I almost bought a discounted product at full price. The final price was strange, so I checked to see if it was this price before paying, but they proudly said it was correct, and when I checked the receipt after paying, they said I entered something wrong and refunded the difference. If I didn't pay enough because I bought multiple items, it would cost more than $60. I almost gave you more

All went well until getting to the fitting room. Nobody was there so I simply went into it and try a t shirt. Suddenly an “excuse me there, good morning” so I had to dress again, open the door and the lady with a face of “you are doing so wrong” tells me “you are supposed to check in first, to try it” (what!?) … then “what’s your name to write it on the door”, so I provided.

But, people, seriously, why is so stupid important all this? I simply left to another way more positive energy anywhere else!

To that lady, chill down, please!

Really helpful staff, a little bit busy but I understand as it’s a popular shop. Very big and lots of chose. I got the everyday day 2L in black fyi.

Lululemon products are of excellent quality and comfort.
This store is quite large and has a good variety of products.
The attendants were friendly and one, who was restocking and arranging the shelves, went out of her way to get me the shorts I wanted in my size.

I was approached by the staff while I was in the changeroom not even dressed and I was asked to leave with no explanation. I never had this experience anywhere let alone Lululemon. I need an explanation from either Lululemon or management of this particular location.

This is a shop location that will take your money AND make you feel terrible. First impression of the store it is very chaotic.

The sales assistant and the curly hair girl at the counter lacks basic courtesy towards customers.

I got yelled at by the Asian male fitting room assistant. It doesn’t matter that you are purchasing a whole season worth of stuff she shoves it in the bag like in Walmart. God I would expect Lulu to care more about their brand image. Idk if I am paying for 200 bucks a sweater if how can the store not afford to properly train their employees!

I had a couple of bras that were not working out for me and they were some of the worst quality items I had ever bought from lululemon, and while I was shopping the sales associate told me to try and bring them back as part of their "quality guarantee. " I brought them back to this location and the lovely girl who helped me was not sure about the items I brought back, but she really wanted to help me so she waiting for her manager. It took a few mins of back and forth but both her and the manager were super kind and kept apologizing for the time spent. Ricardo, the manager was incredible and kind and was lovely to have gotten help from. He was so empathetic and understood having items that felt like a waste of money. After half an hour of trying to figure out what they item retailed for, he was able to give me a gift card so I didn't have to wait in line again! Shout out to an incredible employee as well as the girl who helped me (didn't get her name.) Amazing location with helpful employees.

Contrary to the brand's advertising, the quality of this product is very low and its products are completely damaged and worn out after one wash. I bought a 500 dollar jacket from them and it was completely destroyed in one wash and the inner layer of this jacket was shot and ruined and only a thin fabric was left. Of course, I hope that they will exchange it for me or refund it after visiting

Just returned a few items and I got store credit. The cashier was very friendly and it took less than 5 min. Great service

Great selection and the customer service was top notch. Super friendly staff and had no issues getting my questions answered. One of the best Lulus I’ve been to.

Shopping experience is similar to any other store (although I would expect a little bit more for the pricing). Hemming service on the other hand wasn't great, they made my pants much shorter then the marks were set for and they don't adjust the thickness basically ruining them. Good thing its free but if account for price of the cloth it can cost you $100+

This is an extremely busy location! Still, staff were exceptionally helpful.
The cloths fit well and we left with several items.

I placed a phone order sale at this location and I was told to receive an e-mail to track my order. Two days had passed but didn’t receive e-mail to confirm my shipment. I have to call the store to follow-up and there I got an email later that day.
The staff who left voicemail regarding my order was pleasant and helpful.

I luv Lulu. Unfortunately i was not greeted by any staff or asked if i need any support while looking for a pair of mens shorts which they did not even have on the floor during my visit.

This location is top notch. Had an issue with my purchase and the manager and young lady in the front did everything to rectify it immediately although purchased at another location.

The staff were so helpful for my long, long time spent there. I'm running the Lululemon 10k on Saturday and wanted to use my discount (25%). Lots of items were out of stock both online and in store. They helped me with recommendations and helpful tips based on my needs and even showed me products that weren't on display! I ended up with a second choice that needed to get hemmed and they kindly and friendly helped me out even though I was there till after close:) thank you staff! They even wished me well for my run on Saturday. It's sally if you read this and remember me team xD

Amazing customer service. A friend bought something and mailed it to me from Ottawa - lost receipt, but had tags and was able to do an exchange for my size, no problem! Friendly team! YAY LULU:)

I went in today to pick up a top I ordered. There was a mix-up when my order was shipped and I didn't get the product I ordered. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of the way to help sort the mistake out. I'm impressed. Thank you!

Thank you to the staff at Lulu Eaton Centre. The great service that I have come to expect is always there. I am love my lulu wear and want to thank the staff for always providing such great customer service.

Okay shop for "athletic" ware. Good quality and style but seems like products at mostly aimed for fashion and not workout.
Prices are high for the quality and really only reflect the "status" of ware. If you want athletic ware walk down to Sports Check in lower concourse. If you want something to ware for fashion then this is the place for you.
Staff is friendly but busy so hard get their attention.
Lack of proper displays for products makes the place look unkempt and dirty. I don't understand why they stick things into cubbyholes. It just looks bad and makes it annoying for costomers to find what they want.

I've personally never used the brand.but all the ladies I know, love it. Never heard anything negative so far - hence my rating

Super friendly staff give great advice on various products and are very service-oriented. They'll definitely work hard to find you what you're looking for - whether it's in store or calling another store and going online.

Wide range of good quality activewear, yoga mats, water bottles, gym bags and accesories for men and women.

Sizing runs small so if you're a women's size 12 or above, try Lole in Hudson's Bay as their sizing runs bigger.

Quality products and a great service experience. Good store!

What can I say. This Wall covering at the Eaton Centre 3rd Floor by Lululemon. Announcing I am moving here to a Bigger location. In the meantime just read and absorb the message and just pop a couple doors down until they officially move in.

I had an issue with a purchase, came back 2 days later to have issue addressed. They (Kyle) could have easily told me that it couldn't be returned. Kyle went above and beyond, so it seemed, to help with the issue. He made me feel so good about the matter, that I ended up keeping the pants knowing that I had the option to return them with ease. Great customer relations!
