Conestoga mall lululemon store is the worst in customer services. They have hired students in cashier dept.who doesn’t know how to deal with returns. They have been handed over 330 $ gift coupon instead of refund.gift coupons of such high amount is ridiculous solution which was offered. I am tired to customer handling skills of the cashiers. Not professional and don’t understand why lulu has lost its charm to provide excellent customer service experience to its customers

Location is a 10/10! Beautiful store with amazing staff. Want to make note of Matt and Morgan, both helped my wife and I and made the experience more enjoyable, gave us both a good laugh too. We will be back!

Placed an online order for an expected easy pick up on December 21st, the busiest time of year. Had to wait 15 minutes to get my order but was expected anyways. Get home, try on the sweater and leggings I purchased to find the security tags were not removed. I don’t live nearby this mall and will have to drive 30 minutes and probably drive around the parking lot for another 30 minutes to find a parking spot and go back to get this removed. Super disappointed and staff should take the time to make sure these are removed before pick up.

Edit December 27th: Was personally contacted by the store manager in a timely manner and received a resolution that I am happy with. It was great customer service and I appreciate the store manager standing behind their product and service. Thank you Karen!

My friend and I both had a great experience today. We had some questions about the lifetime warranty on the leggings, Isaiah was a huge help and was so friendly. He answered all our questions and made sure we were taken care of before his shift ended. Truly fantastic customer service, we can’t wait to go back. Thanks Isaiah!:)

Staff are always super nice here and they are always willing to help you find an item that’s suited specifically for what you want whether it’s for sports or everyday purposes and this is very helpful for any indecisive people like myself

I was appalled at the cashiers today when I visited the store. I was returning a tank top that didn't fit properly. The cashier told me I cannot return any clothing without the tag. I told her I have returned clothing without the tag before and it was not an issue. The cashier next to her told me they can't resell the clothing unless it has the tag. She was very rude and hostile saying we will not be doing any refund for you today so please purchase another top. With your stink attitude I will never purchase anything at your store. Nike will take back clothing 60 days after purchase without tags for a full refund. They want you to be happy with your purchase. Never shopping at this store where the clothes are overpriced and not returnable

For a very long time I didn't go to the store thinking that I would never find anything I could wear that would fit that plus it was pretty expensive but recently I discovered they had pants that actually fit and are comfortable when you're stuck at home working.

Overall great experience. I really appreciated the fact that they adhered to the visitor count on the store to ensure everyone had a safe shopping experience. I did not mind the short wait time. Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife, daughters and I all found the items we were looking for. I will be back.

I love the clothing and accessories here. You absolutely get what you pay for in quality. I’ve been wearing a lot of thing from Lululemon for years and they still look new. Pretty much everything I own from here is SO comfortable!

This location isn’t huge, but it’s generally pretty well stocked. It does get busy though and often you’ll end up waiting to shop (especially when store capacity limits are cut down).

I’ve had luck booking a shopping slot on their app and planning my timing around that.

Way overpriced gouging at it’s heartless pricing for Canadian Pride. I refuse to buy hopefully knock-off’s hit the market?

Shelby (I assume the manager!) Helped me to resolve an issue I had with the snow warrior parka I bought online. While I had to get a different coat because it was sold out everywhere, I am grateful she did everything she good to resolve the issue!

Review update: customer service was super helpful and prompt since my original visit.

Received a pair of 28” tights as a gift. These are my first ever pair, I was excited because the quality is much higher than other brands. Due to being in between length sizes, we opted to hem the 28” down an inch to my correct length. On return of hemming, upon trying them on in the store before leaving, I noticed they only hemmed one leg! And the stitching on the hemmed leg was already pulling out. It will be interesting to see if they fix the hem and match the unhemmed leg after waiting to get them fixed. The quality of sewing by this locations seamstress is poor. I wonder if LuLu will come good for the mistake if they mess it up again? I haven’t even taken these leggings out of the store and it’s been nothing but a frustrating experience.

Our family has always enjoyed shopping at Lululemon (Conestoga Mall location.) Staff are attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Both my teen son and daughter love their merchandise. I love the fact that they stand behind their products. Thank you to Hayley and Emma today for continuing to provide such a positive experience.

Selection, at times, is limited, but new material arrives almost weekly.
Their clothing is worth every penny. If they have what you want or like, it'll be hard to shop elsewhere.

From entering the store, to trying things on, to cashing out, they have their system down to a science.

Remember, if you can't find what you want, or your size is not there, they also have a quick and easy online system, with fast shipping.

Absolute worst set up for covid pro cautions. They didn’t allow any walk in, claiming that their appointments are booked solid for the rest of the day before closing.

We were there at 3PM but the mall closed at 6? Seriously no walk ins!

Very poor customer service, they made mistake in the process of online ordering in store and they don't take responsibility for it.iInstead they referred me to "Guest Services" and I was on hold for more than 45 minutes. Do not shop there!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, not even within 2 days the stitching was coming out. Go into the store and they said it will take 2 days to ship to my house because they have none in store. No impressed after having good reviews with returns.

Very friendly staffs. First time there. I am very impressed. A little pricy but I am sure the quality is good. The only thing staff take the phone number and tell you to wait 3 hours for the text to come back to the shop. I don’t know how many people come back? And what if the customer don’t have a cell phone? I know is the pandemic but it got to be a better solution to visit the shop.

Loved the clothing. No joke however, NEVER wear Lululemon garments in a MRI. Some of them heat up in the strong electromagnetic field.

Unfortunately, I need to share a negative experience. Let me start out by saying, I love lululemon’s products. My issue here is with the service my mother received on her most recent visit to the store. She is 60 and just getting back into her fitness journey. For Christmas she received a lulu gift card and was incredibly excited to come shopping for some quality items that would help her build confidence as she works hard to reach her goals.

She spoke we a sales associate about looking for a sports bra and told the associate she was a size 12. The associate told my mother that she looked more like a size 8. My mother said she didn’t think so and asked again for size 12s. The associate set her up in a fitting room and said she would bring the bras back for my mom. Once my mom was in the fitting room the associate handed her the bras. Every bra was a size 8. My mother was too upset and embarrassed to say anything. She felt confident that she was not a size 8 and did not want to put on something that wouldn’t fit. She promptly left. And has no desire to return to the store.

I just feel so sad that my mother was finally excited about working on her health and fitness and now she has had this awful experience. I understand the associate probably meant well but this is not how this situation should have been handled. My mother certainly didn’t need to be treated that way.

These girls are so helpful and funny. They make you feel comfortable like you’re there friend. Helped me find the cutest set! 10/10 staff
