I have been going to this nail salon for many years. I always book with Anna and I just love her! She puts care into her work and goes above and beyond for manicures and pedicures. Be sure to book in advance as they get busy.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 20 years now! It’s the only salon I will go to for my manicures & pedicures. The ladies are so sweet and do such an amazing job! Highly highly recommend!

I have been going to Luxor 10+ years amd love the way they do my nails. I moved to Etobicoke, but still go there to get my nails done. Hannah is my go to girl. She spends time to do a fantastic pedicure, taking out all the ingrown nails and dead skin. When doing a manicure, she also does an immaculate job. I always recommend making an appointment before you go!

Have gotten my nails and pedicure time after time and always enjoy their service. This time in particular they stayed late to do my nails and I can’t thank the team enough for that!

First time visiting this place and I know I'll never go back there. I'm not one to leave these kinda reviews for businesses but I have to do this. First of all, forget about booking appointments cos they don't even regard that. I got there in time for my appointment and still had to wait for 35mins before I was attended to, as if I was a walk-in customer. Then the place is quite untidy (i think I was mentally comparing it to my usual nail place) Finally got to my turn (maybe I was just unlucky with the technician i got), the technician didn't take her time to do my nails properly. I did biogel and shellac which isn't cheap and OMG my nails look like a child did them. They were not properly filed so some have thicker uneven coatings than the others. The edges of my nails (close to the skin) don't even have any coatings or were coated roughly.
I really regretted going there and told myself I'll never go anywhere else but my regular place cos they're neat, organized, stick to your appointment time and pay good attention to your nails to ensure you leave there happy.
Well this is was a learning experience for sure but no money in the world will make me go to Luxor ever again.

This is the best nail place I’ve ever been too! My mom and I have been coming for years, but since covid we haven’t had our nails done. Today was amazing. Vi is the best and the rest of her staff too…clean professional and following all protocols. Thank you for always making us feel great!

All the staff are extremely talented, professional and efficient. My most recent visit they made me feel so comfortable in terms of covid protocols. They take your temperature prior to entering, make you wash your hands, they clean each station after every client, they throw away any file or buffer used after each client and have full plexiglass cover shields for both manicure and pedicure stations.

I am very impressed with the steps Luxor Beauty has taken to ensure everyone stays safe during the pandemic. Glass partitions, sanitized stations and social distancing protocols are in place as well as contact tracing. I felt very safe and well taken care of. I recommend them to all my family and friends. I’ve been coming to LB for almost 5 years now (shellac and manicure) and am never disappointed with the service.

Always satisfied.they have taken extra precautions to ensure all sanitary and safety measures are met. A safe environment for customers and staff. Using every other pedicure and manicure station with a shield dividing you from the person working on your nails.

Got my nails done by Vi. She is professional and meticulous. Everyone there is very welcoming and professional. The salon itself is extremely clean and they are following all of the necessary precautions for Covid. Highly recommend this salon and will definitely be seeing Vi again!

The best nail salon I’ve even been to! The service is great and they take safety and cleanliness very seriously. There are dividers everywhere, they practice social distancing and always sanitize and clean surfaces after every customer.

Dawn is amazing. She's so friendly, funny and does the best eyebrows. I have trusted this small business for years. They do the best eyebrows, neat, clean and very experienced.

The prices are good, the staff are lovely and a great selection of services. Place is very clean, positive atmosphere from staff and customers.

Please stay away from this salon.there is a new girl who is training and she it terrible, rushed and rude. I went for a fill and she was so hasty and quick to get me done. She didn't even file down my natural nails as your supposed to do when you get a fill. My nails also came off within 4 days of getting them done. I was so disappointed and I regretted giving tip

This place is horrible, they really don't care whether you leave happy as long as they get paid. Customer service is not their goal at the end of the day. Very disappointing as some may seem nice but at the end of the day your happiness is not there priority. Whether you have been a loyal customer or not you get treated as if you were their for the first time. Extremely disappointed and I won't recommend this place nor will I ever return.

Recieved the worst nail spa experience and customer service at this location today March 24th at around 4pm. It was first time at this location and undoubtely will be my last! The manager or owner/main lady; ripped off the centre of my eyebrows, and after doing so calmly told me in a thick accent while I was lying down "it may not grow back" "you have gap" other nonsense, instead of telling me what happened, or saying "Sorry! " like a normal person would, and since I was lying down, I couldn't properly see what had happened.

After I went to cash and paid $100 for face/underarm/toe waxing plus my red mani and shellac pedi, I saw the damage and demanded a refund for the brow portion, she then called the lady who had done the waxing, who then yelled at me consistently for no reason and pushed me with her hands. I strictly then told her to not touch me any further, as I would have gotten authorities involved. Instead of recieving an apology and a refund, I recieved verbal abuse, and unwanted touching from a rude stranger with no customer service or common sense to say the least, and everyone in the salon could see it, as well as the other cashiers, and I am now missing part of my eyebrow! I left the store in anger, and let her keep her $10 for my brows, after such disrespect, I wanted nothing to do with them.

They are lucky I did not get authorities involved or my husband who was equally disgusted. I have gone to several nails for you for years and recieved nothing but 5 star service, and the one time I give a small cheap location a chance, this is what I get. Also they use very cheap low quality spa tools and just by their techniques of the staff you know they are not properly trained in comparison to their Asian competitors in the business (I've had atleast 100+ mani/pedis over 26 years and never had such experience as I will describe). The lady doing my hands and feet consistently gave me deep cuts which bled around my cuticles and causing unnecessary pain to remove skin around my nails that did not need to be cut. Subsequently she rushed my regular polish manicure, leaving large air bubbles and not properly drying my hands between coats, now I have multiple peeled parts/dents, hasn't even been a full day!

Do NOT go to this location, all I can say!

Very rude ladies that work there, if there was a 0 stars option I would choose that. When called out on using the wrong nail color for my mom she got progressively rude and also decided to skip me (although I had an appointment as well) and pretended not to understand when I asked why my turn was being ignored. Took 3.5 hours to get my nails done. They do a good job with the nails but their customer service is appalling, but guess what so many other spots can do your nails well AND have decent service. Will not be going there again and I do not recommend you do.

Worst nail experience ever! First of all they are cheap and so dirty they do not clean their tools. I asked for a polish change only on my hands, as I clean my own cuticles. They said if I did a pedicure I’d get free paraffin on my hands as well so I agreed. The lady proceeded with my polish change and attempted to push back a few cuticles (she cut me in the process BECAUSE THERE WERE NO CUTICLES TO CUT) At the end she proceeded to charge me the full manicure price as a grab for money. I said I would not pay the difference because I stated the exact services I wanted when I came in and a full manicure was not one of them. They proceeded to Follow me to my car and threaten to call police for a difference of 8$. I ended up paying because I didn’t have time to deal with a bs police claim. But their customer service is horrendous. Will never return.
