I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Patrick (Appliance Department) at Milton Lowe's. His assistance in locating a lost receipt has been truly appreciated. It's these instances that highlight the invaluable role employees like Patrick play in enhancing the customer experience at this Location!

Not really impressed with serivce, hard to find representative in the area. Went to purchase BBQ. Nothing in the stock. Staff was unable to get me one. Advised me to check other stores.

Horrible customer service in general. Nick in the hardware department is rude and dismissive. I have never experienced such an arrogant, disrespectful attitude from a store employee and for no reason. I will never go back to this store because of this employee.

Olivia went above and beyond to help my bf and I today when returning a defective air conditioner. My bf has MS and relies on our ac. Her customer service skills were top notch and were only matched by her friendly and fantastic personality. Our service today has made us loyal customers. Thank you Olivia!

Took me sometime to get my questions answered. Customer service had to page a couple of times before someone finally showed up. One of the customer service rep was avoiding me and clearly wasn't interested to help.the other 2 were very helpful.

I”be been getting ads from Lowes thru email, which is very annoying, I tried to unsubscribe but the website wouldn’t let me, ask to call customer service to remove it. I just block the email and stop shopping there, so frustrated dealing with Lowe’s.

I write this as I sit in my truck having waited over an hour and 20 minutes for curb side pick up. I am not impressed, I know the staff is doing what they can but their system for curb side pick up sucks. I’m still waiting, talked to 2 staff and called the phone number 2ce. At least 30 other people have gotten their orders.
