Luca Pizza

We are long time customers that are now confused. Ordered two assorted subs and they called us back asking if we wanted meat. Since when does an assorted sub not come with meat, had to pay extra. Smh.

Placed an order at this place, presumably the manager or owner called back 45 minutes later saying they couldn’t deliver to our address. The girl who initially answered the phone checked their limits and confirmed they would deliver. He went on to discriminate against our street because we live close to Ontario housing, which apparently gives a bad reputation to neighbouring complexes as well. 100% will never order from here again. Only called here because Marconi’s was closed.

I havent bought a slice at luca in years.today i went to get a slice and it didnt taste any better than the frozen box pizza at my supermarket.it was just more expensive.the quality and taste is gone and the word italian is just a gimmick in the sign and title.

This place was actually pretty delicious they have good quality pizza and a centralized location! The pizza was delicious I only had a cheese pizza but trust me because sometimes you can tell by the quality of ingredients and the staff! ‍️

I've seen this place for years in the high points Plaza but I also have been craving to eat there and recently I got a chance so I want to recommend that if you're ever just cruising the city especially late at night. Respected that these people do pizza right and be patient please!

I crave to try more pizza and they have a nice covered patio out front so sometimes I think if you're quiet and relaxed you can enjoy not only a nice pizza but a nice night here at Luca Pizza!?

Embarrassing customer service. While their goofy Vin Diesel wannabe fearless leader exudes confidence, he clearly does not know how to run a business, and hides his confusion behind his arrogance. Deplorable. Will never return.

Not as expected, two large cheese pizzas for 42 $ was supposed to get a descent pizza, the dough was very hard, cheese topping was very very little, as if you were eating non-fresh bread, will never go to them again

Ordered three drinks, one of them being a bottle of water.had to go and ask where our order because we have been waiting so long, and this was on a Tuesday evening.sorry, not satisfied.

Stopped in for a lunch slice - Fresh toppings, great thin crust with crisp bite and still some chew after. (Deluxe and Hawaiian)
Prices for 2 huge slices were very reasonable too!

Hmm. I really wanted to love it based on the reviews but was very disappointed. On taste and looks. The sandwich was a bit chewy, maybe not enough cook time. Pizza was better but not much. Wishing this place the best but won't be returning or recommending. #Disappointed

A little overpriced, the pizza was good, but the crust was verrrry rough and made my tmj (d) react. We were told to visit this place considering we don’t even live here, kind of disappointed.: (

I know their pizza can be good but if you don't order a lot of toppings they will cheat you. For example we ordered a party size pizza with extra cheese and sauce and other toppings. But when we received the pizza it took an hour to get here (on the Monday where on a popular chart was stated less busy than usual by roughly 70%) so it was almost cold and the cheese didn't stretch. Upon further inspection we noticed that to make it look like they put extra cheese they put all the toppings on the bottom and sprinkled some cheese on top which is barely any. I had good pizza from them before but I feel like they cheated us this time for not getting as many toppings as we normally do only my assumption for why it was so disappointing.

Great local pizza place! It serves north-american style pizza, but it's fresh, well made and delicious. You can't get anything like this at a franchised pizza shop. It's been a neighbourhood staple for nearly 50 years, and for good reason - best pizza.

Worst customer service! They told me I would have to come down to the lobby to get my pizza. I tried to explain there was free food delivery parking in my building. I was told if I didn’t want to come down to get it, I could go on door dash
or order from another place.whoa! I most definitely will!

Worker stuffs his face with food while spitting the bones/cartilage into his hands in the area where all the pizza is being made, no washing of hands, did even wipe his hands, while he's responsible for every pizza coming out of the oven.absolutely disgusting.and nobody behind the counter said anything or tried to stop him.when I spoke up and yelled at him, they tried to justify saying he doesn't make the food, goes to show what type of people work here.he was just about to put his hand in the oven to pop the bubbles on my pizza and other pizzas.and cut all the pizza going out.disgusting.expensive pizza, was worth it till I saw this non-sense.

Hands down the best pizza in the area! I have been ordering from here for years and have never been disappointed. Whenever I have people over it is my go to order and everyone always compliments it.

Ordered a small pizza Why are there two different types of pepperoni and a crazy amount of cheese on this pizza? Looks frozen to me. You guys make good pizza what's going on?

Good pizza and glad the man stops blowing under the pizza well in the oven, that's what turn me off before

Recently migrated to Canada and wanted to try pizza. Not the regular chain, American style pizza, but from the heart. Place was busy but staff made sure and deal with orders fast. The taste. Wowwwwwwww. Genuine Italian pizza. And the wings, yummmmmmm. Will be back in the future. Best advice, Call and order and go pick up. Service with a smile.

Ordered from Luca Pizza and was totally blown away how great this pizza tasted! First of all fresh ingredients which is always the key, the sauce was authentic and real Italian flavour you can taste and the overall texture was cooked perfectly not burnt or raw and so easy to handle, without falling apart. Last but not least my kids loved it and they are so picky that this topped it all off. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed this place is a real hidden gem.

Pizza was delicious. Been coming to this location for almost 2 decades. Food has always been consistent, hot and fresh. This is one of the few places that you can get a slice of pizza and it's actually fresh everytime.

