I rarely leave reviews but I have to say I'm really happy with this company's products. In 2018 I used their pot lights for my whole house and just recently redid the garden - everything looks stunning. I find their customer service so helpful and I'll be keeping them in mind for any projects I have in the future!

Installed 9 undercabinet puck lights 2 years ago, so far i have replaced 4 of them. They burn out very quickly. Very disappointed.

Installed 15 3w SS12813-CWC on a brand new concrete deck shinning over a 5 foot retaining and the results are stunning. About a year later I had to have 8 replaced under warranty because they were either really dim or not working. Now we have about 3 working and the rest need to be replaced again. I would go with a different brand but the holes were custom cut for these. I'm hoping the product is better than it was as I do not wish to have to repurchase these every year. UPDATE, after having them replaced we have discovered that the issue is not the units but the waterproof connectors are not so water proof. They have been replaced and sealed watertight this time. Hoping this is the last time for a long time I have to replace them.

I purchased 5 undercabinet lights from Luminiz at one of their distributors. My husband and I were very happy with how easy they were to install and they give off great bright white light. One of the clips might have been defective because the light kept falling out of if and the clip eventually snapped. I reached out to the customer service team at Luminiz on Friday and now Monday received the replacement parts. I'm extremely pleased with the level of service that was provided. Thank you kindly, for not only replying quickly to my request, but shipping out the parts as speedily as you did.   It will definitely make me prioritize your company in future purchases knowing how strongly you stand behind your products and warranties, as well as your customer service approach.

After 1 year1/2 3 don't work anymore and 1 start to die. Who pays for my time and gas as a contractor to replace.contact the company and they won't help.so have to charge my client Alex Tagliani, for sure his gonna be using your product on his next house

This company provides the most solid LED products I've ever seen, strongly recommended.
