Excellent contractors, staff is very professional, especially the girl at the front desk. The house has been delivered in time as planned with a great quality as well.

We had scheduled an appointment with their realtor team, but her family got COVID so our appointment was delayed. Initially, we were promised 1.485M for 2600sq.ft.and when we met after their realtor’s family had recovered, the price were increased to $1.6M. We asked the builder to honour an original agreement, but they didn’t. Be aware of the builder! They are not considerate at all, because they are taking advantage of the situation.

The St. Gasper homes have been in construction for years and it is still a pile of rubble and no one is ever working on the site.

There is nothing negative to be said about Luxor Homes! Regardless of the situation, this homebuilder and it staff are absolutely fantastic to deal with and talk to. They take the time to listen and you can see that they do what they can to accomodate and/or resolve any issues or requests

Just purchased one of the homes of st gaspars, the staff is professional & love the builders creative unique designs, agents and reps are very knowledgeable as well! Looking forward to my new beautiful home

We were waiting for over 2 weeks to purchase a new home, finally we have arrived for our appointment at the showroom to meet with one of the sales team, and guess what? No one is there from the sales to show us the project. Meanwhile, while we are there we were calling Sarah (sales rap) for questions about the price of the homes & availability. We have agreed on the price and lot # and she reserved it for us and told us to come back tomorrow at 11am as no one is there to sign the agreement. Next morning at 10: 20am, while we on the way to the sales office/ showroom to sign the agreement and drop off the cheques we are receiving a call from Sarah (sales rap) that the builder have decided to increase the price for the house by almost 115k? ! From 1.486 million to $1.6 million. To sum it up, very unethical way of doing a business I won’t recommended any one to buy house from this company. If they can take advantage of you and scam you they will do it without feeling shame! Take your business elsewhere and stay away from small builders like this.

So my agent found a semi detached home I liked. First we waited 2 weeks for the sales rep to come back because someone got sick and something else happened. And i have been quoted 1.45m for a house. Then I got there the houses were sold and only a few available at 1.5m and change. I asked can i get a small discount for 2 units and sales rep told me that it will be. 1.485m. So next I was on the way to sign the docs and agent is selling me saying owner decided t increase the price to $1.6m. This is not professional what so ever. I would stay away from those guys.

My experience at Luxor Homes & Luxor Realty was nothing but outstanding and professional! First thing I noticed of how clean and beautiful the presentation room & office is, I had a appointment earlier today in the presentation room with one of the agents & representatives and I have been nothing but impressed with the staffs knowledge about the features & finishes and all the information I need to know regarding the homes. I was very impressed with the price considering the homes are 2600-3050 sqft semis with beautiful finishes & open spaces. We had the opportunity with the interior rep to go over some of the finishes that is offered in the home and I love that I get to choose them as well. I have lived in the GTA for 20+ years and very familiar with Luxor’s Custom Homes and very excited to be apart of the homes of St. Gaspar Community!

Finding a home during the pandemic has been a real struggle, a beautiful spacious home for a affordable price has almost been impossible! But then I came across Luxor Homes. I booked a appointment, visit the presentation room with their lovely agents & interior reps! The staff was so kind and professional they offered us water or coffee during our appointment, the showroom was designed to feel like I was in one of the homes which I really liked. I also love how I have the option to choose my finishes & upgrades. I was given a package on my way out with all the information the agents spoke about to take home and review. My experience was overall amazing! Very professional, organized & creative company.

Horrible Builder! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They lie about the information they give. BE CAREFUL DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Luxor is a great family company, everyone is very friendly. Staff is amazing, upon my arrival they offered me water, tea and coffee, which was very sweet. Came to view their showroom and everything looks amazing. Their kitchen finishes look amazing! Definitely recommend for people to look into Luxor homes and their project on st. Gasper if they’re looking for a modern, bright place!

10/10 recommend Luxor as your home builder. They are all such hard workers from the warehouse workers to the staff in the office. If you want an amazing future home make sure to check our Luxor, as they have great features and finishes. They always build the home with love and care.

Luxor homes has been here for years with amazing work! All their appliances are handcrafted, they finish the job with such amazing features. Their houses are modern with natural bright light coming through. It’s just amazing! I can’t wait to see their future projects I’ll definitely be buying a house from them soon! I recommend others to do so, as they are great!

Staff is also very kind they are so welcoming! They gave me a great walk through their showroom. They were also able to answer all the questions that were asked. The showroom gives a great walk through of their project “st. Gasper”. Looking forward to the finishes.

I have work with company for many years. They are bad company never pay hard working people. Lie about material and not finish on time. I wait many months to get work and get pay. My friend say he did job with them and they lie to clients. They kick people out of house to live on street.

Luxor Homes is by far the best builder in the GTA! You know you are in good hands when you have selected Luxor Homes to build your house or renovate for you! It’s incredible to see how detailed their designs are, how beautiful the finishes and quality is. I am so excited for our new home journey with Luxor! The aesthetics & vibes of the homes are just outstanding. They truly understand and know what defines a perfect home.

Choosing Luxor Homes was the best choice. 100% reliable and hands down best homes in the GTA. Choosing Luxor Homes was definitely NOT a mistake especially on something so important like property, because they are AMAZING. All the employees are super nice and always so respectful as well. 10/10, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality work!

Thus far, we have had two great experiences with Luxor Homes. Firstly, they renovated our previous home. The quality of work provided by Luxor Homes was exemplary. They were professional, dependable, and on budget. We commend the honesty and workmanship of this company. I highly recommend this team for any custom project or renovation - they treat their clients like family! Second, we are very proud to have purchased a home that is part of one of their new projects! These homes do not seem to follow the typical cookie cutter look of most subdivisions. You can really notice the amount of quality and effort that they are putting into these homes, and we are SUPER excited to soon call it home!

My husband and I met with the management and sales team to look at and potentially purchase one of their new townhomes. The staff was very unprofessional and unorganized, we had a feeling that they were trying to over-promise on a lot of upgrades and finishes.

Before making our decision, we spoke to another family who purchased one of their homes. They had indicated that the management did exactly what we were nervous about. During the construction they cut corners, under performed the work, purchased inexpensive and poor materials, and were extremely late on their closing date promise.
Our friends had even mentioned that some contractors working for them were complaining that they have not been fully paid, even though they homes were occupied.

We are glad we purchased a home from a more reputable builder.

This is a Family Owned business. He is so professional & takes Pride in quality workmanship. Can give estimates fast / accurate. Office is easy to find with parking, they get what clients need and provide results. Confidently can recommend Luxor to my friends/neighbors.
