One of my favourite Gucci purses was damaged and I wanted to make sure I was getting it repaired by people who could make it look great again! Not only did they do a fantastic job but the staff was super friendly and I got the purse back quick.
I will definitely go back!

My very special vintage Fendi bag had a clasp that was worn and did not secure the bag for my personal items. I contacted Love Your Leather about the repair/replacement and they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They had their courier pick up the bag free of charge, repaired it and couriered it back to me within a short period of time. The workmanship, care and attention to detail was exceptional. I am beyond grateful and happy that I will be able to use my precious bag again. Thank you to the staff at Love Your Leather! Your Company deserves 10 stars.

Really disappointed / customer service awful

reply to owner: telling multiple people there bags are "just a mess" doesn't make the situation better.if people pay you a huge chunk of money and come to you for your specialty trusting you ridiculing the condition of there luxury owned personal belongings wont make up for the fact that you were unable to do your job properly

I was so pleasantly surprised to learn about love your leather. I have a down filled Mackage parka with (minimal) leather accents. I took it to my usual dry cleaner and learned that I would actually need to take it to a leather specialist. I was a bit frustrated because the coat has such minimal leather, but since it’s so expensive, I didn’t want to mess it up.

Being in Oakville, I thought it would be difficult to find a leather dry cleaner, and that I would have to drive somewhere far to get this done. I stumbled upon Love your Leather when I was looking into options online and was very happy to learn that they literally come to your house to pick up the item and drop it off! You can schedule a time that works for you as well. The price was also extremely reasonable for such a specialty service with pick up and delivery. It’s truly fool proof. You can get a quote directly online by entering the specific details of your item.

I didn’t want to leave a review until I got my jacket back but today I did and it looks amazing. They return your item very nicely on a hanger, wrapped in plastic as well. I will definitely be using them again the next time I need to get my jacket cleaned!

They far exceeded my expectations! I brought a pair of dress shoes to get resoled and although the price was more than most cobblers, the result was phenomenal. These soles will last me forever! Completely worth the investment. I’ve since brought all my leather goods to them to be cleaned and they somehow find a way to inject new life into all my pieces every time. Guaranteed A+ results and service. Owner and employees are all lovely and super helpful.

Sent my 7-year old leather jacket with worn out leather and stains to be cleaned, and they sent it back within 2 weeks looking and feeling brand new. Pickup and return deliveries were smooth and hassle free (and free). All around a great experience and worth the price!

Awesome service. Got my favourite jacket back in tip top condition. New zipper, and a dry clean. They reattached a button with no added charge. Their pickup and drop off service made the interaction easy. Not a service I need every day, but I will definitely use it again next time I wanna add more life to a favourite piece of clothing.

I purchased a leather jacket online from Etsy and unfortunately when it arrived it was boxy and had extra material in the back and a few other places. I took it to Love Your Leather and met a tailor, Anna Maria (I believe) who immediately saw the potential and marked it up to take in. It ended up being marked everywhere, because she understood that taking it in the back would change other proportions. She also ensured she set expectations that there would need to be more seams put in to get the desired fit, which I was totally good with.
I got my jacket back yesterday and it is PERFECT! I LOVE IT! Will definitely recommend and go back anytime I have alterations needs.

Made me pay in advance for a $500 cleaning bill.was told two weeks max, its been several months and my calls keep getting dodged. Summer is almost over, not sure why I gave them my dresses.not that I will ever see them again.

To start off i found this company through ADs and billboards and trusting their claims of being North Americas largest and leading repair centre.
About 2 weeks ago I called to schedule a pickup for my classic Chanel purse. I was quoted originally $500 for cleaning and repair. When they came to pick up my purse I also had them take my sandle for repair. About a week went by and my stuff was ready for delivery and I was sent an invoice for $800. The invoice doesn't give a description nor breakdown for what is being repaired and the costs. The invoice is vague and misleading. My experience by this part had been fine the customer service was very helpful and i thought was honest. I say honest because i was told during repairs that my purse is very delicate and some scuffs on the leather in corners cant be fully repaired because they don't want to damage the lamb skin. Very understandable and i appreciated the heads up. Now when i received my belongings I had great expectations based off the multiple pleasant conversations I had prior and during the repairs. I was so confident that when they dropped off my stuff i gave my rug to be cleaned as well.
I went upstairs checked my bag and there were sooo many problems. My purse strap was replaced with a much shorter strap and now my purse sits oddly on my stomach. The strap was sewn terribly and missing links on the chain, theres obvious stitching and none of the gold hardware was repaired and is still fainted gold turning silver. The inside of the purse was not touched and nor was the back. Only the front and the strap was "cleaned and repaired" (I will add photos.) My Valentino sandle repair broke right off when I slipped my foot in. I sent photos and reached out right away.
As soon as i voiced my concerns is when the the customer service took a 180. I had conversation with a few different customer service reps but i mainly spoke with Kathy.
From someone who prides themselves in customer service she IS AWFUL. I was originally told the technician who worked on my shoe was very experienced and they assured me my sandle wont break and for only looking at the shoe it did seem fine. That wasn't the case obviously as it broke from just trying on.
For my purse, Kathy said she was aware the technician who worked on my purse was new and apologized for it. When i called her out on having a new technician working on a 10k purse she switched her story and said multiple people worked on it, as if that makes a difference. I still received my belongings back damaged. When i asked about the hardware not being painted she told me thats a different service and explained the correct process isnt painting. She never answered to why it wasn't repaired though. I don't really care what the process is to get it fixed thats the technicians job my concern is that the job is done and done properly.
They were aware I would be away on business trip which at that point had to leave for so I said I will call next week.
Bringing us to today. I speak with Kathy and I let her know that I do not trust their company to further touch my very valuable and sentimental belongings and at this point i'm only comfortable with a refund for the 2 items. She refused and i reminded her the price of my belongings and she tried to tell me i'm wrong and they aren't worth as much because it isn't new. I guess she doesn't know the purse goes up in value and is actually worth more than when i originally bought it.
Kathy is very unprofessional and makes unnecessary comments which aren't proactive to making resolutions. She didnt even offer a partial refund for the purse since they didn't complete the job, she only agreed to the shoe repair and she definitely didn't take into account that i now will have to probably pay more for a new company to undo their mistakes and redo the repair.
One last note: I gave them my credit card details over the phone and no one asked or even mentioned they would save it and charge my card without notification/permission.

