Luigi's Lasagna & Pizzeria

I ordered 2 smalls meals and was told 40 minutes for delivery 2 hours later and no food. So disappointed with the service of this place didn't even seem concerned when I called to ask what's going on. I finally told them to forget it and don't bother coming. Absolutely outrageous.

This is one of the best pizzerias in Milton and it’s 24/7! The owner is a pro! His staff is friendly and the pizza is BOMB! You guys have been a great addition to the Milton food game and I will always order from you guys and have been introducing my family and friends! Thanks for some quality food. ESPECIALLY THE LASAGNA, VEGGIE AND MEAT ARE BOTH BOMB!

Their Pizza are solid but maybe the best wings I had in Milton. Also their pasta dishes and lasagna was surprisingly good.

Moving to Milton from Mississauga meant i would not have access to some of my Favourite pizza spots like Lucas or Marconi’s, and stuck with chain pizza places. But someone turned me to Luigis and we havent looked back. Great Sauce Great crust and they are never cheap with the cheese. So glad i found you Luigi’s. Love the massive party size pies, it’s definitely a crowd pleaser.

We had ordered online pizza on last Tuesday late night. When we reached home and opened box we found Christ was burn outside and had taken pictures. When we complain to Their so called Manager Sukh he was not un ethical and idiot and he don’t know how to speak with their customers and told us wait for their owner will reply. After 2 days their stupid owner replied and suggest please refrain calling us for your complains we are so busy to fool us their clients.

My suggestion is that to check your online order before paying them and sure your pizza Christ was not burn.

I will never go these third class pizza store again.

The place is great, the food is yummy and the owner is doing a great job. Really like place the staff is friendly and quick to serve you.

I'm one of their most loyal customers according to Uber Eats (20+ orders). Yesterday I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited 1 hour and my food didn't arrive. I called the store and the lady told me that her printer ran out of paper so they never got my order. She said they would get it to me right away. The location is a 5 min drive from my place. Waited another 40 mins and called the store yet again. Same lady picked up and assured me it was on its way. I asked her what she was going to do for me since ive been waiting an hour and 40 mins and all she said was she was going to leave a note for the manager. I'm not sure what that meant but I never got a call from anyone. They don't care about me being a loyal customer so now they've completely lost my business for good. Pizza is good but customer service not so much.

Previously left a 5 star review because I used to love the food here, however recently I got my usual order the plain tomato sauce spaghetti which had alot of tiny pieces of meat in the sauce. I've had the same order from here so many times so I know how the sauce is supposed to look. Really sad that this happened because I truly loved their food.

Absolutely ridiculous service - they make you wait at least 45 mins to an hour and 30 minutes.

Have ordered multiple times and they consistently fail to deliver and provide even a decent service. Management doesn’t care and you can tell.

Ordered luigis last night. Ive ordered a few times and food has been good. Last night they “delivered”, the time i was given was 45 min. After a little over an hr im wondering whats taking so long. I start looking out the window and realize they had just left the order on the front door step. They didnt even knock on the door! I was in the living room the whole time. There is no possible way the delivery person knocked on the door to actually delivery the food. Had to reheat everything, must have been out there for quite a bit. Food was good, not impressed with the delivery.

How can I put this? The pizza is good in a way so are the wings. However the salt is extreme. Everything is very flavourful which would be good in a sense but it is over powering. I can’t handle eating more than 2 pieces. If you like a lot of salt and tons of spices then this is the place for you.

I’ve been eating at Luigi’s since they opened. Is the only place I get pizza! It’s fresh and has a great crust. I the cheese pizza Best! Service is courteous.

The manager contacted me, and made things right by improving customer service and gaining my trust back with good food and service.

Great food and very easy to order online. The new addition of light Italian pizza is very delicious, as well as some of the other specialty pizzas. Tip: It may be better to pick up in store or use a reliable 3rd party delivery if you are hungry. While the online order gives an estimate of delivery time, for more than once delivery has been at least 30mins delayed for me without any notice… Also, there’s a section in the store that belongs to a separate cake/convenience business that I was told to stay away from while waiting in store.

My first time ordering in and these guys make the best pasta in town. The food was delivered nice and hot. Excellent portion size. I ordered lasagna and fettuccine Rosé’ … very authentic taste.

Tried Luigi’s for the first time tonight and the lasagna and chicken parmigiana with spaghetti was amazing. The bolognese sauce was sooo good. Will return for sure.

Went for dinner today and had a wonderful time. Food was amazing and serving was amazing too. Aran at the cash and all the other staff members were truly friendly, polite and nice.

Will surely go again ️!

Found a hair in my pizza!
Picked up a pizza from here. We have ordered and picked up food from Luigi's many times before. This time I had to wait extra 10 mins on top the estimated pickup time as they were busy, I thought no problem. But EW in the last slice of the pizza found a piece of hair neatly engraved under the toppings stuck between the base and the cheese. Absolutely disgusted! This is so nasty and completely unacceptable. This is during Covid-19 pandemic. So gross.

Food is kind of pricey, but it tastes really good if you’re willing to overlook the prices. We usually get veggie or chicken pizzas. It’s nice to know that also provide halal meat options

One of the dishes had no salt and the other hand twice the amount. No proper cutlery. Flimsy plastic cutlery that is not good enough to eat what they serve! Plates were so thin that they gave in 5 min after I started eating and soon I was eating from the table

My new favorite pizza place in Milton. Worth the drive from Mississauga even. Very tasty and lots of halal options. Tried chipotle chicken pizza, Alfredo bacon pizza, and pepperoni pizza. All tasted outstanding!

