Has really gone downhill since it went from Lowe’s to Rona+. No employees to be found and when you do they seem super disinterested and unhelpful. Hard to find stock on quite a few things.

Our experience with (Lowes) now Rona+ has been consistently excellent, thanks in large part to Lesley Rousselle's exceptional customer service. The store is pretty good for home and commercial tools etc. My son is grade 11 and has passion for wood work and started making furniture for house. We went to lots of stores and this store was the stop, where the price is really good and have several models. The staff is also god to help and suggest what we wanted. We almost bought 3000 cad worth of tools and wood. Also returned lots of machines that was not really needed and upgraded ot better ones. The manager Sai is polite and good in helping customers. Heard this is changed to Rona+, lets see how it is for future.

I live in South London, but I came to North location to shop from there mostly kitchen. The lady she works in kitchen area. She has the best customer service.

Both online and in store said they had a garden/stone 64” pry bar. I was shown where it “should be” then I was told: “Go to Rona, they are showing 4 there. I took an extra star off for the fun of it.

In my previous experiences, the staff at this Lowes location tends to run away when they see you need help. Today I was helped by Jim to look at patio furniture and a weed trimmer. He was a pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable and gave me great assistance in choosing the right product for me. Thanks Jim for your help. You deserve to be a manager with your skills, knowledge and friendly nature.

Pretty good selection of stuff of mats not the best selection of tools. But today I went to get flooring and some other supply’s and by far the best employee is Doug, helped me every way he could. Give Doug a pay raise he deserves it!

They’re very rude they refuse to cooperate with the customer. I requested to do Purchase tiles on the phone because they’ve removed it from online and called Lowe’s.ca website they’ve responded they’re doing me a favour and they won’t help out I’ve been bounced back and forth and still very rude attitude. I decided to go to their south store london as they help you out and very courteous and pleased and very nice. Not shopping there anymore in person or phone

The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, prices are comparable to competition. This is our first choice for home reno shopping.

Staff are friendly however your curb side pickup could not be worse. I’ve never waited as long for curb side pickup as I do here. I find it rather inconsiderate as sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes to pick up a small item such as a gate latch.
Please figure out a more effective solution.possibly look at Canadian Tire across the street and take some pointers

Went in to look at fridges since ours broke down. All staff were "too busy" to answer questions, and the staff that were helping customers were forcing other customers out of their way. I don't know how many times we were looking at a fridge and they reached in to show the customer they were helping.and we witnessed it happening to others as well. Those people actually left after the first time it happened.
Product was great and had great warranties though.

Paul at the plumbing department went above and beyond to assist us today. I wish more customer representatives were as nice and helpful. Based on today's experience I will definitely recommend going to Lowes.

Yesterday, I purchased a 1 litre bottle of varsol from the paint department. When I got home and opened it, I found that it had been opened before, a small amount had been used and then it was replaced on the shelf for sale. Clearly someone had used it and replaced it within the store.

Absolutely horrible. Do not shop here, you are wasting your time, I’ve burnt probably $20 in fuel in my truck just idling waiting for my order.

I ordered a lock set that was on clearance. System showed 5 on hand. Picked up (curb side) and it was an opened box which had a layer of dust on top, the battery chamber had what looks like a battery leak, it was missing a key, and it was just thrown in the box. Contacted customer support and it looks like they are not going to do anything for me. This is the absolute worst Lowes store in the world. Third time having problems with them. They should close it down and bulldoze it into the group. Just my opinion.

I don't think it should take 7 days after ordering when in stock to get BBQ plus 40 mins wait in parking lot after you call ahead of time.

Nice guy who brought it out. Glad I got it.

Never in my life have I experienced a poorer level of customer service than Lowes has continuously displayed at their London locations.
Pre-covid there would be workers walking around aimlessly and when asked for help they would hand us off to another worker and the pattern would continue. (that is, if there was even a worker in the department we were in). Workers have no knowledge of products and inventory levels, no questions get answered.
Post-covid it has been even worse. So so soo unorganized and slow its extremely unfortunate. Orders getting lost, not being processed etc.

We have avoided shopping here for quite sometime and have friends and family members with very similar experiences to ours, so something needed to be said. I have never written a bad review before but this has become so frustrating and this franchise needs to change, its awful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, if I could give negative stars I would.

Great deals on a variety of products and an incredibly large store.
The experience is obviously much better shopping in store but they have a wide selection of products online too and the curbside pick up was super easy. The staff are usually pretty friendly and there are some other shops around Lowe’s as well.

Very poor customer service I ordered flooring was told it would be 24 hours before pick up so ordered a truck to pick up order the next day than they withdrew money from the account and it’s now been two days later and still no flooring when I called the store to find out what was going on the person I spoke to was ignorant and rude was short on the phone when I started asking questions continued to be even more rude (even though I was polite and said it’s not their fault and politely explained why I was calling) than told me how they didn’t even know when it would be ready as their sooo busy and hung up. I’m sorry but when you take a large sum of money out of someone’s account and they have not received the product I think you should expect them to want answers just because it’s Covid dosent mean you have to be ignorant to your costumers was not happy and once and if I actually get my flooring I most definitely will not be dealing with your company again!

