I really enjoy the showroom and how I was served there.
They quickly and cleanly delivered it to my location, which is in Calgary.

I was in the market for a sofa for a couple of weeks, I visited the showroom a couple of times and every time they were incredibly kind, and I was thrilled to visit their lovely store, and I adore the furniture I purchased from them.
Thank you for the assistance you provided to me. Can't wait to get my orders.

A fabulous salesperson Mina, a wonderful experience from the time we walked in and everyone was knowledgeable and wonderful. Even customer service for delivery was amazing this afternoon. I will definitely go there again for my other furniture needs

I hope this teaches the associates at this establishment a bit of a lesson. Because of their extremely poor customer service, they lost a $26,000 sale today.
My mom and I have been to this store a couple of times, both of us dressed in sweats and sweater. I guess because of the way we looked they assumed we didn’t have any intention to spend. One employee did help us for a couple minutes but then completely left us alone, as all 3 of them sat at the desk talking.when we had further questions they answered us by yelling across the room “go on the website” when we asked about any sales.
They did not try to help us with selection, zero negotiation on prices, and had zero interest in us as we were browsing the store. No conversation. These employees are definitely not sales people, Lol.

We renovated our house and have no furniture. We went here with the intention of buying everything from one store.
Instead we went to another store nearby, with the same style and quality Turkish furniture— but this time we were treated wonderfully with great service.
Maybe next time don’t judge people on how they look. This mistake costed you $26,000.

Right after we left this store we bought our dining table, 8 chairs, kitchen table and another 6 chairs, 1 coffee table, 2 side tables, entry table, a chandelier and 2 couches. But I guess they’re doing too well with business to care, Lol.

Luxmood is where I got my sectional from.
It was difficult to find a big, elegant sectional, but they made one for me, and I got the ideal one for my family. It was really helpful to get some good ideas from these guys. The delivery was completely perfect and clean. I will come back for more items and recommend Luxmood to others.

My parents got me a bedroom set from here and I love it! Looks very luxurious and high quality. The sellers and assembly team were very kind as well. Highly recommend for anyone seeking classy luxury furniture.
There is no switch for the lights so you need to unplug/plug each time, but I solved this by buying a smart plug and using my iPhone or Alexa to turn it off and on.
