Lotus Thai & Vietnamese Cuisine

10/10 would recommend. A very small restaurant that feels like you’re dining at home. The service is amazing, the food is cooked fast, and is super fresh when it comes to you. I love their fresh wraps and wonton soup and curry pad Thai. Amazing all around and very well priced; thank you for allowing me to happily dine every single visit! I will be back soon!

First time here, food was delicious and hot. Driving through to Mississauga and stopped for dinner was worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Food lacks authentic thai taste. Green curry is very diluted. May be its the closing time effect.

Really great experience here. The food was absolutely delicious. We got the traditional pad thai, pho, crab rangoon, and butterfly coconut shrimp and I would order it all again in the future. We'll definitely be going back - a new favourite place!

We order from Skip, I am sensitive to preservatives and chemicals and more then once I can taste it on the food. I can barely get their food down, makes me very ill.

Insane food. One of those places you keep returning to and trying everything on the menu and not being able to pick a favorite. Absolutely loaded with out of this world flavor and the portions are nice and big. 100% recommend the panang curry, coconut shrimp, and the tom yum.

Best tasting Asian food! Everything had a different taste unique to the dish. Many Asian dishes taste similar. Bravo!

Best Vietnamese/Thai restaurant in town. The pho was better than other more "popular" places and the Tum Yum was fantastic! Will be back!

Will be coming back! A gem in the city. Everything we tried was very flavourful and of wonderful quality. We finished every bite. Service was very friendly and prompt, and the ambience was cozy.

Went last night, the beef in my rolls were dry. And the noodles in my pho were over cooked, practically mush. Was told this place was really good but really wish I just went elsewhere.

Very tasty food, selection not as large as other Vietnamese places I have been to. Very friendly staff, clean and inviting restaurant. Fair prices and large portions. Will definitely return again.

My go-to place for the best pho. The broth is delicious and they always use top quality ingredients. There’s plenty of dishes to chose from and lots of vegetarian options. I usually get take-out and it’s consistently good. The lady at the front desk is always such a delight. I just love this place.

The food was absolutely terrible! Everything was over cooked or under cooked. I don't even know how that's possible. What was supposed to be in the dish isn't so clearly they just used whatever was in the fridge. Absolutely garbage food.

Excellent service and delicious food! We got the crab Rangoon, and my boyfriend and I each got a bowl of pho. I wish they had tendon but it’s ok lol. The broth is extremely flavourful with a very clean mouthfeel. One of the best pho broths in town in my opinion. Their pandan tea is also a game changer! Can’t wait to come back!

BEST VIETNAMESE AND THAI IN THE CITY

Lotus has the best Pho in Hamilton - it's not even close. Get it spicy if you're feeling brave. It is so nice to see a clearly family run business teaching the younger generations how to operate and treat customers properly. The staff treats you like family, and they cook the food with the same love and passion. I really can't say enought good things about this place. Every menu item is fantastic.

P. S. Reading some of these negative reviews makes me laugh. Looking at reviewers accounts, its clear they have no life haha. The one dude's name is "Money Hawk" hahah

LOTUS IS 10/10

It was our first time ordering from here snd it was absolutely delicious. Weve been looking for a new thia place for a year now (moved to Stoney creek area last year) and this is THE SPOT. The flavors were on point and it was incredibly tasty.

Absolutely some of the best Thai food we've had, including restourants in Thailand.

Really appreciate it when extra spicy means spicy. The Pad Thai and Panang curry are wonderful. Tom Yum with pineapple totally works. Service, portions, freshness, all great.

Food was ok at best, but not worth the price at all. Most places give you 4 spring rolls, Lotus gives 2 of the same size spring rolls for the same price, It's like this for everything. Not impressed at all.

I placed my first order over the phone yesterday for pick up and I am placing another one for today.
Food was delicious, portion was perfect. I love the soup Tom Yum and their pad Thai, so good.
They were able to accommodate a few food restrictions I had.

I haven’t had take out in forever but I decided to treat myself tonight. I ordered the crab Rangoon and drunken noodle stir fry with shrimp. The price surprised me a bit as the prices aren’t listed on their website. I account it to me not having had takeout in so long. The order was ready on time (and I was a few min early to pick it up). The crab Rangoon was delicious. The drunken noodles were so spicy though. They were like heat without flavour. The shrimp were a decent size and there were a fair amount of them. I’d had drunken noodles before at another place and they were amazing so that is why I ordered them from Lotus when I saw them on the menu. It’s quite a good amount for the money, and I don’t mind some spice in my food but this was a little over the top.
Please take my review with a grain of salt. Like I said, I haven’t ordered in for a long time (since before the pandemic).
