I have no clue about makeup or skincare, so I booked Louminous Makeup Studio for my wedding hair and makeup. I did a virtual consultation with Tina and communication was great from start to finish. She was very good with setting up communication and confirming details before the wedding day.

I chose Aisha for a makeup trial and also booked her for 5 hours on my wedding day. She was the best! Not only is she very passionate about her work, she is very friendly and detail-oriented. I could tell she really took into account my preferences and studied the trial so that I looked even better on my wedding day. She also taught me how to take care of my skin so that it was glowing on my wedding day.

She went above and beyond on both the trial day, spending extra time to try out several different techniques, and also on the actual wedding day. She supported me throughout the day, helping me into my dress, accompanying me during the photos, carrying my train, laying it out and even carried my hoodie with her so I wouldn't get cold while we where taking photos outside. Thank you Aisha for taking care of me so well!:)

Aisha was the lead makeup artist for my partner on our wedding and our engagment shoot. From the very beginning she was very attentive and professional. My partner is not well versed in makeup and Aisha was very patient to help guide her through the whole process. Aisha and her assistant used all the references that we provided and gave helpful suggestions that gave great results. They were very accomodating and patient to provide hair and makeup to the wedding party. My partner got so many compliments on her hair and make-up. Aisha was very detail oriented and stayed with my partner for most of the day to make sure she was picture perfect. She even prepared so many hair accessories and earrings for the chinese tea ceremony. Aisha was a pleasure to work with, I could tell that she put a lot of care and effort into her work. Big shout out to Aisha who did an amazing job! We've never met but she was able to deliver exactly what I wanted based on communications prior to my visit. The makeup and hair stayed nicely for the whole afternoon and night. My friends who got their makeup and hair done with the other stylists also looked great for the event. I did makeup last night for my company
Party. It’s the best decision I ever made! Aisha is sooo good! She is very gentle and professional. She will fix one area on my face till it’s perfect. It’s 2 hour long but totally worth it! She did my hair as well. People at party was so amazed! And said I look like million bucks tonight:) I definitely will recommend to all my friends and family!

Aisha is my makeup girl for my wedding. She is really good and highly accommadating. She listened really patiently to what I wanted for my makeup and hair and was able to keep trying until we got the result I wanted. My face was very swelling on the wedding day due to lack of sleep, thanks to her I looked great on my wedding. She was also super prepared for everything else. My main veil was broken and she asked if I needed any veil because she always has veil with her for any emergency. Aisha is really sweet and lovely to work with.

Make up was worse then we do it by ourselves.they did my daughter make like a clown.we paid extra for the senior artist. I would not recommend this company.they weren't clear on their service.when we ask for quote.they quote us with junior artist and didn't even tell us.when we send them the norm make up style we want they told us we have to paid extra.horrible service.

My experience wasn’t the best since they got the time wrong and sent somebody 3 hours later than expected. My makeup and hair was done in about two hours (there should’ve been much longer). In the end there was no time to fix any issues I had to just go with whatever I ended up with. The shop owner offered sincere apologies and I have reasons to believe these kind of mistakes do not happen often with the company. Double checking the key details before your wedding could help avoid similar issues.

TL;DR 100% recommend Louminous Makeup and Joyce. If you're thinking about it, just go ahead and book an appointment. The artists are amazing, professional and makes you feel like star.

I booked Louisa do to my wedding makeup with full day coverage about 6 months in advance, she's amazing and her availability runs out very quickly! Not only is Louisa very skilled but she also an impeccable eye for beauty and aesthetic taste.

Louisa is really patient and understood right away what kind of look I wanted. Her makeup trial was very in-depth and she asked for my preference for every little detail. She was super accommodating and booked a separate hair trial for me when my hair length didn't work with the style I wanted. She was able to adapt the hairstyle I wanted to the length and thickness of my hair and it lasted all night through the heat and dancing.

I have dry skin and Louisa made everything feel weightless and also perfectly concealed my dark circles. She checked and refreshed my makeup throughout the day. I cried so many times but my makeup always looked perfect. - it still looked amazing during the ceremony (photo) even though I was crying throughout and she couldn't refresh my makeup while I was saying my vows XD