I went in and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza the dough is saggy and floppy and pretty much raw after telling the owner or whoever was working in a front counter they got confrontational and defensive that their pizza was the best Never coming again

Best pizza in Mississauga, we order 6 party pizzas for work a couple times a month. Wouldn't even think of ordering from any where else, and don't even get me started on the delivery driver, he is an absolute angel.

This place is really tasty! 1st time trying this place out! Both pizzas were delicious and only 15 minute wait

A hole in the wall but DAYUM THE PIZZA IS TO DIE FOR! NOT TOO MUCH GREASY SAUCE THE CRUNCH from the crust is phenomenal omg love thus place

I love this pizza shop. I am not a huge pizza eater but I guess I am as to how many times I come here to get pizza. Whenever we are out or I am working and I am hungry I stop and get a slice. The price is great and the quality is amazing and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming and enjoyable people to be around. If you have not come to luca pizza and you live in Mississauga then you are missing out

Always a great pie! Hands down best pizza joint around (unless you're talking wood oven, different style).

Probably the most flavorful and satisfying pizza I've had in the city! Got the Supreme thin crust and it was devoured in minutes. Pricier than Pizza Pizza but you can really taste the difference.

Service staff is horrible. I wanted a sub with tomato, onion and green olives and was told that it's not a sub and they refused to make it. I asked to speak to a manager they refused. I asked to speak to the owner they refused. Horrible place horrible staff. Boycott this place.

This place has been around forever! The pizza is just as good as always by the slice but whole pizzas are inappropriately overpriced.

I only come here for the individual slices. They are pretty good and I love their BBQ sauce that you can drizzle on! Big slices too!

Best take out / delivery pizza in Mississauga. I say this as an Italian who grew up in an Italian area and I think I am a pretty good judge of pizza.

Definitely the best pizza in Mississauga by far. From late night slices to party size pizzas, this is the place. Quality at a good price.

The guy who invented pizza died was reborn and he opened up Luca pizza. This is hands down the best pizza I've had. Better than pizza hut, pizza nova, domino's, and all the other mom and pop shops. I was born in mississauga and lived on Luca Pizza for 15 years, then i moved. I came back after 10 years to find that all the staff completely changed, but was very relieved to find that the pizza tasted the same! =*). I honestly couldn't believe it. But you better believe it, this is the best tasting pizza out there. This review is really long because they deserve it. I want them to blow up and open chains all around the world so that everyone can taste how a pizza should be. Oh and their subs are actually pretty good. Theyre not big and fat like at subway and they look basic but it tastes really good for some reason. I would recommend the subs as well. Not sure about everything else, I've only ordered these 2 things my whole life LOL.

Owner wasnt very polite. I get it everyone has bad days but you dont need to take it out on your customer, that's how you lose business.

The food was awesome as always and I hope next time I visit to order I get nicer service.

Luca pizza has ruined all other pizza places for me, the absolute best pizza I have ever had.

Really friendly spot I love their set up and family atmosphere. Table tops to eat for two. Pizza slice I had was a little too crispy so one star off.

It was ok, was taking there by a friend who loves that place, but I would give it a 2.5 with all honesty

I grew up in the area.and I still travel across the city to buy from Luca Pizza because my son loves it too.

The pizza is decent. The place is fairly unorganized. Their Pizzas are falsely advertised. "Pizzas are larger than competitors" is not true. Aside from that it is just plain over priced for some pizza.

My son lives around the corner from this place and he took me there for a late night snack. Truly the best piece of take out pizza (I had a deluxe slice) I've had in years.

This place my go to been going hear for 18 years always providing great service even know some of the guys their!

If you just want tasty greasy old fashioned pizza without the fancy toppings, I would recommend this place.

Just had our first Pizza’s today from Luca’s and everyone said how amazing they were.
As a bonus it is great that you are open at 10: 30 on Saturdays as we were able to get pizza for our kids birthday party (most pizza places open later).

Awesome pie, made from scratch right in front of you. Dough is hand stretched, ingrediaents are fresh. Yummmmmi!

Was there today and i bought two slices. I asked the guy to warm them up and he gives me attitude because I didn't want to eat a cold slice. Very Unprofessional

It is becoming expensive to order a pizza from Luca. Their computer dictates the price when you try to get half of one speciality pizza and half of another that cost the same and they tell you a higher price. Oh and not to mention the dollar cost of paying debit on delivery. I would rather give that as part of the tip then pay the owner (I don't think he is paying a dollar per transaction). It's good pizza but it is becoming not worth the money and for that reason I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore.

Price isn't the best but it's very delicious. I find that the price is about 2x that of Pizza Nova for example.

Don't order from this place the owner is very rude saying we placed the wrong order. There pizza is ok everything else sucks.marconi's pizza is way better try for you're self

I really enjoy this Luca Pizza point. The service here is top notch and the food is great and also the atmosphere is very pleasant And the prices are reasonable.

If Pizza Pizza were a student, Luca Pizza would be the Sensei. Beside delicious pizza/wings/panzerotti, the staff adds to the Italian authenticity feel.

I eat at Luca's prior to training. They are by far the best fresh authentic Italian pizza (just like Nonna's)!

This is where I have been getting my pizza for the past 28 maybe 30 years. This is the best pizza in Mississauga by far.
