Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of great glass, misc.items and great ideas offered.

Really fun experience. My partner and I did the Sunday crash course for a birthday and had a great time.

Jessica is patient and clearly knows her craft. In just one afternoon we were able to personally create passibly not-terrible art pieces as shown in the photo.

Would recommend this for anybody interested in working with their hands and art in general.

I just spent the last 3 weeks building a lead glass window with Jess. She is wonderful. She explains everything and is a fantastic teacher. Her glass selection is also wonderful and you will have an easy time finding everything you need for your stained glass/fusing art.

Store owner was extremely rude. It was pouring rain so we were trying to get some cover. While we were waiting for the bus at the bus stop which is right in front of the storefront, the lady in the store walked out and told us all to get out of the way, so we did. Less than 2 minutes later, she comes out again to tell us we can’t stand on the sidewalk in front of the store even though that’s where you wait for the bus. Terrible experience with this store, I don't recommend supporting businesses with cranky owners

I met Jessica for the first time and must say I am impressed with the store and her friendliness. Having worked in stained glass for over 40 years, I have been to countless stores. Most are not as nice as Lucent.
Lucent is well stocked, organized, and a welcoming site. Something that is uncommon in this industry.
Jessica seems to be very focused on retail sales instead of making a commission from a client. Something that is rare when you walk into a glass studio for the first time.
I am excited to finally gather all the materials needed to plunge into fusing for the first time.

The workshop was a lot of fun. Wonderful support and guidance from Jess and Jenn. It was more challenging than it looked but in the end all our projects turned out great. The studio is spacious and in a great location.

Absolutely amazing selection of glass and supplies. Workshops are 5 star for instruction and general information. The shop owner is very encouraging and supportive of personal expression. Definitely worth the drive.

Took the 5 week beginner stained glass course recently. I had a great time and learned a lot! Jess was very supportive and reassuring. I am not very crafty/artistic, but the structure of the course made everything manageable (one step at a time/session). Also tons of awesome glass options on site. Thanks Jess!

Lucent Glass and Art is a supplier of all things Stained Glass. Living in Ireland, it can be difficult to source particular glass and accessories. The shop owner Jessica is very personable and professional and stocks so much glass from various manufacturers so there is always a huge choice of product to buy. Shipping costs are very reasonable making this store my favourite supplier of Stained Glass.

After a long knolwedgeavle online chat while placing my order to help ensure I was getting what I was looking for, my order arrived today. The box was so well packaged and protected.d. So very nice to deal with.

After years of wanting to do stained glass, I finally took the plunge and booked the 5 week workshop at Lucent Glass, and I'm so glad I did! Jessica was an absolute delight and went above and beyond helping all of us work on our projects! On top of that, her store is wonderful and has a huge selection of gorgeous glass. Love this store! Did a 5 week beginners course and Jess was a rockstar! Super supportive and inspiring. The store is very cute too and has so many pieces of glass to choose from as well as all the tools you need to get going. Jess knows every piece of glass she has and has a great eye for colours. I've gotten some of my favorite glass from here! Jess stocks some really fantastic glass, and the customer service and packaging is fantastic! I order online from the US and have never had anything arrive damaged. She clearly puts a lot of care into her business.

Owner is friendly, prices on par with other glass shops, felt like I was invading the space though.

Such a great store and atmosphere. I did the five week beginner class (taught by Jen) and the three week lead class (taught by Jess) and both were so well done. Eventually I bought one of the beginner kits so I can make my own stained glass at home. Love the selection of products and glass and Jess is always a friendly face to see!
