Doesn't even show your hours. One of the most basic things a business needs.

I have no idea when your open and I have to take 2 busses to get there. I would be beyond annoyed if I went all the way there to get a Bus pass and it was closed.

So unfortunately I can only rate it 1 star as this is really bad business to not list hours

Really bad driver that I met today morning (time 8.30 am) at sarnia stop. This man didn't even have a look at to stop in 31 and I was waiting to go to walmart to get some medicine. Such a bad driver that I met here.

There's no option for no stars. We rode the bus this morning and the bus driver was in a pissy mode. They want to raise the fares. Maybe they should improve their bus service before raising the prices. I've seen better service in ottawa. London transit is disgusting and if I could walk everywhere I would because it would be safer then riding a london bus, if they are on time. We waited an hour for a bus that should have been every 20 minutes and then they wonder why I was pissed, my transfer ran out and had to pay AGAIN.

The bus service in London is phenomenal. One of the drivers I had stopped in the middle of the street, got out of the bus, and everyone was alarmed.

He rescued a squirrel and brought it to safety. Everyone gave him an applause.

Your website says your open until 6pm on Saturday so I made the trip downtown to renew a bus pass and your place was closed. 5: 30 pm. Sign on door says closed on Sat and Sun. Called the help line to see where I can go to get a renewal and the help line is closed. Good ole London Rocket. Buses 1/2 hr to 1 hr apart, not on time at the stops, conflicting info all the time. The only plus I can think of about this business is that it beats walking across London everyday. No wonder ridership is so low.

London Transit is the worst bus system I've ridden on. Bus drivers are always running late or going through really early. Drivers can see people running to get the bus and the drivers just keep going. I've seen many drivers stop to stare at their phone when the route is already behind. People rely on transit to get to work bur LTC makes it nearly impossible to get anywhere on time. Get it together LTC!
