This is the third amazing experience with Lux but Richard navigated getting us to the Beck concert while across the street Guns amd Roses was playing on the last night of the Ex!
Pick up at Hotel X was fast and easy. Felt safe and comfortable and his driving downtown skills were great

Used luxe for our wedding to bring the bridesmaids to the venue across town. The driver was very pleasant. The reason for the 3 stars is because it was so hot in the limo we asked about 5 times for ac to be turned up. All the girls were so hot it was probably cooler outside in the 25 degree weather. You also couldn’t bring champagne, real bummer for what we paid. For the price, it wasn’t worth the sweat.

Have certanly declined in customer service don t seem to be too interested in responding for people to book. Not recommended

I travel by air as much as twice a week and I rely on Lux Limo for all of my YYZ airport transfers. My schedule changes quite often and they are always flexible and accommodate the changes. The owner has even driven me herself when my schedule changes with little notice. The drivers are all friendly, punctual, safe and courteous. The vehicles are always clean and reliable.
Traveling during (and after) the pandemic was unpredictable and I experienced a lot of airline delays, but I can honestly say I never had any issue with Lux Limo and getting to/from the airport. I recommend this service for anyone whether business or recreational - they do a great job and they never let their customers down. I'll never forget the time I got picked up at the airport by a driver in a stretch limo.all to myself.
