I came to this computer shop to buy a laptop they listed on Kijiji. The price was attractive for the spec. However, I found out that the ad on Kijiji was overstated.
They said the laptop had 1Gbps LAN card but it turned out that laptop only support up to 100Mbps Ethernet.
I had to travel 4 times in cold which took me more than 6 hours and wasted TTC fares. The worst part was I requested a refund and one of the employees gave me attitude.
He said they sell more than 400 computers per month and I was the only one that complained. Simple apology would have made the situation a lot easier. I also had to wait 2 hours for his boss to come for the refund.

According to this shop, refurbished means parts are still broken on a computer. Big waste of time.

I would honestly give this place a 0 star if that was possible. Had a small problem of my laptop not turning on and they couldn't even fix it. In fact, one of the employees gave me attitude and despite the fact that they couldn't fix it, they still CHARGED me $20. Came with a broken laptop, left with a broken laptop.

They didn't have the Time to bother with my small computer issue, but their recommendation guided me to fix the issue in 5 minutes and I grew wings. Very smart Technicians.

Got a great deal on a ruggedized laptop that's working flawlessly. Picked it up because I needed it right away, but they do most business via shipping.
