I went here a few months back for a second time because the first time was amazing and my experience was not so great. Someone kept interrupting the massage and knocking on the door and Maritoni had to stop my massage and go answer it. Which was super uncomfortable for me. After the second time she then asked me to get dressed and move to another massage room mid massage. This was so unprofessional and such an inconvenience. I am a student and paid for this massage only because I was super stressed this week and it was far from relaxing. I wanted to say something but felt so shy to say how uncomfortable I was. This was so sad to even change my review because I really enjoyed my initial visit.

We had a good experience here. They were able to accommodate our request to be in the same room for our massages. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because it was a weird location and there wasn’t free parking at the building. We parked at the Tim Hortons as suggested which was about a five minute walk away, so not horrible, but it would’ve been nice to be able to park at the building. Additionally the building it is in seemed closed on the weekend. We had to call the studio and wait for someone to fetch us from the lobby to let us upstairs. The employee was very friendly though! Massages were nice, we did the $45 aromatherapy massage. It was a full body massage. We had requested for the massage therapist to focus on our shoulders and upper back. Instead, we received a full body massage with a lot of time seemingly focused on our legs. The massages were very nice, we were both surprised by how nice the leg massages felt. But that being said, there was no special attention or time paid to the requested areas.

OMG! Literally! I went in to my treatment with back, neck & hip pain & stiffness & came out of the massage feeling absolutely amazing. MT Kenya was able to break down & melt away all my built up pain & stiffness. The treatment was customizable & focused on the areas where I needed relief the most. It was so wonderful to actually have a MT who could feel the knots & cared about working them out. Pressure & technique are to your comfort level & they will regularly check in with you to ensure that the pressure is what you want & need. 10/10 Highly recommend! Deep tissue & Swedish massage treatments are a great choice for regular self maintenance. Paid parking is available across the street at $2.50 for each half hour. Studio is located on the 7th floor. Call ahead for access.

Great experience! Had the couples aromatherapy massage with Floren and Kenya. Their energy was amazing. The massage was beyond relaxing. Great service, very professional and kind. I highly recommend Lotus. So clean and relaxing. I will definitely be going back. Thank you guys

We ordered couple massage through Groupon. One woman did not know what she's doing at all. Second was pretty professional. Still very unsatisfied with one of them

Omg. I just finished a one hour massage at lotus massage (I think the girl was named Kenya) and it was hands down the best massage I’ve gotten. I had knots in my neck and she helped get rid of them and the RESET I feel is amazing. My boyfriend and I are definitely coming back. Also it was my boyfriend’s first time getting a massage and he really enjoyed his too. Everyone was super nice and personable which made the experience even better. So happy we heard about this place.

My friend and I both had great massages here with Kenya and Forlene. 10/10 experience all around. Kenya was so sweet and attentive to my needs. Christian, the owner was also amazing and so polite. Lotus will definitely be my go to massage studio going forward. Can’t wait to book my next massage!

I had an amazing massage experience with Brittany. Her technique was fantastic, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. The clinic was clean and organized, creating a soothing atmosphere. Christian, who handled check-in, was also amazing. He provided clear instructions to find the clinic and for parking, making the whole process seamless. Booking an appointment was very easy by phone. Brittany's super friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable, and her skilled hands effectively relieved all my tensions. Considering the quality of service, the price is very reasonable for the area. Highly recommended!

Had a couples massage with Tatiana and Britney. They were professional and very good at what they do. Definitely going back, Lotus have found them selves 2 new regulars!
