I do not normally post reviews but in this case I feel compelled to let people know what exceptional customer service I received in dealing with Madison from Lovebird Flowers in London Ont. I ordered the flowers from out of town so had to rely on Madison's expertise. She was knowledgeable, patient and promptly responded back to any questions I had. The flowers were just stunning and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this flower shop to anyone looking to purchase a special flower arrangement. Good luck and great job Madison! I live in Michigan and send flowers to my mother in London a few times a year. This Mother's Day I ordered flowers for the wrong date (the Friday after Mother's Day) but Lovebird Flowers saw the mistake and delivered the flowers on time for Mother's Day. The flowers are beautiful and included an African Violet which is my Mom's favorite flower. I will keep using this florist as they always do a fantastic job!

I can't tell you how much we loved all of our wedding day florals! Lovebird Flowers OVERDELIVERED! Erin was extremely helpful and ensured we didn't forget a single detail. We ordered boutonnieres, corsages, aisle runners, centrepieces and bouquets. Everything turned out far greater than I could have imagined and complimented one another so well. Lovebird donated flowers to our business for a photoshoot that were 'on their last legs' as they were ro be used same day. I used the left over flowers to make mini arrangements around our studio thinking they would last maybe a few days.and 2 weeks later they are still going STRONG. One of the best ordering experiences! I live on the other side of the world and wanted to wish my friend a fast recovery after a surgery.
I found lovebird online and ordered an orchid to be sent to my friend. Lovebird delivered a beautiful orchid within a few hours only.
Additionally, since I live abroad it was harder for me to know the status of the order, but Lovebird team made the experience super smooth cause of their prompt responses and great service. I deeply appreciate their effort and I definitely highly recommend this shop for any of your occasions.

Excellent Bouquet, Superb Service - I wanted to to send flowers to a very special friend who is recovering from surgery, and I wanted this to be especially beautiful as she loves flowers, and we love her. I explained what we wanted in concept, Rachael guided me on the selection. Since this was being sent on behalf of a group of friends (out of town) we also wanted to add a long message and be able to see the bouquet. She was wonderful and sent us a photo of the flowers - which were perfect! I chose them as they are local family business, and I would definitely choose them next time! I highly recommend this florist.

I needed to send flowers to someone in Hospital and they send exactly what I ordered within a couple of hours. The patient sent me a picture and I was blown away at how beautiful they were. Don't know why the reviews are so good. What arrived was COMPLETELY different to what we ordered. We selected the middle option (not the cheapest) and on most florists site, the middle option is the one pictured. Lovebird's site does not specify so we assumed it was the same.

The arrangement we received is so sparse compared to the one shown on the site. The planter is completely different too. I'm really really annoyed. It wouldn't have even been expensive to just fill in the gaps with some greenery but they couldn't do that.

Additionally (and I didn't take off any stars for this) they don't support overseas credit cards, so I had to ask someone in canada to order it for me.

Loved that you did such an amazing job for our wedding! Erin is excellent at taking a couple’s vision (or lack thereof in our case) and creating stunning pieces. I told her we wanted something classy, in season, and using a couple of gerbers as they’re my favourite. Despite the lack of information I gave her, she worked within my budget to create something amazing. I’d recommend using them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Erin!

Wonderful experience - fast service and extremely good quality and value. Last minute me, of course, ordered flowers for my sister's birthday in the morning, and they were delivered early afternoon. I have had experiences before where what I select online and what shows up look completely different (not in a good way), so I am skeptical of ordering from somewhere I haven't used before. However, we ordered the "Magical Garden Unicorn" and it looks even better than in the pictures! Beautiful colours and arrangement.

