Lucky Chopsticks Chinese Buffet

I had a really disappointing experience at Lucky Chop Stick. (Take up/pick up) The customer service was abysmal, with rude and careless staff. To make matters worse, the food was completely tasteless, lacking any flavour or excitement. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.

3 adults with tax ($9 tip) 2 soda $105.and the food was horrible. Poor quality everything, EVERYTHING WAS COLD, this place is a total heist, stay away

First time there and will never return. The buffet was cold and tasteless. Food was dried out, certainly not fresh. The restaurant also had an odd odour that we could not identify. Very disappointing.

I do not recommend this place the owner is very bad.when I make an error in the orders they blame you

Lovely hostess, nice clean restaurant, but the food was the greatest, but not bad. Just typical frozen product chinese. Good for $20 lunch buffet but nothing more.

Food was terrible. Tasted like it was from day before. Not impressed at all. Both my husband and I were suck by time we got home. Would NEVER recommend this restaurant

How is this a dinner for 6? I get covid took its toll but when is 11 chicken balls going to feed 6 people. Last I checked a serving of chicken balls is 3-4 balls. Not sure what spoon they use at lucky chop sticks but there is not 6 serving per dish. $115. Save your money. Go to May May Inn. Rude manager/owner

Very rude owner and food was overpriced and horrendous. And the ownsers take tips from wait staff! That's a big problem! Disgusting.

Clean and well organized. A good variety of food and well prepared. It is good value for a buffet and I would definitely recommend and return.

Great waitress! Food is horrible, most items that obviously are from the freezer taste like the freezer, all breaded chicken and breaded pork is dry crunchy and hard all are over cooked sauces have no flavor, sushi is old even the browning avacodo ones are fresher then the rest, the noodle dishes must be the place they chop up old vegtables because thats what they taste like old moldy veggies (had to spit these out) icecream is full of ice not creamy so not sure if this is freezer burn but just looking at it you can see its not ok. I would never recomend wasting a $ here until they follow the proper recipes and provide a product worth what they are excpecting an individual adult to spend, even a picky 6 year old prices are nuts.

Server was nice and did her job fairly well (reason for 2 stars) not many food options to start many of which did not look appetizing. Spring rolls were nasty general tsao chicken was beyond sour and breaded chicken was over cooked. Spare ribs were decent chicken wings were pretty good. Ice cream was beyond freezer burnt. My girlfriends water had floaties in it so had to send that back. Not a great experience. Not worth 28.99 maybe 17.99 lol

Not great, The egg rolls are OK but it’s hard to screw up a frozen egg roll. Everything else was poor quality and this is my third try. Shame on me but I like to give Local a chance. Unfortunately I guess it’s back to Windsor

I'm sorry but the food tastes like it came from the freezer section at a grocery store and had been sitting for awhile. I felt sick after. The man I spoke with was very nice though. I'll be sticking with May May Inn.

This place has the Friendly's service! The best food! And bonus! Thee absolute best bubble tea anywhere around!

Nothing special about this place. Buffet table takes forever to refill and when it is it doesn't taste fresh.

Ww have only gotten takeout, as buffet does not interest us. The food has always been fresh, hot and well made. My personal favourite dish is tge Kung Pao chicken. They made it a but spicier, as per our request.
