Good service. Went in with a broken luggage zipper, and replaced it within 5 mins. Other places had no idea how to fix it, and this gentleman fixed it in 5 mins. Highly recommend!

Mike was amazing. He just saw me coming in with my luggage and didn't need to touch it to know what was wrong. He didn't hesitate to tell me what was wrong and let me know that "he likes money but likes telling the truth more". He ended up fixing my handle on my vintage Burberry bag bag, because I insisted and charged me almost nothing.and ready within the hour. This will be my new place to get anything luggage fixed. First, it was difficult to find. It was horrible: an old man there was asking me about my nationality, what languages I speak, how can I see, etc.one air company destroyed my 2XL suitcases and I asked a friend to help me with suitcases. So, this guy was asking if he was my boyfriend and so on. What the hack? Isn't it personal? And he did mistakes in my name when emailing me statements. I don't recommend this place as it's awkward, it was a disgusting experience.

I went to see Mike today after reading a couple of reviews
and the reviews left me with the impression that Mike was
an old school technician who had the client's best interest
at heart. My impression was spot on because not only are
his prices more than fair, he puts a total effort into satisfying
his clients with a professional attitude from what I experienced.
It is refreshing to find someone like Mike in today's business
climate because people like Mike are few and far between as
far as I am concerned. I have already told family and friends
about his place of business and I totally recommend anyone
who needs luggage repaired to visit Mike's shop. Thanks again!

Wasted 2 hours of my life driving to this "business" because the TUMI store referred me.

The unit appeared abandoned, the stench inside was thick and almost as unbearable as the owner. Waited around while he yelled at the customers in front of me until they physically pushed past me to get out the door. My turn now, and he riddles off my options like an angry river troll. I wouldn't be surprised if he was not born of a woman and instead hatched out of one of the now moldy suitcases 60 years ago.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I don't write bad reviews, but this guy's lack of any people skills is an achievement. I will be fixing my bag myself. I hope he gets the help he needs.

I came to Luggage Town as they are an authorized Briggs & Riley repair center.

It is full of suitcases under repair and we were perfectly fine with it.

Owner explained my options and repaired it on the spot.

While there, he received phone calls from customers. I could actually hear people getting irate because they would describe the problem and he told them that he could not provide a quote or timeframe for a repair over the phone for a bag that he had not seen or inspected in person.

He tried to explain that pictures are not good enough for him to fully diagnose an issue but people just continued to try to push him on the phone.

My wife and I both found him to be kind, knowledgeable and engaging.

So, take some reviews with a "grain of salt".

I would definitely get my luggage repaired here next time.

Extremely rude guy refused to help in any way. Samsonite sent me there for a 40 min drive, the guy said the second he saw it that it’s not fixable, which is fine, so I asked for any proof that I was there and he cannot repair it, so I can show samsonite for warranty, he replied “I don’t have to give you anything” and walked away. Terrible service for no reason. Had to take this picture just to prove to Samsonite that I went there.

I didn’t even go here (thank god) but just got off the phone with the guy who was really rude. Practically balked at me about the photos not showing up in my email, hung up on me. Then called me back and tried to lecture me when I was just asking if my suitcases could be fixed or not. Chill man.

This merchant was visited on Friday, June 16,2023. Upon our arrival, at first glance, this business appeared to be closed even, perhaps, out of business. Tattered drapes covered the interior of the front windows. Upon further inspection, however, we found the rear door to be open. The proprietor was easily located. In our case, the business owner quickly determined that our damaged suitcase was beyond repair.

I have an Eagle Creek travel bag where the zipper needed replacing. There were delays on Eagle Creek's end to approving the work, and Mike at Luggage Town continued to follow up with them. Mike understood my urgency to getting the bag fixed, and the moment, he got the zipper replaced, he sent it to me ASAP. AND I was able to use the bag on my recent trip! Thks Mike!

Yes. Mike fixed the lock and zipper of my Delsey in minutes with reasonable cost. I don't expect courteous but he's definitely not rude and straight to the point.

Mike fixed a dent on my Briggs and Riley carry-on in no time flat. I can still see where the dent was but it’s as good as it’s going to get. This is no reflection on his skills but more about the quality of the luggage.

Mike is a no frills kind of guy. Polite but straight to the point which I appreciate. He clearly knows what he’s doing.

The store itself feels like a warehouse. From the outside, you may think it’s closed, but he’s in there working away.

I have a Briggs & Riley Suitcase with a lifetime guarantee. Went to Luggage Town as it is an authorized repair centre. What a discovery! Mike fixed the zipper pull right away and rather than just fix the one broken one, he fixed both the pulls with metal pulls which are much better than the stringy ones on the Suitcase now. Will be going to Mike for any and all repairs of travel luggage. And read the reviews - the number of people who comment on how he does not charge anything for simple fixes! And no, he did not charge me though I was prepared to pay even though Briggs & Riley guarantee everything for life. If you have luggage you need to know Luggage Town & Mike! And a Repair Centre with character!

Visited this Samsonite sanctioned repair centre with a broken pull handle on a piece of luggage. Was told it was damaged so did not qualify for warranty repair. Showed me exactly how it was damaged. Despite loads of luggage to repair and eventually customers lining up at the door, Mike continued to seek out a replacement part which would allow him to repair our suitcase. Repaired while I waited by this knowledgeable, skilled gentleman. Excellent service. Would definitely use this repair shop for future issues!
