I really liked receiving updates at every step of the way. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful when communicating with me. I had some questions on the work that was done, and they offered to pick up the carpet again if I was wasn’t completely satisfied and clean it again at no additional cost. Really easy to deal with, and exceeded my expectations.

I LOVE this company and all of their incredibly talented and kind staff! They have endlessly saved our persian and silk rugs from careless cleaners when vacuuming and our artistic grandchildren: O. Recently we inherited 2 large rugs and an unusually long runner. Cathy provided guidance and reassurance that they were good quality and worth saving as they were in storage over 30 years. The runner was customized to fit our home and they were able to make two gorgeous floor mats with the extra runner. We were so pleased with the end products and we're over the top with the service and the experts that that worked on all of our rugs recently and in the past. Don't let the name of the company throw you off.they do a lot more behind those magic doors! LOVE YOU GUYS!

Love-your-rug takes care of our rug (s) every year! They pick them up and bring them back - easy-peasy! We also used them for steam cleaning our basement carpets. Looks & smells like new afterwards.

I sent my carpet to them with 2 whitish marks from where I had cleaned stains. It came back with 2 brown marks. They convinced me it was an interaction from what I put on it and what they put on it AND if I wanted them removed it would cost 700$. I have a matching carpet that finishes a large space and they were from ElTE so not cheap so I said ok I am kinda in a bind.
The carpet came back with NOW 3 brown marks. And when I showed it to them they said they would never let a carpet go out like that and something must have happened from the time they cleaned it and the time I got it.
Which means the original brown marks was the same scenario they let it come to me originally with brown marks. They sent an outside contractor to clean the brown marks then charged me 700$ then when I tried to contact them about it they ghosted me! Be warned they don’t stand behind their work. They charged me for their error!
O also when I moved the carpet there was a weird grit all over my floor.

Terrible place for alterations, don't go here if you want bad service and improper communication. They do not want to compensate for their own misunderstandings. I just got yelled at from the manager for stating that Prices were not conveyed to me from the beginning.

I was very, very pleased with the service. Price was fantastic and quality of the clean was great. My rug looks sparkling.

There was only one tiny glitch in communication in that there were many different people who responded to my question about why the quote given on line and on paper when the rug was picked up and what I was later quoted after the rug was cleaned was different as was how I could pay. One email communicator said I could pay the driver, another said I couldn't.

The very small increase was due to the fact that I thought and said the rug was machine made when it was, in fact, hand knotted.

As for making payment, perhaps I should set up an account to make it easier in future. I certainly will be using Love Your Rug in future.

Very weathered outdoor rug came back like brand new and with a 24 hour turnaround time. Great service.

Hi - so all I did was go online to get a quote myself to see what it would cost to clean my two rugs - I did not submit. In a span of one minute, I was bombarded with emails and then when I blocked them, I got texts asking me to complete. Please do not enter your email and phone number even if just getting a quote online. Unless you submit, it should not send any type of notification. So annoying to get bombarded with emails and texts on your Holiday weekend. Will definitely go with someone else!
