Last time I shop here. No cashiers, checkout scanners not working, pin pads not working. What business do these people think they are in.

Good prices, I mostly buy my plants there. The people working there are very helpful, specially Samir in the tile department.

Little disappointing love the tool selection the clear aisles and the fact that there are carts all over but it seems like the selection was off and things were overpriced

Today I was helped by Chris. Who was not working the Major Appliances section. He noticed that I was shopping/reading and that no one had been in the section for a bit. He came over, helped answer all of my questions & checked stocked for me while the main major appliances person was helping someone else. Great job product knowledge & reading customer ques. I bought a samsung dryer. Fingers crossed that it works well.

Lowes price matches & has different styles/models from well known brand names. The fact that they dont stock the exact same items as other big retailers is great because it gave me more options as a shopper.

All the staff were very helpful. The item I went for was not there even though it said there were more than a dozen online. The staff made up for the problems with the inventory.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, very clean, and organized. Paul was extremely helpful and patient in helping me with the proper steel bit that I needed to install a lock.

Horrible.spent 15 minutes pulling a large patio umbrella off the shelf so that I could buy it and then was told it was sold and I can't have it. They forgot to take it off the floor. Rona has plenty going there instead.

I like this place for the variety of choices. It is difficult though to find a staff to assist you when you have questions. Recently bought a medicine cabinet and requested for install and repaint of bathroom. After more than a week have not heard back from them Gave them a call and they said they are still looking for a contractor. Days passed again and finally was told no contractor can be found and that we have to pick up the cabinet. Such a waste of our time.

This location is great in that it’s not as hectic as the nearby Home Depot. It’s steady but it’s not a madhouse. Also, Lowe’s in general has been great in stocking new innovative and modern styles, designs, products that HD doesn’t carry. They also have sales, something HD doesn’t do a lot of.

Placed on line order for motor oil. Store showed 7 in stock. Got email next day saying my order has been cancelled with no explanation. After some time, I finally was able to speak to customer service who told me my item was out of stock. She said all items in stock were sold. Complete was of time placing an order and will not be shopping at Lowe's again. My poor customer experience is why people are choosing Amazon.

Wanted to take a moment and thank Afreen for her help getting blinds cut and getting in / out of Lowes quickly as I was in a rush that day. She was extremely pleasant, proactive and really went above and beyond to help. This experience really stood out from all the others I have had at this store and I very much appreciate it. Hope she is recognized for her great customer service and efforts.

I would happily give 0* to this store being doing business with Lowe’s for past 4 years and they have been helpful. I spoke to Shanda the manager here for some help. She was rude and very useless. Never will be doing business with the company.

Cancelled an online order on May 10,2021. Still waiting for my credit card refund even after a phone call and chat with an associate a week ago. Unreal.

This place is okay for your DIY project and other requirements for your home. It's not any different than any other home improvement big box stores in that some prices are reasonable and some are high. You have to know your prices

Friendly curbside pickup. It was a bit of a wait and no signage to direct me where to park for pickup. Overall, good experience.

Wanted the sheet of drywall 8x4 cut to 2x4 sheets. Called a few times to confirm they are able to do it. One Rep even checked with others to confirm. Called an hour before I was going to pick it up and they said no problem. When I arrived they handed me a knife and straight edge.

Curbside pick up was super easy and well executed. Placed my order on a Friday night and it was ready by noon Saturday. Pulled in and called the number, had my items placed in my trunk safely within 5 minutes.

Very Rude Staff, knowledge of the product is very poor, but they think they know everything. Over the phone, they don't say they names and think that they can talk smack to customers. Garbage Customers Service. Sounds like the management of the store doesn't care who they hire. And you cannot reach manager to speak about problems, cause he is not in the store or his representative lie that he is not available so they don't get in trouble. Wish that all of that store workers get the same treatment outside the store, when they need help with anything. This complete garbage experience.

Cleopatra at the commercial desk is awesome. Fast and prompt service. Friendly and very helpful. Definitely an asset to lowes.

Order a product for curbside pick up at Brampton location and got an email for pick up at the queensway location. When called the customer service they transferred my call to the store and they said if you want the order, come and get it otherwise cancel the order. Very bad customer service.

