These people’s laundry service rocks - the lady is so friendly, and they worked magic with our coveralls and work gloves!

Busy location, but staff is friendly. Clean machines. Lots of machines. Sometimes, you have to wait for dryers. A few dryers didn't work for whatever reason. All in all a good place to go for laundry.

Best place to do your laundry if you don't have your own laundry set. Clean, friendly staff working. Never had an issue with washing my clothes here, In and out pretty quickly.

The girls that work there are very friendly and helpful. My only problem is with the new owners. They put the price up on all the washing machines
and the spin cycle isn't good. My clothes are pretty wet when I put them in the dryer and spend more to get them dry.

I drive truck so i use Laundromats alot. This is the cleanest one ive been in. And very nicely set up. And very friendly staff. The two ladys there are wonderful

As I was changing my washer and dryer I needed a place to do my laundry. I came here as I saw the “lux” concept. It is a very nice laundry place. I like that it has plenty of seats while roaming around. It has different ambiances and you can even buy bedsheets!

They have washer machines of different capacities which is very convenient.

There is free wifi. Plenty of parking and located at a very convenient street.

I wish they have snacks and drinks to complete the “lux” experience.

I've been coming here for about 5.5 years now and I think they're awesome. Usually I do my laundry myself but I've used their wash and fold service and I'm very happy. They are friendly and keep the place clean.

Super clean, great machines great staff and you can buy bed sheets etc definitely best in town!

It's a great place! Lots of washer and dryers. Lots of seating and can even buy bed sheets and shower curtains, blankets. 1st time in there and I'd definitely go there again.

The cleanliness is on point, worth the cost and not too pricey. Even the service provided with the drop it off and they'll take care of it is amazing. If Laurie is working, you will enjoy the hospitality and wonderful fulfillment of your clothes being sorted, washed, dried and then folded perfectly like mom use to do. 10 out of 10 for this facility. I drive half way across the city just to give them my business. Even though I have my own washer and dryer at home.just saying.

Had to stop by for a quick load of laundry as soon a I walked in I noticed the unique look of the place and the attendant Laurie was so kind and easy to talk to.

I am absolutely indebted to Lux's wash and fold service. I work 50 hours a week and do not want to spend 6 hours of my weekend doing laundry. They do a wonderul job and always finish ahead of time. Thank you so much for all you do.

This laundry mat is very clean, friendly staff and they have everything you need to clean your laundry if you happen to forget anything.

First time doing laundry here and won’t be coming back due to the very rude male employee/maybe owner displayed. Just switching over my laundry as he rudely approaches me to yell “7pm is the cut off line and that’s final” and just walks away. HAHA what a joke.
Just some business advise for next time.
1. Be competent enough to update your business hours online, as they say 10pm, not 7pm.
2. Have to balls and professionalism to walk up to me BEFORE I start my laundry and apologize and give me a heads up you’re about to close.
3. Don’t yell at a new customer.
4. Don’t walk up to another employee, point, and whisper.

This is the only laundry mat I will go to, I won’t even use my buildings machines. The staff is amazing and it’s a really nice place to go. There’s an outside patio with indoor seating as well. The wash & fold service is a life saver when you’re super busy with life and need it done, they even fold your undies hahaha.

Lux laundry is awesome, spacious, clean, & a welcoming friendly environment to clean your clothes. The staff, the accessibility to change, & customer service makes every visit easy going.

Had a HUGE amount of laundry and due to feeling overwhelmed by it took it to Lux for their wash and fold service. When I dropped it off the wonderful lady I spoke to listened to why I had so much and was very understanding. She explained that it might not be done until later in the day the next day.
5 1/2 hours later I got the phone call that it was all done!
Huge weight lifted off of my shoulders and so much respect and gratitude to the ladies of Lux for all of your help and patience! I would highly recommend!

Great clean place. Very friendly staff.
One thing i don't understand though.if you close at 9pm, but need 2 hours to clean and no loads after 7pm, why not advertise a 7pm close to avoid confusion? Its really odd.

The only bad thing about this establishment is how many people (staff included) stand right outside door and smoke cigarettes. It all comes inside and is not good for people with health issues. You guys were worried about facemasks for so long due to "health issues" so why not be more considerate with the smoking issue?
Suggestion: keep back door locked and designate back area outside as the only smoking pit.:)

This really is a 5 star location but the excessive second hand smoke is frustrating

Been going here now for at least 8 years. All the ladies do their best an do great job. The place is always clean.

I can’t believe how clean this laundromat is, lots of washing machines and dryers, prices are fair and staff is great.
I drive from Stoney Creek to Parkdale especially to wash there.

First time using their wash and fold service. They did a great job. I used their laundry detergent and felt that it wasn't too scented which was great! Everything was perfectly folded and wrinkle free. Will use this service again in the future!

