Exceptional customer service, I was expecting to be on my own moving a heavy item to my car - staff were more than happy to help me take care of it. Also there was a cat, I'm not sure what more you could want out of an encounter.

Very few auction houses will mention the flaws in their items. Lukes auctions always highlights if there are any issues with their items. They are dependable and friendly. Some of the helping cres are very good and some wont help you load. You have to get lucky who is helping you. They always give you items boxed and packed. Very professional auction house.
