Wendy makes dreams come true! Was looking for somewhere to host 5 guests on the same day… extremely last minute! First, I called and no answer but they called me back without me leaving a voicemail. Just the start of amazing customer service! Wendy tried her best to figure things out, I had even settles with know what I was asking for was next to impossible but surprise surprise, she called me back with amazing news that the team was able to stay late to accommodate us! They were even so kind to add an additional service while we were there.

We all LOVE our nails new nails! Especially the birthday girl, this is her first set and met all expectations… Shout out to Kevin! This team is incredible, amazing guest experience from start to finish! Thank you Wendy!

I always have such a great experience here at Lux Nail Beauty Bar. The staff are very personable and my nails have consistently looked fabulous and held up extremely well. I don't even consider going anywhere else! The space is open, and bright which leaves me feel overall great about my experience in the salon. I look forward to each visit:)

Sarah did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my nails! I'm a nail biter, so I was hesitant to try bio-gel for the first time, but she offered me tonnes of assurance and encouragement. I definitely will be returning for fills:) The salon is usually busy, but it is well-kept, and customer service is top notch. Lisa runs a wonderful business!

Welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful inside. All the ladies are talented. I have had Hannah and Sarah and they are both great ladies. Recently brought my daughters and they enjoyed their first time having a mani done.

I believe in paying for quality services. However, I find Lux to be excessive…any little thing/detail is an additional cost at Lux Nails. I personally can’t stomach paying $75-90 for a set of nails.

Staff is helpful and always willing go get you in for an appointment. Quick and clean service. Friendly and offers loyalty program with visits punch card.

I have been coming to Lux for years and there is a reason for that! The salon is always clean and the staff are friendly and professional. Kevin always does a fantastic job and makes a point to get to know me. He always goes the extra mile! Wendy always cracks me up and finishes my appointment off on a high note.

The best nail salon by far! I've been going here for at least 2 years now if not more and they never fail to do the best job! Hannah is amazing, always kills it! Super friendly and helpful when I don't know what I want to have done. Sarah has done my mom's nails before and she had nothing but sweet things to say about her and her nail experience. Even the sweet girls at the front make the experience great, Wendy is super nice and welcoming! 10/10

Lux is amazing! I always have a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and kind. The environment is clean and has a very welcoming energy. Kevin is an amazing nail tech and always does a wonderful job on my nails. I recommend this spot always for any service.

Had a good laugh with my nail tech, Sandy. At first she didn't notice that the gel light wasn't plugged in. I just thought it was a new style of doing gel. Guess I should have said something sooner. In the end, my nails were fabulous.
The "crazy" lady at the front desk (She said I could write that) was very entertaining. She was helpful, very suggestive and was totally in control of her position.
I'll definitely go back the Lux Hamilton!

Lux is the best nail salon! I’ve been going regularly for over 3 years. All of the techs are great! They are easy to book with, all talented in nail design. Everyone in there is super friendly! The salon is always clean too!

I love Lux Nail Beauty Bar and will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are so clean, timely, and professional. I have tried almost everyone for my nails and they all do a great job. However, Hannah is "my girl" and I love going to see her. She is so sweet and great at what she does. I have never left disappointed.
Lisa is fantastic at brows and is so passionate about everything she does at the salon.

Lisa has done such an awesome job with her salon and manages it really well. If she does my nails, they're always on point.
Wendy is the kindest person ever and is so efficient and helpful in appointment changes and bookings.
Lynn and Julie are my go-to nail techs. They are both very thorough and my nails always last until my appointments. I get a shellac polish change for hands and shellac pedicure and they both do an amazing job for hands and feet. I get alot of compliments on my nails and that's thanks to the work of Lynn and Julie:)

Even if I'm not their client, the staff still say hi, which I think is really sweet.

I’ve had my nails done multiple times here over the last 6-8 months by many nail techs. Sarah and Abby specifically have been amazing. They always make my nails look better than I expected. I leave happy everytime. Can’t wait to try more services at this salon!

ABSOLUTELY love lux nail salon! Always a great experience when I go. I have had bio gel on my nails and pedicures and have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

2nd time getting my pedicure done here. Wendy did great! (And had a lot of patience for me taking forever to pick a colour LOL) will never go anywhere else for my pedicures

I got my nails done at the end of February and forgot to leave a review. This place was recommended by a friend and I loved it (I got a full bio set). I had Julie do my nails and she did amazing! I showed a reference pic and she got it bang on. Everyone there was so kind, the shop was extremely clean and bright. I’ll absolutely be a regular costumer.

Having taught Lisa’s son in the past I wouldn’t go anywhere else (It is a family business) I always get quality service and my manicures and pedicures are done professionally and look beautiful! Today I received excellent service from Julie! I really appreciated receiving a reminder email with a 10%discount to remind me to book a service as I hadn’t been there for a while!
I can’t wait to come back!

I get my laser hair removal done at Lux and I wish I could rate 6 stars! Stephanie is incredible at what she does- so kind and explains the whole process to you, super professional and makes what can be an awkward procedure super comfortable and fun. The results I’ve seen over the last two sessions are so amazing, and the machine they use for laser is virtually painless. I highly recommend to anyone considering laser here. The customer service is outstanding and I couldn’t be any happier with my experiences!

10/10! I always feel so welcomed when I walk in! I’ve been getting Brazilian & underarm laser by Lisa and I am obsessed! I see a huge difference after one session! I also got my pedicure done last week for my vacation and Hannah was great! I refuse to go anywhere else for my laser & pedicure! Lux is the spot, 100% recommend!
