Lottie Jones florist went above and beyond when I sent them to the wrong hospital they did not charge me extra, but delivered to the correct hospital. This means the world to me, as I am far away from my aunt who is dying, and Lottie Jones made it possible. They were so kind I highly recommend them.

Ordered flowers for my mother. I have to say it was the best bouquet I ever received. The customer service was amazing. Will definitely be going back there anytime I need flowers.

Was searching for sunflowers last minute for my sons birthday party and they had beautiful sunflowers with green centers. Really nice stores with unique gifts. I bought 5 of them, the ones with dark center were from another store!

If I could give more stars I would! From the day I called to the day I picked up my wedding flowers, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but the ladies at Lottie Jones clearly did. It was everything and more. You all rock! Thanks again

Called to place an order for a Birthday day delivery today:
Although the person who answered was very personable they said they would have to call me back because the computers were all busy… that was fine and so I left my phone number…. Almost 4 hrs later no return call…. I will take my business elsewhere

Did an online order for fiancé for Valentine’s Day. The flowers were fresh and beautiful and lasted surprisingly long!

I was always happy with the service, even chose them for my wedding day. Now for my best friends funeral, they arranged a nuce bouquet but the central leaf was all dried up on the top. When i questioned it, they said " This is how its supposed to be. "

Spoke with a very helpful lady when ordering flower arrangement. Left up to the florist to design exactly what I wanted.something special and different. And the arrangement was exactly that and more. It was beautiful.flowers were fresh and the arrangement was stunning. Made my day and the lady I sent it to was so happy.made her special day perfect.

Since the new ownership has taken over, this florist can’t even take an order. Their website wouldn’t work so I sent an email. No response. When I called, the woman advised that they couldn’t remember passwords so didn’t look at emails.
She then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t take an order unless it was paid for first.
Needless to say, I went elsewhere. Disappointing since they used to be a good florist.
