This luggage store is fantastic! It has a large variety of high quality bags and luggage at very reasonable prices. I was able to purchase an over-the-shoulder bag at a price lower than I saw at other comparable stores. The bag is very durable and has a lot of security features. I’d like to thank the sales representative, John for his colossal customer service. John patiently and repeatedly explained the features of the bag and showed me how they worked.

Excellent service! The computer sleeve zipper of a brand new backpack broke in less than 20 days after being purchased. The sales representative replaced it immediately at not extra cost. Great attention for customer satisfaction.

Since the pandemic, I have engaged with literally scores, if not hundreds, of merchants. Luggage City deserves top praise and they have my glowing and absolute gratitude.
One of two umbrellas I ordered was the wrong one- and Luggage City went out of their way to make the exchange process easy and simple and to keep me informed. They provided rare, superb, and excellent service. I thank them again for all their help and trouble. One of the umbrellas was a gift for my daughter, and she simply loves this new high quality Fulton umbrella from Luggage City.
When I again need anything Luggage City sells, I will be buying from them. Highly, highly recommended.

The black one little bit bigger and more stronger than my first one 10 yrs old and wheels are tired inside backing has spilt. My first one served me well for my grocery shopping easy access on and of public transport. So glad I found you and once again your service was first clas.

I give Luggage City Woodbridge a 5-Star rating and I would give it a 10 if could! I have not experienced amazing customer service like this in a very long time. About a week ago, I was leaving on a trip and on the date of my departure, I realized that I needed more luggage. We had already bought a set here last summer and needed 2 more matching pieces. They had one piece, but not both and I did not have time to go to their other location to buy the last piece I needed. I was not upset, did not complain, and I was prepared to live with that as I was leaving for the airport in 4 hours. A team member there, Shirley, offered to go to their other location asap and deliver it personally to my house. I felt bad and said that this was not necessary, but she insisted. She did just that. I could not believe it - WOW! Who does that today; well I guess Luggage City Woodbridge does. In the last couple of weeks, I also picked up some odds and ends there and also dealt with Jose and Anna - they were amazing as well. What a great store and local business. Thank you!

Wow! Appreciated and pleasantly surprised by the customer service from Luggage City. I emailed with a question regarding a certain piece of luggage and not only did I get a fast response back but they also went above and beyond helping out with my purchase. My purchase online was completed in minutes and I was provided with a tracking number the same day. Love the fact it is also not a big box store and I am supporting local.

If you go to this location you have to ask for John! He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and great to deal with. He helped me find the perfect bag for a great price and he broke down every detail and showed me tons of options. Great job John!

I have been searching for this model from Rolser, I was amazed that Luggage City have a variety of the Rolser trolly in stock. This is my second Rolser Trolley believe me you will need more than one. They are quick to respond to any inquiries I needed to address. I'm satisfied with the purchase from Luggage City.
