WOW. Let me say this company has amazing service! I got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and I cannot be any happier. My dress has a long train, with multiple veils/sleeves, etc, so I wanted to make sure my dress was in good hands, and after doing lots of research I decided to go with Love Your Dress, and I am so happy I did! 10/10 service and highly recommend! If you're a bride, who is interested in wedding dress cleaning, and preservation, then this company is for you! They offered pick up and delivery service as well, which was great since I have a busy schedule. Loved every part of the experience! Thank you again!

I wasn’t wowed, the dress slumps down in the box, the sash with jewels seems to be ruined and not nearly as shiny as when I handed it off to them, it’s dull now.

Highway robbery prices!

Went in for wedding dress alteration -only hem and bustle; as they were recommended by the bridal shop the dress was purchased from.
The owner quoted us $1100 and we had to pay $85 consultation fee for just 5min work of viewing the dress and pinning the hem-we were told it would be taken off alteration if we went with.

The owner went on and on about him owing a few different companies and him not looking the part and how he has the best team in the business and his sister or wife had to take his 94 yrs old dad to the dr-completely irrelevant stuff to us-it was a turn off and not the small talk you engage clients with!

We had 5 different quotation from highly rated bridal alterations shops and they ranged from $640-550 which we could understand and afford but to ask double that for the same work is just unreasonable and day light robbery! There no justification for that except greed!

I had my wedding dress cleaned and had an amazing experience - the dress came back in pristine condition, earlier than expected and was even delivered to my house. Highly recommend this place and completely worth the price. Kathy was a pleasure to communicate with as well.

My experience with Love Your Dress was wonderful! Lucinda was great to work with and responded to all my inquiries promptly, before and after pick-up of my wedding gown. The pick-up and drop-off service was convenient and worked great with my schedule and location. I was kept informed of pick-up and drop off information along with cleaning completion. The gown was cleaned and packaged beautifully while also being protected for many years to come.

I’m so happy I went with their services for the dresses. They cleaned the dresses by hand, they look brand new again. They made everything so easy and stress free. The pick up and drop off service is so convenient, they keep in contact with you about what’s going on with your dresses. My daughters wedding dress is persevered in this beautiful box. We couldn’t be happier with the services we received.

Very professional and easy to deal with. I used them to clean and preserve my wedding dress, they box it nicely to store safely. It takes some time to get your dress back but they are upfront about that and the final product is worth it. I love the box it came in - has a little window on the top to view your gown. I emailed with a rep from Love Your Dress who guided me through the process and illustrates what expectations I could have for the services I wanted. I just received my wedding dress beautifully cleaned and positioned in a preservation box with a bodice and window to highlight my dresses best features. It was 100% worth the extra shipping and cleaning costs to ensure a professional handled the detailed cleaning and preservation process of my gown.

AMAZING service. I brought my suit in for alterations as I needed a very specific fit, and they did exactly what I had asked. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for alterations.

Zero Stars! Absolutely horrible customer service! Extremely dissatisfied! Would NEVER recommend this place. They didn't clean my dress all that well and it was actually in pretty good shape (no stains) prior to being cleaned. They rolled up my veil in a ball and stuffed it inside the box. My box was damaged due to a flood that was out of my control and the supervisor agreed to replace the box at cost ($90). I spent $600 to get my dress cleaned in the first place which is crazy as is. I couldn't believe they wouldn't make an exception! The supervisor (man) I spoke to was very rude, unsympathetic and dismissive. Don't waste your money here!

Five stars for cleaning! I brought in a secondhand couture Maggie Sottero wedding dress and they made it look brand new. Their method is done by hand so it didn't damage the embroidery or bead work.
I will be using them for alterations as well after this pandemic is over. Every staff member is wonderful and friendly.
I highly recommend Love Your Dress for any bride.
