The staff are not the friendliest. I’ve gotten my nails done here twice and I always leave with mini scabs/injuries on my finger. They’re not very gentle and don’t take their time. If you wanna come here, just book an appointment with the specific nail tech you know

Booked a pedi for my wife and me. They care more about volume of customers than quality of service. My entire pedi must have taken less than 10 minutes. They worked so fast on my wife’s feet that they cut her toe. FYI - Paying by card also costs an extra $2, fortunately I was paying cash. We won’t be returning - lots of other better options.

I paid 75$ for a simple refill and also paid 75$ for my daughters refill my 10 yr old got her nails done they charged me 75$ for her too! I’ve never heard of 75$ refills

I think they have a new customer The salon offers a variety of treatments for individuals with natural nails, focusing on nail health and maintenance. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. LuxMe nails and spa did a great job. The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

All my nails are hurting right now and one got infected and still bleeds. I just think some of the staff needs a bit more training.

I was disappointed. Very slow and I had to ask them to clean around my nails after my ombré colour. I would not go back.

I went to get a pedicure with my mom and she has really bad cracked feet. She said that this was the best pedicure she has ever had. The lady did wonders to her feet. 10/10 would recommend.

Underrated place. They take their time, are gentle, make sure you’re getting what you’re looking for and best of all are reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back, probably the best place I’ve gone for nails.

I got my acrylic nails done here and i really like them.they did take a bit longer than expected, but i love the result.

The girl did so good on my nails. I was so upset when I went somewhere else and she made them look so much better!

The people there are super nice and they have everything you need and more. They communicate with u and ask what you like so it’s was never confusing for me nor the nice lady that did my nails.

Everyone is always having conversation with everyone and laughing and you never feel out of place there. She always takes her time and you never feel rushed.

I love this place. The Staff is very friendly and they know lot about their work. I got my nails done from here and it’s last longer. This is best nail salon I went in Ottawa.

I LOVE my new nails! The service is off the charts the art and designs are incredible and the pricing is the best. This is definitely my new favorite spot.

Love getting my pedicure here. Place is always clean and I always love my nails after. Hardest part is picking out which color because they have so many to choose from.

I've gotten multiple waxing treatments. She takes her time and explains everything also I love her office! Everything is clean and she uses natural high quality products and my skins always feels amazing!

This was my first and best wax experience I ever had. Not only she was nice throughout the whole process. She made sure I was very comfortable. I've had ankle issues (fractured and sprained) and they have been very gentle in working with my feet. Their pedicures are amazing and deals are great too.

I got a full set of acrylics. The lady did a great job and was a good conversationalist. My nails were done fast but also with a lot of care. Oh, and the prices are decent as well.

LuxMe nails and spa is not only a great environment but the shop is filled with a bunch of amazing nail techs. These techs are very nice, accommodating and make me feel welcome every time I come.

The only wax I trust! Always very professional and less painful that traditional wax. I am usually irritated after waxing but when I started coming here that was no longer a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wax!

I have never had a bad experience here! There are 2 employees that have done acrylic nails for me and I have never left unsatisfied. It is a very positive and fun atmosphere as well which is always a plus!

You can’t go wrong with any nail technicians there, each of them are amazing and talented. What I love is they all are very efficient and do not rush the process. Everyone is kind and full of great energy!

I will never not refer someone who is interested in getting a wax done especially for the first time to come to Luxxme Nails. Literally the best wax in town! Gave me the remedy to not feel the pain as much and it 100% works.
