I was shocked he had remembered me and made me once again feel like more than just a customer.

Lorne Park Jewellers is a hidden gem in a beautiful area of Mississauga. A few months ago when my mom passed away, I went to Spence Diamonds to have my mom’s diamond ring turned into 3 pieces of jewellery for my two daughters and I. They recommended going to Lorne Park. At this lovely little store, I was warmly received by Raffi, who took the time to go through several possibilities in the creation of new jewellery pieces for my daughters and I. Raffi captured all of the elements I was looking for and sent me a beautiful digital design of a new ring for my approval. His final piece of ‘art’ was exquisite and I now have a special memory to wear each day, bringing back special memories of my mom, while knowing I fulfilled her final wishes. I began to work with Raffi, and we went from concept to design to a finished product in under a week. I was able to have a new diamond ring for my wife ready two days before our anniversary date. I reached out to Raffi via email and shortly after figured out a date to come in. It was very little into our interactions did I know I was going to be purchasing the ring here. Raffi was super knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of custom building the ring. You really feel his kind presence and does not have you feel rushed in anyway. The service received was beyond expectations. The ring was perfect to everything I had imagined and my fiancé loved it as well.

This the best jewellery store I ever been to. They know what quantity is all about. My husband and I came in the have a Sapphaire and diamond portion of a bracelet I had for years reset into a new bracelet. I was extremely nervous as it was old and really meant a lot to me. First of all let me preface this experience by telling you that my fiancé and I did our due diligence before making this large purchase by visiting a number of reputable jewelry stores, and none of them gave us the treatment that Raffi did.

We wanted something a little different, an opal engagement ring. From the very beginning Raffi was helpful, encouraging, and offered several very excellent suggestions for details that a lay person would never have considered on their own. He was patient, understanding, kind and accepting of our vision.

Even though they did not have the best selection of opal that we had seen, the treatment we received made our decision on where to have our ring made a no-brainer.

When there was a breakdown in communication that was entirely my fault, Raffi did his best to expedite the production of our custom made ring to be ready in time for us to leave to Mexico where I would later propose. In fact, it was ready on the Saturday before we left on Monday morning. If it wasn't ready by Saturday, Raffi insisted he would drive the finished product to us on the Sunday since they would be closed. That is going far above and beyond any expectations I would have of him or his business. This is a truly outstanding business with exceptional people. I have no qualms over personally vouching for them to my friends or people here reading reviews. You cannot go wrong by trusting Raffi and Lorne Park Jewelers.

Raffi & his team are amazing! In the past he designed my wedding ring using the diamond I had from my previous ring. The ring is stunning, and a classic design that doesn’t get dated.
This time around I wanted to take two rings I owned with diamonds, and convert them into one ring. We worked together on the design. We took our time, I didn’t feel rushed. I was able to make decisions without feeling pressured. We added some more diamonds to fill the new design. It was a great experience to understand what is involved when designing a ring. When I received the ring I was mesmerized by the art it turned into. The design exceeded my expectations. I knew Raffi wouldn’t disappoint, but this ring is perfection! Raffi is incredible. Upon walking into the shop I knew I was in the right place. He is so kind, understanding and works WITH YOU to make sure your ideas come to life. I felt nervous about my wedding band as my engagement ring is a bezel cut. Raffi and I decided upon a design (that he free hand drew) and it came to life over the course of a couple months! He is super responsive via email and will stay late or come in early to the shop to meet with you if need be! The design was so unique that he took it upon himself to drive to Montreal to have specific diamonds cut by a specific person. He goes the distance (literally) to make sure you are happy.
My favourite part of my wedding day was getting to wear my new wedding band, it is absolutely perfect and I'm so happy that I got to work with Raffi. After he took such good care of my wedding band we also had my husbands wedding band made there. We also wanted something one of a kind for him and the team did not disappoint. I had a wonderful experience at Lorne Park Jewellers - Vanig custom designed the perfect ring for my daughter, using diamonds from one of my rings. Vanig listened carefully to the design I wanted and was able to quickly sketch out a design, and he nailed it! The following week, Vanig emailed me a CAD drawing of the ring design for my approval. I picked up the ring last week, and it was even more beautiful in person. The ring was a gift for my daughter for her 30th birthday - needless to say she loved the ring and was very emotional when she realized that the ring contained diamonds from my engagement ring - it was very special.

Although the band seemed without hope, Raffi and Vanig inspected the damage carefully and figured out how to repair it and make it look brand new. They could have easily sold me a new band as they have beautiful creations, but they understood the value of this band to my husband and suggested the repair instead.