Terriable curbside pickup, poor customer service, oder stuff on May 21st they say will upto 24hours for pickup, wait for next day afternoon still no answer i called they said will able to pick up next day early morining wait till 2pm still no answer, call first time hang up during the call and called again they said still need few days due to internet problem on yesterday.why they didnt tell on yesterday or send email to customer plan i also called on yesterday.i can plan with others.the curbside pickup has been for so long time.unqcceptable.waste all my time.wish to give them no star

Absolutely the worst customer service rep answered the phone. Kept trying to send us to other departments where no one was working and when we were sent back to the main line, she had the audacity to SIGH OUT LOUD before asking the model number. What an ignorant, rude person. We are now searching another company for this product. Lowes lost our business.

Really disorganized when it comes to curbside orders. You would think after multiple lock downs that they would have figured it out by now. Not only it took 3 days to get my order ready but even when there in the parking lot they couldn't find my order and after 30 minutes on the phone they find it and wait another 40 minutes for someone to bring out my order.

I gave them a second chance as it's conveniently close to where I live, 2nd order I placed I had to call them after a few days for them to tell me it was ready for pick up and even after two weeks my order is still processing after I already picked it up.

Placed an order from Home Depot around 4 pm and did delivery, it showed up next morning at 8 am at my house. Now that is service!

I was not impressed. I went to return a bathtub set and it took over an hour because I had bought it online. No one there seemed to know what to do. One customer service representative did not have a mask on at all! She claimed to have a doctor's note. Well I think she should NOT be working with the public!

Placed an order online and made an appointment to do curbside pick up. I waited over 2 hours. I asked an associate who said “I’ll look into it. ” They never returned. Eventually, I went to the front and they told me they lost my order, no need to wait any longer and they’ll call me. No timeline of when that may be. The lady was very nice and said she’ll try to rectify this. Very frustrating to wait that long only to get an oh well we’re sorry we’ll call you when we find it. Overall, I left feeling pretty disappointed.

Dont expect to have your curb side pickup in a timely manner. Reserve LOTS of time. After I called Lowe’s to confirm they had my order before driving across town, I received confirmation it was ready. I arrived and called the required number and provided the associate with my respected parking spot. After waiting 30 min and seeing people receive their orders all while arriving long after myself, I asked an associate where my order is. He again took my phone number (at this point the store is closed), and then acted as though he was completely unaware of my curbside phone call and request. 10 min later (now 40 minutes), I call the store number and I was informed it would be maybe another 10 min. I proceeded to leave the empty parking lot and await once again in the morning.
As I am currently an essential worker and renovator, it’s extremely hard for me to find time to pick up the material and items that I require to do my job. Lowes has made this an awful experience and this isn’t the first time. It’s simply unacceptable that after over a year of having to make curbside pickup efficient, lowes seems to mess that up. I am always happy to go to your orange competitor. I’ll note that thought as I continue business.

Well stocked store. Good layout so it was easy to find the item I was looking for. I had searched online beforehand so knew the item was in stock.

I have had the worst experience with this store! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a dishwasher on Dec 11th and chose one that showed available in store online so that I could pick it up that day or the next, it was not the one I planned on but really wanted a dishwasher ASAP so settled for one they had in stock. However, I get a call from Lowe’s later that day saying they had to order it in and it wouldn’t be in until December 16th, which is fine as I know it’s a busy season. However, I call the store on the 16th to see when I can pick it up and I get told that it will now not be ready until December 24th! I then ask why I did not get one of the ones showing available when looking online and I get nothing but absolute attitude! He says the two showing online were the floor model and a damaged one. So I asked why would that even show online then? I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service! I was never rude or raised my voice but the man was unbelievable! Then today I get an email that it’s ready in store, which was awesome! So I call the store to schedule a pick up time and get told “oh that email must have been sent in error, it’s not here until December 24th”. Like are you kidding me? How do you send these out in error? Once I have this dishwasher I will never be shopping at Lowe’s again and I hope they show this to the appliance department so they can work on their manners when someone calls with a simple question!

The people they have working there are so unprofessional. Will not return to this location. Seen an older employee throw a piece of lumber in front of someone's vehicle for driving through the back of the building when I proceeded he started cursing me out. Hopefully lowes offers some type of anger management in there benefits package

I am a senior and recent widow, my washer needed replacing so I went to Lowes. Had to buy dryer also because I need the machines to stack. I was sold a stacking kit, and new hoses. I waited a week for delivery they were delivered to the garage because I wasn't given the stacking kit. I waited for another week for them to come back. They are now in the laundry room still unhooked because they think I should have new dryer vent and exhaust piping. I am very upset at the service I didn't get. Don't get appliances here

Worse experience ordering from them in my life. 5 seperate orders and 4 went wrong. 2 went missing altogether and I had to fight for a refund. 2 were scheduled for delivery and never showed up. The only order that was close to being right is the one I picked up myself and had to send the shipper back twice to make sure it was complete. The store is a complete disaster. Shop anywhere else but here.
