Lucas Automotive has been looking after our vehicles since we moved into the neighbourhood 16 yrs ago. We asked our neighbours who they'd recommend for car servicing and they said Lucas. Haven't looked back since and have brought other friends and family members to them as well. After getting an enormous quote on things that needed to be fixed on my small SUV, I took it to Lucas - always got an honest recommendation of things that need to be fixed and things that do not need attention now. Overpriced dealer quote that was 3X more expensive and consisted of items that didn't need to be changed/fixed. So glad to have this gem in our neighbourhood; would highly recommend for anyone looking for a 2nd opinion / quote on a big job they were quoted.

High experience and punctuality. Friendly staff (thank you George). I had a problem with my car and tried to fix it in other workshops, but it was not resolved after I paid a lot of money and I waste my time. I saw an ad on Instagram for (Lucas Automotive) after that I decided to go to them. They inspected the car and discovered the defect in a short time and repaired it at the same today for simple cost after I had paid and suffered a lot at another mechanics shop Thank you.

Felt very nice to be treated so kindly. My car is almost 17 yrs old so I guarantee Lucas will see my business again!

I drive a 2010 Jeep liberty these vehicles need TLC, Dealerships made me afraid to go to a mechanic until my sister told me to go here George is the best he will tell you exactly whats wrong, You will leave confidant knowing your vehicle is reliable again being a car commuter my vehicle is heavily dependent on for on call duties, Look no further then Lucas, Bottom line i am so happy i found a fantastic mechanic i can go to gives me peace of mind Thanks guys for your fantastic work

Lucas Automotive is absolutely the best in the business, bar none. I have been dealing with Greg for over twenty five years and he, George, and the entire staff never fail to impress me with their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and consideration for the customer, from both an economic and safety perspective. As an example, I had an issue pop up with the car yesterday morning, and in spite of being busy, they told me to bring it right over and I was fixed and on my way in less than an hour.

I moved out of the area years ago but still would never think of taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I have had my car serviced by most of the mechanics in the rouge and I have settled with George and Greg from Lucas Automotive for a number of reasons. First off the service is second to none, they always have a solution for any problem and the work is done promptly. About two years ago I came to George to fix a major problem on my car and although the car was past the warranty, he mentioned for me to take it to BMW to see if they would cover it. I did just that, and after a few back and forths with the service department they agreed to fix it. The total cost savings to me was around $5,000. George could have easily taken my money but he was honest and upfront with me when he didn’t have to. I won’t take my car anywhere else!
Oh yes, it’s a family run business and they truly care about their customers!

I rarely left any reviews but they definitely worth a five star. I accidentally hit a pole and the back bumper kinda sticked out. The technician helped to click it back and also checked the tire pressure. And I was told everything was free! Such an amazing garage