This is my "go to" Lowes. Always clean and stocked but this curbside pickup sucks. I ordered 4 smoke detectors at 7am and at noon, they are still not ready

Very clean and helpful staff. It’s not busy at this branch so useful during covid times. The store is always fully stocked. Recently bought some drywall which sales assistant helped cut and take place in our car

I had a very impressive visit to Lowe’s Queensway in January this year & must commend an employee by the name of Vlad! It is very hard to find someone who genuinely cares & takes the time to assist a customer, as at times some staff just point to the area you must go too look. I was on my own & Vlad took the time to re-organize an open box of ceiling tiles in order to help me out being that (I only needed 4 tiles more to finish a job). He not only took the time to do this, he managed to tape the box together (took 20-25 minutes of his time) and marked the price down! I truly appreciated this & honestly would recommend that location to anyone from now on. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience with the person working in flooring. Wanted a specific hardwood flooring, they misguided me saying all sold out, then I went online and purchased myself. Somebody could of took initiative in the store but instead gave me a horrible customer experience, very unprofessional, not shopping at this location ever again.

The amount of times I’ve been there and the amount of time I spend inside, My family often wonders if I secretly live there. They sell a wide range of home improvement items and offer installation services for various tasks. In comparison to Home Depot, Lowe’s services are contracted through Lowe’s, where as Hone Depot just puts you in touch with a professional.

If you’re thinking about buying countertops from Lowe’s, don’t do it.

We went here because we didn’t want to deal with unreliable mom and pop shops. We weren’t shopping for price, we were shopping for reliability as we had a baby on the way and wanted this done as soon as possible.

5 months later, I still don’t have countertops, but I have a beautiful child. You can make a baby faster than they can install countertops.

Lowe’s contracts these jobs out to a company who then contracts those jobs out to a mom and pop shop, so reliability and accountability goes out the window.

Half our counters arrived damaged, were installed, and we waited another 3 months for the other half of the counters to arrive, as well as the replacement countertop. We also had to have their unreliable mom and pop shop come back 4 times for measurements for a reason we can’t figure out. They used the same measurement design each time.

After waiting all this time, moving a houseful of newborn stuff off of the first floor and away from the kitchen, taking the day off of work, we got a phone call 5 minutes before our set arrival time that the contractor would not be showing up, and since he’s a one man shop, nobody has access to the counters to come install them in his place.

Go with a local mom and pop shop. They’re reliable enough that Lowe’s depends on them, but apparently Lowe’s doesn’t screen them, so you’re in for a ride no matter what you do.

Amazing staff (yes they are around to help), readable receipts, hassle free returns, better quality than Home Depot.

The staff are really unwilling to help. I was there to buy a light bulb and I had the old one. I had to stand there waiting for the person to finish his story telling with other staff before unwillingly he pointed me to another guy and this guy without even listening or looking at my lamp said it works. Result? Wrong lamp.
Waste of my time and my money. I will never go back to Lowe's.

I was 2nd in a cashier line then 2 men came and 2 cashiers came but we got stuck in line even though we were first there in line

Fairly typical lowes, location is easy to access off the highway with ample parking. Staff are very helpful and friendly, had several offers of assistance while walking through the store and an employee advised me of a promotion for the items I was looking at. Overall good experience.

We purchased a stackable washer & dryer on boxing day and it has turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The sales guy rushed us and the store didn't have the stacking kit that was REQUIRED and they didn't even offer to help us locate a store that did have the stacking kit. We had to phone around on our own and the only place that did have the kit was a Rona Store in Mississauga. The sales person also FAILED to mention that we needed to purchase a new water hose for the Washing Machine as that is their policy. We only learned this when the Delivery and Installation person arrived with the new washer and dryer and refused to use the old Washing Machine's water hose. So, the Washer and Dryer did not get hooked up by the Delivery person, we had to finish hooking it up on our own. The Delivery person also told us to poke a hole in our existing dryer vent and insert the Dryer drainage hose into it which is located close to our ceiling. This didn't sound right to me so after looking at the Manual book that he left with us, we learned that the drainage hose should not be 40" higher than the bottom on the dryer and in a drain of some kind! This is how this store serviced senior citizens. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

Good shopping experience, everyone typically friendly and helpful, returns have been easy peasy.

This a great location for a store of this size, next to another big box store. Lots of parking, lots of stock.
