5 Stars to Sevag Titizian, I reach out to l'Oro on Instagram and I was promptly replied by someone who transmitted my informations to him. We had a lot of exchanges by mail and event tough I'm from Montreal, he was willing to accomodate me with shipping for the watch I was looking for and took me seriously. Unfortunatly I didn't end up buying the watch I want for now, but definately wiil do buisness with them when the time has come! Thanks again for your amazing service Sev.

Anousch and Simon at this store were really helpful and easy to work with, they helped me pick the right watch and ordered it right away where it came in time for my vacation I would 100% recommend you going to this store for your next jewelry piece as the staff will treat you like family.

I visited this location in Sept in order to purchase a watch to mark a special occasion. Helen and the rest of the staff made sure the entire experience was top notch from start to finish.

Staff are so much friendly, and there are much more up to date new watches for selection, recommend to visit.

This review is long overdue, but my husband and I worked alongside Anousch over a year ago regarding our engagement and wedding bands, and the service she provided was absolutely fantastic.

From her expertise and attention to detail, Anousch has a keen knack and understanding of what the client is looking for, which makes it easy and enjoyable to work with her. Her humor and personality are just some of the bonus highlights we got to experience throughout the process that made everything worthwhile. She was the right representative to guide and steer us in a direction we were/are both very happy with.

We chose 3 beautiful/unique jewelry pieces with her, and one was a brand I always admired. I'm still over the moon with my picks and love how everything looks together.
