Edit: With the conversation in my most recent call, I feel the need to change my review. Having moved recently out of Toronto, I was trying to reach them over the phone for few days and it goes straight to voicemail, so I got my policy updated with Desjardins (State Farm) 1-800 phone line, at that time I didn’t confirm the premium amount.

So, I left an email to this office and they call me back. I was talking to Susan and I ask her, “how much my premium would be starting next month? ”, the answer she gives me is “if you’d like, you can move to another provider”.

Nothing but great things to say about Lorrie & her staff. Shout out to Samantha who promptly got all the details I needed to deal with my car insurance. I appreciate the quick, efficient, and polite customer service that this team brings. I used to dread dealing with my old insurance company, but not anymore. I highly recommend if you're not happy with your insurance, give them a call.

I recently bought a new vehicle, and was not able to receive the VIN required for a quote, let alone to set-up insurance until late in the day before I was scheduled to pick it up!
