I kept forgetting to write this review and it has been a year, but our stairs clearly look great! Rizwan is very professional and warm - he will help you choose what works for you. I have recommended him to others because it is *such* a different experience working with a small business than a big chain! Also, his selection of options is so extensive for runners for your stairs! Installation was so quick and professional and I can't recommend them strongly enough.

We bought a new home and wanted our carpet and runners on stairs to be perfect. We called a few companies but chose Rizwan because was so thoughtful and patient with us from the beginning. He came back twice just to make sure we were okay with the colour and sizing before he started. Then he came a few times after to make sure we were okay with it and was patient with me wanting everything perfect. Mark was also great with installation and patient with us. All in all, you will not be unhappy with working Rizwan and Mark and their service and quality is worth every penny. Thank you for great new carpeting in our new home!

Amazing speedy service. Had my basement stairs completely carpeted and the gentlemen that came to install (sorry I forgot your name) was very nice, happy, and skilled. Quality of the product is amazing. My kids instantly started doing what kids do on carpet stairs.slide down on their bellies and bums haha.

Rizwan and Mark were great to work with, and very accommodating to schedule during the current lockdown orders. They showed up on time for the initial estimate and provided very fair prices. Once the work was scheduled, Mark showed up as expected and completed both sets of steps within the morning.