Lovebird Flowers is the best! We had our wedding flowers from here and were so happy. An employee at the venue even said they were the nicest flowers she'd ever seen in her time of working there. Michelle created exactly what I wanted based on photos and was able to sub in silk flowers for the varieties out of season (you wouldn't even tell they weren't real!) I gave a rough idea of what I might like for corsages and table boquets and Michelle was able to create something that I loved! I even changed my boquet slightly a few weeks before the wedding and they were able to accommodate that with no issues. They also delivered the flowers to the venue the morning of the ceremony with lots of time to spare. We had 6 flower girls and expected that we would have to purchased lots of flower petals but Michelle said that wasn't necessary and that we could use what was left from her making our arrangements. For the amount of flowers and the high quality and freshness of everything we were expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Amazing quality and value! You won't regret using Lovebirds for your wedding. They will make your flower dreams come true!

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered July 21st. They had been delivered the day I ordered them. My confirmation had the correct delivery date, as well the card included had the delivery date of July 21st. Despite this, they had been delivered on July 19th. The flowers had been ordered for the anniversary of a friends mother passing, this made it look like we completely forget the date of such a sad day for her. I also ordered flowers that specifically said they included sunflowers. The bouquet was still lovely, however had cheaper flower substations and didn't have any sunflowers. I understand that arrangements can be modified if some flowers aren't available, however the entire look was completely different, it wasn't just different flowers.

Lovebird Flowers is my go to florists! I absolutely love the store and selection! The flowers always last so long and they are very reasonably priced! Sympathy arrangements are always so beautiful and they offer professional and fantastic service. I highly recommend this London gem! Lynn

They were so wonderful in not only helping me with that, but also in getting the flowers I purchased early afternoon, delivered the same day to my friend.

Lovebird Flowers has saved my hyde with Pro flower bouquets multiple times. They also have a lot of other cool gifts in the shop. The greeting card with the seeds in it was a hit, gift that keeps giving.

It was delivered on time and was exactly what I had asked for.it was beautiful. I have ordered my son's prom flowers as well as 5 other arrangements and plants in the past year. I have always experienced fantastic customer service as well as never disappointed in the products I have purchased and always delivered in a very timely matter.

I have been buying flowers & the bath bombs from your flower store for a while now and I love the professionalism. I use the bath bombs every bath and its hard to pick my favorite but if I had to it is the Lavender Lace (just in love) they are so beautiful and relaxing.

Always a warm welcome and I must say I do love the body scrub and bath bombs, just what the doctor ordered and of course you can't leave without some flowers.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my niece. It looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I called and voiced my disappointment. I was told (by messenger) that "all the growers were sold out of winter greens and we didn't have enough to build your tree. I promise that it was filled to value. " I then received another message that they would be happy to give me "a partial CREDIT" if I called. I called and left a message 3 days ago - no call back. I called again today and left another message. This is unacceptable. I do not want a partial credit as I do not intend to every use this florist again. (the first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what was delivered). This is not the way I thought a reputable business would treat a customer.
UPDATE; Today I was offered a full refund. As she did provide the bear vase and some flowers she had incurred expenses. We agreed to a partial refund. She was very apologetic and I accepted her apology.

I decided to visit Lovebird Flowers to get my wedding flowers (November 2019) as it is very close to my work and I could pop over on lunch for a consultation. I am so glad I did! The shop is lovely and filled with beautiful gift ideas, and the staff were amazing! I met with both Lisa and Margaret who were both so friendly and helpful while I tried to navigate the world of wedding flowers. I showed pictures of what I was looking for and they exceeded my expectations with what they put together for the season. My husband and I chose Lovebird Flowers for our wedding this summer and we could not have been happier with that decision. From day one, Lisa and Margaret were incredibly easy to work with. Our large arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres were delivered on time to the church and our centerpieces were delivered to our reception hall. The ladies listened to our ideas and were willing to work with our budget to create some stunning pieces. I can’t speak highly enough of Lisa, Margaret and their team. Their work made our pictures look incredible. Due to our final numbers changing within the last two weeks before the wedding, one of the bridesmaids bouquets were missing. After the wedding, upon mentioning the issue, the ladies were quick to apologize and offered a remedy to the situation. Ultimately we are extremely satisfied with everything and recommend Lovebird Flowers to all.