Well it's a great place to do ur wash and now the got amazing workers there but they should at least have one man working there cause there are some lady's that would like to have a man do there laundry

I've only gone in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday. Not too busy. The lady that works there on those days is very friendly and welcoming. It's clean and organized. What drew me to this place is the shiny sign! It's everything I thought it'd be!

Absolutely love this place! It’s always clean and a great atmosphere for a laundry mat. I love how it’s retro and all the ladies that work there are awesome and amazing. Since I found this little gem I haven’t went anywhere else in years!

I always dreaded having to go to a laundromat when living in Hamilton. I was told to go to Lux and was so happy! Clean, nice staff, inviting and comfortable. Never thought I would use a laundromat in the city again but now I don't even think twice about going

I just called to see if my laundry was done.been 3 days no call the girl said it says right on it call when done.no call.it's now going to cost me $20 in cab fair to pick up as I don't have a ride like the day I dropped it off.i've been going here for months great service.now going to go elsewhere

Clean, lots of machines, wifi. Always come to this one from across town. Its called lux for a reason in comparison to other laundrymats

Absolutely love this laundry mat. Big, very clean and a lot of different size washers. They have drop off service. They also sell other things such as bed sheets, towels and amazing big laundry bags. Great price as well. I won’t go anywhere else.

I was there last weekend and the service I got from the lady that worked there was amazing! She walked me through how to use the machine and which ones to use and it was so kind! I would definitely go there again. With covid going on it was exceptionally clean, and tidy. I will recommend it to everyone!

Cleanest, friendliness, hippest joint. Smoking/Non-smoking patio out back. Machines in top condition.no need to panic if you drop clothes because the floors are always clean. Prices are excellent.

The sweetest lady manages the place. Was my first time there she was extremely helpful. Remember to get ur last load in before 7pm though!

Clean place, polite and helpful staff. Been there twice now and there's been never any shortage of machines. Nice couches on the premises and they also have a back area with muskoka chairs.

Fancy Laundry in the middle of the Ghetto. 50's style laundrymat. Extremely clean, friendly service. $4.25 for their largest laundry machine You can also buy cleaning detergent and bed sheets at affordable prices. Small smoking patio in the back.

Ive been doing wash and fold service here for years! I have not once had a single issue going here! The ladies here are very friendly and keep up with the cleanliness of the place! If i could give it higher than a 5 star i would!

I have had to pack up my laundry and head out to a laundry mat since our washer broke down this past month. I have used your services in the past and always enjoy doing my laundry at your location.
Its always so clean and friendly.

A very clean place to do your laundry. Best time to come, in my opinion, would be early in the morning. It was often not busy at that time so you could get a washer and dryer right away. You can also stay on site with the wifi and seats provided and wait for your laundry to be done. I was able to finish 1 1/2 loads in around 45 minutes. Washed and Dried.

Thank YOU! You have been a life saver to me. I am just unable to do laundry anymore. The girls all make a special effort to accommodate my folding "quirks". It is very much appreciated!

I have to confess. When I first came here, I found the price for a load outrageous and I walked out. I went home and did some research. To my surprise, the cost was comparable to other laundromats. What sets them apart, are there very large capacity and modern machines. Don’t let the size of the door fool you. These are very big machines! I talked to the attendant and she told me the machines are cleaned and disinfected every day. Impressive! I found my new laundromat. P. S. Complimentary coffee and free wifi.

The place is well taken care of and the prices are fair. The ladies that work there always make my day. Their extremely friendly and are willing to help when you need a question answered. Not 5 stars, more like 10 stars imo

I am totally creeped out by laundrymats and I walked in this place and it was a huge surprise so happy that I found it and it’s so close to my new place I will be back every week forsure and when i’m Lazy I will forsure use the wash and fold service thank you

I came in for the first time yesterday and I had the help of Diana who was extremely nice and helpful and I spoke to another lady prior Gail who was also very helpful and informative answering all my information on the phone in regards to machine times, pricing and services, etc. Such a great place to attend, I actually enjoyed doing my laundry for the first time (minus the folding lol) and it came out smelling better than the machines I have in my building! I will be coming back for future laundry

This place is awesome. Who knew a laundromat could be so nice? It's bright, clean and comfortable. There's coffee, cookies, wifi and parking available. The staff are very friendly too. As for prices, can't beat them.

Wash and fold while I get my work done.yes, please! Barely costs more than doing it myself and turns out much better. Some of my old favs look better than they ever have. It's a clean, organized place with happy, helpful staff. Plus, they're actually pleased to see your piles of laundry! Who else is happy about doing laundry?

Clean beautiful store great staff and love the outside sitting area. I take the bus there instead of doing it in my building.

As a first impression, the laundromat is very well equipped and very clean. The prices are reasonable. I have never been to another one like it. Lots of seating and laundry carts are available. Change machine and attendant on site. New favorite place. Definitely recommended. Also it has a little shop on site.