Decided to go to this place because nothing else was opened. We were not disappointed! This place had such great service and their food was AMAZING! I highly recommend.

I'm a first time customer and ordered through uber eats. Food is fantastic! I order chicken fettuccine alfredo and it came piping hot and tons of it. Tastes amazing! I will be back!

We moved from Montreal to Milton few month ago and we started to order food from many restaurants until we ordered food from Luigi s and it was a big WOW the quality of food was amazing plus their price are so so reasonable.my wife is ordering 3 to 4 times a week and we almost tried all the menu. I can t wait until they open for Dine in and i will bring my family.

The lasagna wasn't very good there is no cheese in the middle, just sauce and small bits of meat. Not sure of they're trying to cut corners or maybe they forgot to put the cheese in.

Inside of restaurant was engulfed in flames and workers were running outside screaming. One was trying to save her infant child. Nobody even bothered to take my order or even say hello.
Disappointing to see such disregard for customer experience. I had to drive all the way to another pizza place and was almost late for Sunday football.

We had a terrible experience here last night. We had company coming and placed a large pizza order with Luigis. Places the order @ 3pm and asked for delivery @ 5pm.

5pm = no pizza
5: 20pm = we call and are told pizza is 5 min away
5: 40pm = no pizza. Luigis has stopped answering the phone
6: 00pm = pizza finally shows up. Pizza that was likely baked 1.5hrs ago.

Did not accept the pizza and told the delivery driver that the manager can call us if he likes. We never received a call.

Needless to say, I, and all my company, will not be ordering from Luigis again.

I try to support local, but they have demonstrated a complete lack of customer service, or even trying to make things right.

Don’t even bother with this place.

This was a really disappointing experience considering I wasn’t even served. You can’t advertise being a 24 hour restaurant and not follow through on that promise. The lights of the store were on, open sign blinking yet after calling numerous times I was denied service. The owner had the audacity to pick up the phone and hang up without having a conversation. A woman was moaning in the background and I heard him say don’t pick up… we drove over an hour to invest my time and money in this business yet they were was too busy with personal endeavours. That is beyond unprofessional and I struggle to understand the point of presenting the store as if it was open just to turn away 4 customers who would have paid over 50 dollars each for various items off the menu. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here, and if you plan on getting some late night food don’t count on it. They would rather focus on pleasing one another than serve customers and that’s breaking the first rule of business. I expected more from Sam and Luigis as a whole, I really did.

I have ate here a handful of times now and it;s time to review on what I've tried so far.
The pizza is good, not great, but good. Tried it about 3 times now.
Garlic bread is meh, but most places are now a days.
The fries with toppings are good.
Chicken wings are amazing! Totally the way I like them!
Lasagna looked really good, smelt really good, but tasted even better! Was pleasantly surprised with it and will be getting it again!
The desserts are really good it's worth it ;-)
I also deliver on food app and this place is always on point and friendly staff as well.
One of the best things about this place though is it's open late!
Without driving to rabba and paying a fortune to make it yourself, where else are you getting great lasagna and cake at midnight after you've had a few too many wobbly pops!

My new fave pizza in milton! Less than 15 mins from my farm and only 2 slices made it home: p. And 24hr cheesecake delivery is the essential service I didn't know existed till yesterday. 100% amazing!

Rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones. We order from Luigis quite often. Ordered online and were shown a 65 minute delivery window.at 75 minutes no pizza arrived, so I called the store and was advised the pizza had left the store give it another 10 minutes.at 90 minutes still no pizza so called the store again, was advised the pizza had left the store and they were sorry for the delay, that doesn't help when you have little ones waiting for dinner for over an hour and a half! I was told a "team leader" would call me back.never received a call paid $50 for a large pizza and some wings that arrived luke warm and got ZERO responsiveness or any hint of concern from Luigis. Unfortunate as we order often, but this will be the last time! It will catch up with you.customer service will out weigh the taste of the pizza good luck.

Was there today and was stunned at the 24% price increase on the large pizzas. Double large went from 31 to 38. I understand covid made things hard but there lots of options. Your pricing yourself out of business. Compare pizza pizza. 2 Large with drinks 25$. That’s a significant difference for a comparable product.

Pizza and the other stuff is wonderful. But they're too slow making it. And the delivery too. They took more than 1 hr to prepare 1 large pizza with lazanya! Just they need to be faster

All i gotta say is wow i have over 12 years of experience as a fine dining chef and a banquet chef and i have never ever worked at a place where i received disrespect and embarrassment, for anyone that eats here i feel so bad I’m in so much shock in the amount of people who ate here and got sick when nothing ever got cleaned especially when they were serving food with plastic and mold everything here basically is from the store with a few spices added here and there never in my life will i work for an unprofessional pizza owner in my life again especially people who don’t pay employee just pure disgusting and a very dirty place

Love this place for their Margarita pizza and garlic dip. Truly the best margarita pizza I have ever had. The delivery is quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try authentic pizzas! Thank you

Never order a Veal Sandwich here as it's the size of a bagel. Felt completely ripped off and when I called the store, they told me to call back tomorrow. Waste of money & time.