Worth the price. I recently brought in my leather laptop / messenger bag that needed the lining replaced. The work was exceptional and I wasn’t expecting the item to be delivered to my door upon completion. Great service.

Had wedding dress alteration here, lady that helped me was so kind and professional. Had a panel attached on the back and it looked like part of the dress, couldn't even tell it was altered! Everyone was super nice, would definitely return for other repairs if needed.

Had a great experience visiting Loveyourpurse. Took in my wife's Coach purse that was damaged by water and Tony the owner was there. He took care of the purse on the spot and my wife is happy that the purse is looking brand new again. Thanks Tony for the prompt service.

Pleas people don’t take you bag or Any of your items to this place it’s crazy expensive and they do nothing to fix my Item that I drop off after being not satisfied with their service they yell and escort me out the most horrific customer service I ever been experienced terrible place terrible customer service

I was in the store today to have a wool fedora reshaped. My overall experience was outstanding. Tony was patient, and worked diligently until the hat was just right. In addition, the staff was extremely respectful and willing to help. Thanks Tony!

Have leather goods that need repair or restoration? This is the place. They know what they’re doing here, and produce excellent results. It’s pricey, but considering the jacket we had done came out like new, it’s worth it.

I work for Humber Colleges Firefighting Program and when we need repairs Tony and his crew are our go to group for getting repairs on all our bags. Extremely professional, friendly, and well priced. All around great experience.

Long overdue, but I came in with a long pen mark on my purse which I wanted help with getting removed. The owner was kind enough to help me with this and was able to take it off without damaging or changing the look of my bag. I recommend this place!

I am petite and always have to get sleeves shortened. I brought in my Harley Motorcycle jacket which had 4 different zippered layers and required extensive shortening of all 4. Ana Maria did a superb job! I am very happy with her and the results. Will definitely go back. Thank you!

Excellent service. I just had a jacket repaired and I am very happy with the results. Also, the company picked up the jacket from my home in London, ON and dropped it off - true door to door service. Everyone I dealt with at the company, including Daniel (the driver), was courteous and very professional. Highly recommend!

This place really is amazing! Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have a large, clean and organized space. Tony was incredible! He explained the whole process and was able to save my purse. I am so happy and highly recommend.

Just received my purse back after having sent it away to repair broken leather straps. The work done was absolutely exceptional and matches the original design perfectly. I was a little nervous that the repair might not be an exact match, but to my delight it is the exact colour and texture needed. My handbag feels brand new again!

DON'T GO GO THIS PLACE. I had to take my Timberlands there to remove a stain and be rewaterproofed. They cleaned the stain but didn't waterproof them. I've had to bring them back twice to get them waterproofed. It cost $84. They the first time they attempted to waterproof, it changed the shade on one of them for some reason. When I went back, they said they can't actually waterproof this type of leather even though they said they would originally. Terrible work for a rip-off price of $84. Scam artists.

They assured me they are professional and take care of many designer pieces. All lies.

Ruined 1000s of dollars worth of designer pieces of mine that are now unwearable - which had nothing wrong with them In the first place! Brought for a light cleaning to be freshened up and Got destroyed.

They claim they did not damage anything and take before pictures of all there items. Asked for the before pictures to prove it and they would not provide them.

Then called me and had me on speaker phone with a bunch of people in the room mid day while I'm at work just to argue with me about what was already clarified over email. I did not ask them to call me and they refused to take me off speaker, calling me a lier and questioning me about what I gave them.

After that they stopped replying to my emails.

What a joke

This place is AMAZING. I have brought a number of items for repair, but am just now leaving a long overdue review. I recently had a dark oil stain on a pair of light suede Gianvito Rossi shoes, I brought it into LYL and they cleaned it right on the spot! Came back brand new - I was so relieved. This isn't the first time they've done that either, but the worst stain they've fixed for us was an beige upholstered dining chair that we had spilled red wine all over (it was 90% covered). Came back after 2 weeks and it was completely fixed. This is my go to place for any leather issues, and challenging cleanings. I would trust them with all my high end goods too - no hesitation.

I had a guitar pedalboard case that had a broken double zipper. Love Your Leather did an excellent repair at a fair price and in very acceptable length of time. If you are in the GTA and need any type of repair to anything.luggage, clothes etc, I strongly recommend this business. The staff was friendly and courteous and prompt to accept my repair.

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner highly emphasizes quality and perfection. If you want your job done right the first time, go to this place! He restored my Gucci wallet and it looks better than it did the first day I bought it.

Had my damaged sofa repaired and just got it back. They were able to match the colour and grain perfectly. Time estimates and price were pretty spot on. They were efficient and extremely professional. My personal thanks to Kathy Prepos for handling everything. Fantastic job and would highly recommend them. I have used their services twice now and I was not disappointed. The price is reasonable and the end product is super amazing. The team is super friendly and communication is wonderful. I will not go anywhere else to have my vintage bags fixed.
