Lotus Spa

The Lotus Spa owner was very thoughtful and kind. When we got to the salon she offered my mom and i some water and tea which showed her hospitality. We all got pedicures and left our skin super soft and flawless.
Will definitely be coming back

Had a pedicure today and the experience was good but I got home and had a closer look at them and polish on about 3-4 toenails doesn’t even go to edges. Disappointing to say the least

I had a spa pedicure and manicure which were great. No problem. I had my eyebrows waxed and my eyelid was burned. It hurts and I hope it doesn’t leave a scar. I am very upset.

I love coming to the Lotus Spa! They treat me like family. Always friendly and offer me tea and water. The chairs give a lovely massage. And my pedicure lasts about a month. Prices extremely reasonable. Will be seeing you again very soon Lou

I went to the salon 3 days ago and I did gelish nails (shellac) for my nails and toes. Yesterday my nails started to chip off. It has been only 3 days that I did my nails and they chipped off being shellac. I will go and ask for a full refund I will no even try it again. Worst experience so far.

Over the years whenever my regular nail place is booked I stop by here and every time I regret it. Nails and especially eyebrow waxing are consistantly subpar, despite trying again every couple of years.