My experience at Lorne Park Jewelers was amazing! I needed my engagement ring resized and the band refinished (issues with the milgrain edges from a different jeweler). Raffi was lovely, so helpful and professional. He understood our needs so quickly, I did not go in intending to purchase our wedding bands, but we left with orders place for my wedding band and my fiance's! His turn around time was also amazing, had no idea how quickly I'd be able to pick up my rings. My fiancee and are so very pleased with our purchase, we're definitely going to be life long customers! I purchased my wedding band from Lorne Park Jewellers a few years ago. Custom made as I liked two designs and they suggested that they make a custom ring with both designs incorporated together. The results were great. Well I needed the ring resized as I had lost some weight. To reduce the size would mean the symmetrical design would be off. Not a problem for them. 2 weeks later, I swear it's a brand new ring. Looks amazing, like brand new. And to top it off, while we were waiting the owner noticed my wife's custom made wedding band looked a bit dirty, so offered to clean it on the spot. Such great products and customer service.

Vanig designed a gorgeous ring for me using some of the gemstones from a ring I inherited from my grandmother. He was very professional and I felt like he truly listened when I explained the kind of look I was going for. Thanks to Vanig, I now wear my grandmother's gemstones daily - what a great way to honour my grandmother! I highly recommend going to Vanig if you're looking to transform some of your older jewellery!

I believe this is a long overdue review as I am in Bali now. I truly thankful for the two rings that Raffi and Vanig make. Meanwhile, I am more grateful for the friendship that comes from it. Great place to take your fine jewelry to be repaired. I took my engagement ring there to have an accent diamond put back, and it was fixed on the spot in 15 minutes! Would definitely be back!

My husband had the same experience as another reviewer below regarding custom jewellery. Recently married, he took his new custom made, platinum wedding band in to Lorne Park Jewellers. The jeweller mentioned it would cost $300 to size down by half a since the ring was platinum. After noting this seemed a little more expensive than expected, he indicated he has 'seen this before; it was made in the states' which was not correct in our case as a family member (a long-time jeweller in BC) crafted it. The owner responded with 'good luck'. It is more than okay that adapting custom crafted jewellery may not be Lorne Park Jewellers' bread and butter as all businesses excel at a particular craft. It may be more beneficial to indicate, honestly, that custom jewellery is unique and therefore may incur a greater expense to maintain integrity, rather than deflect upon the materials. We would have been more than willing to pay a more expensive fee for honesty and good faith in support of a local business. We have rated 2 stars as we cannot comment on the jewellery sold, or other services offered, at Lorne Park Jewellers.

I went to this store simply because it was close by, but was pleasantly surprised by the experience. They apologized that it wasn't possible to polish the jewellery I brought in, but they could do it by hand and offered me espresso while I waited. They gave me a few nice boxes for the pieces as well and refused to charge me. They were very polite as well. I will definitely go back for any other jewellery needs.

My wife was in earlier today to get her wedding ring cut off. Because it was made of a combination of white and yellow gold it was very difficult to cut through. My wife said the customer service was exceptional. She will definitely go back to get the ring resized with them. She would highly recommend Raffi Kevorkian to anyone. Furthermore Lorne Park Jewellers didn't even charge for the service.

I gave my wife a really delicate bracelet in Taiwan that she absolutely loved. Alas, the clasp broke and we had gone to another jeweller to ask about getting it soldered but they said it couldn't be repaired. We finally got around to getting a second opinion at Lorne Park Jewellers and not only did they fix it on the spot, they wouldn't charge us for the repair. While we waited for the repair to be done, we looked around the shop and my wife remarked at how reasonably priced the jewelry was in the shop.

While I didn't spend any money at the shop that time, I will definitely go there for any of my jewelry needs. Friendly, helpful and professional in a way that is not often seen anymore.

Went to see if they could replicate a piece of costume jewelry that my daughter loves in sterling silver for her 18th birthday. They first tried to sell me into paying $1,200.00 for white gold which was an extremely high quote. Then he said he would call me in a week to tell me how much it would cost. They called in a week and said they couldn't do it. I would not recommend them for custom work.

My fiancé and I were beyond impressed with the work we had done here! My fiancé wanted his father’s wedding band melted down and redesigned to have as his own and we were hesitant to trust just anyone with this task given sentimental reasons. We were recommended to this company and the jewellers at Lorne Park were amazing and far exceeded our expectations! Given the beautiful work they did for my fiancé, I returned to them to customize a jacket for my wedding bands. The work they did for us was very timely and fairly priced. More importantly though, we were greeted with friendly smiles and both have timeless wedding bands now for our big day. My fiancé had my ring setting custom made here and we've had exceptional service since. Both Vanig and Raffi have been extremely kind and accommodating. When asked to adjust certain aspects of the ring, they do not hesitate and offer suggestions that they think would benefit us or result in a overall better outcome.

The only con is that they are a 45 min drive from us, but they are worth it!

After visiting several jewelers we ended up, by chance, at Lorne Park. It was the best experience we could possibly have. The owners are kind and friendly, providing a wonderful service. The prices are very fair, for what you get, and all is delivered on time.
