Doctor Luks and her staff are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They make us feel that our orthodontic needs and concerns are as important to them as they are to us. Both my children patients of Doctor Luks and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Luks is fantastic! She has a lovely facility, and terrific, friendly staff. Her office is really easy to get to, just a minute's walk from Lawrence Subway station. Most importantly, my children now have beautiful and straight teeth! My son had conventional braces, and my daughter went with Invisalign. Both turned out great!

Luks Orthodontics is a great place, everyone does a wonderful job. The appointments are prompt, the service is kind and sincere, and the office is spotless! Dr Luks has done my Invisalign as well as both my boys braces. Our teeth look amazing!

My son and daughter both got their braces at Luks Orthodontics. Dr. Luks and her team have given us great advice and care over the years. We really appreciated their responsiveness during the COVID-19 shutdown when my son's permanent retainer broke. Dr. Luks put him on her priority list and he was able have it fixed as soon as they could safely re-open-thank you! The new office is spotless, beautiful and very well-located. The staff is warm and welcoming and their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

The service from the staff was always extremely professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Luks as she was a dedicated, caring expert in the field of orthodontics.

I had severe tooth pain. Dr. Luks was rude and impatient during the meeting, and entirely misidentified the cause of the tooth pain. She opted to file down a bottom row tooth, when doing so did nothing to solved the problem.
3 days later my face was swollen to the size of a balloon caused by a serious tooth infection.
Mistakes happen, but this was caused by arrogance on her end. She refused to take seriously my subjective account of how intense the pain was.

Not to mention this is the second time that a tooth of mine was filled needlessly. About a year prior Dr. Luks asked one of her dental assistants to file down a tooth. After her dental assistant had been filling the tooth for 30 sec, Dr. Luks walked over and said, "Don't file that tooth, I meant this one over here. "

Both of my girls have had their smiles transformed by Dr. Luks and her team. The whole process has been excellent. The staff is always helpful and professional, the new office is bright and welcoming and Dr. Luks has always been excellent at giving and explaining the options for treatment throughout the process. After treatment, both of my girls continue to be monitored by Dr. Luks.
Orthodontic work is an investment and I highly recommend Luks Orthodontics to take care of this investment!

I have had two daughters go through braces and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Luks Orthodontics. The staff is friendly, helpful and experts in the field. The physical space is outstanding. Bright, clean.when you walk in the first thing you smell is a diffuser pumping out a relaxing scent. Reminds you of being at a spa! Anytime I have had an emergency and needed to be seen right away, they were very accommodating. My son is currently having his braces done. The service here is always friendly, welcoming and professional. Unlike many other healthcare offices, it’s always pleasant dealing with reception. We never wait for our appointment. The offices are also nicely designed and so conveniently located.
