I could not recommend this store more! The employees (specifically Taylor and Caspian) were the best part of our visit. My friends and I had gone to this location a few weeks ago and had the most amazing experience with Taylor. We happened to be at the mall again and we almost didn’t go in until we saw Taylor working. Caspian was amazing, they made the experience amazing, never breeched our comfort zones and somehow knew exactly what we would want. Taylor helped us find so many things we hadn’t seen last time and we had such a fun time experimenting. We all bought something this time and will DEFINITELY return!

I went with a group of my friends, we just popped it to browse but we had the most fun experience. This experience involved one worker in particular, Taylor. Taylor was amazing we were just a group of college kids and she absolutely just let us play. She brought out various items for us to test. We made a bubble tower, she really sold those products and any other ones we asked about. She was kind, honest and helpful. We couldn’t thank her more

There's a change in the way the bar soaps are priced. For example a specific price use to be on the label but now it says 2x 100 g for $10 / 100 g so it's $20 for 200g when you ask for them to cut a piece off.

Just one word for the “Awesome”. I love their fresh face mask and the customer service. They are not pushy and they explain everything very patiently.

Update: in reply to your response. Your level of insincerity spouting and phoniness couldn’t possibly be more obvious. Hypocrites. Your actions have spoken louder than your out of place insincere speeches.

0 star rating. All animal lives and all people’s lives matter. It’s really not all that difficult to figure out, except for those who mistakenly believe only their lives and rights matter. This company chose to seriously and harmfully discriminate. It won’t be forgotten.

It's my first time visiting lush, on 20th of March 2023 and the staff were very friendly, June and Kayleigh were very helpful, also the others,
I bought some lush products, and I love it because it makes my skin feels smooth and soft, I will recommend any one who wants to try lush products give it a try,
It has a fruity and nice smell, also it'has natural ingredients, which I love

This is the most wondrous store. It’s like a playhouse, roller coaster, and candy land for the senses all rolled into one. So many colours, fragrances and textures. And all so exhilarating. And the best part of the store are the ladies - so warm, welcoming, helpful and with happy smiles all the time. Thank you, Kayleigh, Emma, and Kate for a pleasant afternoon of shopping and helping me choose for my partner. You made my day.
To Lush management - Add a cafe with some scones and cakes and some music (maybe Bach, Sufi and Oriental) and you’d have me there all day! A celebration for all the senses. A Lush Sensory cafe, if you will.

Great experience visiting today! I dropped in because Lush's No Drought dry shampoo remains one of my faves. I went with my kids and ended up getting them some fun bath bombs, which one of the employees was kind enough to help us with. She was super friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the products. She described all of them to us and gave lots of good recommendations.

Overall, their products are a bit pricey, but the fact that they are natural justifies it. Everything is also cute and colorful (they all smell good too), which makes for great gifts! The store is spacious and well organized.

This location has always been extremely friendly and very helpful when it comes to customer service. Genuine workers and will always go out their way to make a great recommendation for whatever your need be. Yesterday I was helped by a hospitable, and very cute person named "Caspian". Thank you very much for the warm welcome~

This location is awesome. Staff is always so super friendly. We did the make your own bath bomb event (I think this is once per year) and you get to take home a free bath bomb!

Wonderful customer service. Kaitlyn was exceptional! Kept it professional but also very easy to connect with. Will come back for bath bombs!

A wonderful experience with Kayleigh at Fairview today! Thoughtful, efficient and really knowledgeable about her product lines. Will be coming back to this location for sure.

I really loved the atmosphere in the store, and I have to say that Dani was so nice and she has really great energy! She made my experience really enjoyable, and she described how the products work really well, as well as the ingredients in each product, so I know exactly what I’m buying. I will definitely come back some time soon!
