The young girl that works there is very unprofessional, she made my nails bleed twice and after asking her to get someone else to finish my nails she refused. Never going back again.

The ladies and gentlemen who work here are wonderful at their job and very personable; they care about their clients and their salon is clean and comfortable! 5 star review.

Worst nail place I have ever been to. Customer service is poor. All they do is speak in their native language. They do the opposite of everything you tell them to do.

I had such a pleasant 1st time visit at this salon! I booked an appointment with Tracy herself as recommended by my coworker and she did not disappoint! I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted for my vacation nails and she was able to replicate the exact details to the T Tracy is so sweet and the service I received will definitely make me come back again!

I have always loved Tracy and her husband. They are extremely wonderful, very inviting and kind. However, my last experience there was awful! The lady who did my pedicure was VERY rude. She huffed and puffed at every request, question, or comment. I asked her what her name was, to which she responded, "No! ". So I proceeded to call her 'No'. I would consider going back here, because I do like Tracy, however only if this particular lady named NO does NOT perform my services.

Tracy, if you see this, eventually you'll lose clients if she continues to treat paying customers this way. Very disappointing.

I used to come here ALL THE TIME. And Tracy’s mom used to do my nails. She was amazing & kind. Recently seems her daughter Tracy did my nails and is extremely rude & arrogant. She cut my hand 3 times and didn’t even apologize. When I asked to use my giftcard from 2020 when they were closed to Covid she advised that the gift card had “expired”. How can it expire when there was money paid to the salon and you were closed all year? !? ! Extremely disappointed at where this salon has come to. Mom needs to take over the store and Tracy needs to find another job. What a disappointing downhill fall for this salon that I grew up going to. Try “Nice One Nails” on Dixie & Dundas and ask for Rohani instead. You will thank me later:)

Have been going here for years, before switching ownership, the quality and customer services were amazing, but over the years with a new owner the quality has gone down hill extremely. Not only that none of them are willing to fix there mistakes or own up to them. The last time I went I had to have the girl straighten my nails 4 times and still had to fix them when I got home. Multiple occasions my family and I have left with major damage to our fingers or to have nails break 2 days later. Sad to say I will not be bringing my business here anymore.

I use to go to this salon when i was in highschool so i thought i’d go again! The customer service was not bad but not great and a guy did my nails which ended up giving me an infection on my thumb from not sanitizing the drills or brush.the day after i got my gel overlay i went to the doctor die to the pain and swelling and i’m still currently on antibiotics a week later for this unsanitary infection.

Really beautiful salon and full of nice people but my nails hurt like hell. I had a guy do my nails and they look pretty good but the skin around my nails is all cut up and raw. I know that happened sometimes but thus is really bad. Other than that I like it there but ask for Lynn or tracey!

My daughter had her nails done and had 5 fingers rubbed raw. They were bleeding and because the man said sorry this was to make it ok. Very unprofessional. They had excuses like her hand were dry the sanitizer did it he only used a buffer lie he didnt rush of and its never happened before. They wanted me to return with my daughter who was in tears at home because they couldn't see it in the pictures. Ended in a yelling match and them saying it wasn't fair to him so no money back. I would never recommend this place unless you want your fingers all cut up.

Waited 3 months to get the strangest shaped nails ive ever seen. So sad and charged $ for a face mask. The young girl did them. Nails aren't a square block shape. $95, urgh. I said I wanted them narrower many times but it just wasn't landing. These are still way too wide. Not impressed.

Love this place. The staff are great. I get shellac done and it's quite strong. I will be going back again as long as the quality stays the same.

Ive been going to this place for over a year now and they never disappoint! Everyone is always lovely, and does an amazing job. I highly recommend Hong, Tracy, Lin, and Mia as they are the ones that have done my nails so far and I ALWAYS get compliments on the shape and how they look. Plus, my nails actually last!

I have been to this place a few times and normally they are friendly. I got shellac done and the next day it had chipped already on two nails. I went back and asked them to fix the chip seeing as all nail salons say you can come back within 7 days of getting shellac if it chips and they will fix it for free. They told me that it happens and that they would not fix it.then after talking to manager they agreed to fix the two nails and then continued to charge me for TWO small chipped nails that should of been free with the shellac policy. Any other place repairs this for free. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had a horrible experience at this spa, I felt very rushed while they did my nails, the spa seems very cramped, I was not pleased with the level of service and the quality of work they do!

I dont feel comfortable going to places when they speak a language I dont understand. After all we live in Canada.learn English & it is very rude in general when you speak in your own tongue. I went there for a service & felt very rushed. I will not go back, nor will I recommend anyone to their store.

I never write reviews but I’m annoyed so here it is. I’ve always loved this place, it’s been my go to since I was about 13. Tracy has always done a great job and been a very fair person, however whoever’s taken over apperently “the last 3 years” is the complete opposite with 0 logic and no customer service. I went in for a fill last night, 2 weeks after getting my nails done mind you, and got charged $28. I’ve gotten fills before, they’ve cost 15+2 for each broken nail. A fresh basic set costs 25. How a fill costs more than a full set confuses me, and after calling her out on it she shrugged and moved along. It’s not the 10 or 15 dollars that bothers me, simply the moral of acting like their customers are dull. After 9 years I’ll be looking for a new salon:)

Hygiene at low level. Thick nails. Not happy at all. The only reason I rated with two stars was price. Will not go again.

My girlfriend loves this place she always go with her friends I'm always picking her up here. Her nails always look good
